Breakfast was good variety of options. Pool with a waterslide but it’s too dark and the hot tub was closed the whole time. Staff was very nice and any problems they solved right away. Room was nice but not what Expedia showed online. Was supposed to have a fireplace but did not.

Generally good. Surprised the room was not made up, coffee, towels etc., not re-stocked unless you called for them, and we were there for three nights. Pool was closed due to maintenance on the one afternoon we wanted to use it. Staff and included breakfast were very good.

A family member and I shared a room on the 1st floor. We were greeted by a pleasant staff member named William, who provided great customer service. Upon opening our door, we were immediately hit with a stale, unpleasant smell. The room seemed more dated than the website portrayed. The beds seem decently clean, however the bathroom was a different story…Rust all over the towel bar, shower head, that looks like it’s from the 70’s, in need of repair, pink mildew in the corners of the tub, chewed up door with old gold hardware. Time to get with times Days Inn/Wyndham and take some pride in the appearance of your hotels. I also found a few of these pellet looking things on the carpet, which tells me no one bothered to vacuum between guests. Makes you wonder what other corners were cut, and how clean the sheets you’re sleeping on are. At $160 a night the value, cleanliness and appearance isn’t there. Won’t be staying here again.

Hotel is dated...only one elevator, bathroom dated. Gave us an excuse about room cleaning...if you stay multiple days they will only clean on the third day...which they did not clean. I paid a daily rate, the room should be cleaned on a daily basis.

There was a partially eaten muffin left in the drawers in the kids room, dog food nuggets in the cirner of the room behind the end table next to the couch, mascara on the bathroom mirror. The hot tub was broken the whole 4 days. Kids were running and jumping through the night above us even after we called the front desk. And our door key quit working and needed to be reactivated 4 times. I also had to wipe syrup off the seat in the breakfast area and they ran out of plates and coffee one morning and we had to find the girl to ask. The location to restaurants and the Canyon ski resort was convenient but overall the mess was enough to make us not want to return.

The room looks nothing like on the pictures. It’s dark in room and lights are dim in hallways. The air circulates all the time so there is a constant hum or white noise. Service was great and friendly. Entrance is bright and vibrant. Food was ok. Will not be staying here again

We stayed 2 nights in a family King room with bunk beds. It was awesome. The kids had their own room with bunk beds, so they could go to bed early and we were able to stay up and watch a movie. The kids loved the pool! The breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great stay for us and we will stay again!

The lobby is beautiful and renovated. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room’s look like they were last updated in the 90’s and desperately need an upgrade. The hotel was decent for the most part, the pool was packed full every night and when we tried to go in after everyone left the pool was getting cleaned for the last 2 days of our trip. Breakfast was okay, it was packed and there wasn’t enough seating the lines also got pretty long. Our housekeeper was great, everything was very clean and the staff was overall great. We would stay here again based off convenience and the rooms are decent but outdated you get what you pay for. Hopefully they can do some renovations to the rooms and expand the breakfast area for customers.

Terrible service, rude. Our team was here for a tournament. Adults not allowed to sit in lobby area to visit, said its only for breakfast. We prearranged with the hotel manager to feed the kids there between games, but then told by staff we would have to go outside. Ridiculous! We were quiet, respectful (we also cleaned up after ourselves) and still told we couldn't use the area. Breakfast was poor, ran out of food, coffee, cutlery. Only one staff member trying to keep up and run the front desk. Bad experience. Won't be back!

My wife & I arrived around 3:00 pm. Reception staff were very very friendly professional & sincere explained all procedure in few min. answered all our questions about places to visit near by restaurants......Room is very spacious, clean & tidy. Bathroom very clean Breakfast was great. We will be back & recommend this hotel to our friends.

I stayed there on the long weekend in August and the cafeteria ran out of certain food on Saturday and Sunday. While our ppl staying there taking a lot of food and fruit to their rooms and I know that the staff can’t control this but the families that do this makes hard on our ppl that don’t get the opportunity to eat. Plus the hotel should have been more prepared with food in the cafeteria especially when it’s a long weekend and the hotel is solid book. Plus you need more sitting space for the dining area.
