Not a bad spot. Could use a bit of fixing up. The gym was ok, could use a bit more equipment. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Great breakfast included. Very good/friendly staff as well.

Pool was freezing cold and hot tub was closed booked this hotel for the pool/waterslide and hot tub then my kids didn’t get to enjoy any of it! Booked 2 rooms on our booking and they put us on completely opposite sides of the hotel. Wouldn’t do anything to even try to get us closer together. Will never book here again.

Hot tub wasn’t working the whole time I was there, fitness room is a treadmill, bench, cable system and dumbbells. Small and cramped. Best part was the breakfast in the morning! The ladies who serve it are friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable.

The bed shaking when the train went by was kind of strange. Hot tub was under repair. Small fitness room, rooms need some TLC/maintenence. Clean though. Also if you get a room facing east the curtains don't cover the heater, so when the heater blows then you get the morning sun. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet is served - which is unique.

Pool with waterslide- great for the kids but quite small and busy when hotel is full. Hot tub was not functional. Often there were no pool towels so we had to use room towels. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. At least one Hockey team was there- parents let their kids play hockey in the hallways and parents camped out in the hallway drinking and being loud waiting for the party room to be available. Don’t be those people. Staff tried to address it but they don’t get paid enough to deal with the abuse from inconsiderate guests.

The staff at the hotel are helpful but the rooms are not clean at all. They are very short on housekeeping. My bedding stunk so bad I had to get a new set brought to my room as it smelled like garlic. I thought maybe just my room but many of our family stayed here as we were having a family reunion and they all had substandard cleaned rooms as well. Until they get the hotel back up to a good standard, I would recommend you stay somewhere else.

Unfortunately we didnt really enjoyed are stay in this hotel bc of few things that happen. 1. Dirty bedrooms , bathroom had buggers on the walls and on the light switches. 2. Carpet was disgusting. We had to switch a room and even so the room was still dirty ! Breakfast was served as a buffet style but what throw as off was the paper plates and plastic utensils. Ladies were very nice to us! Pool was dirty , had so much rust and slime around the pool. The hottub wasn't working.

We stayed in room 423 on the 14th and checked out on the 15th of February it was our valentines day together. My husband woke up yesterday morning with bed bug bite on his legs and now his legs are very swollen and hes in alot of pain. I'm so disappointed as hes nowfar away from home working in alot of discomfort and pain. I can provide pictures also.

The hotel was very outdated and dirty. We had to move rooms because the first one was so dirty and the bathroom had visibly been used prior to our arrival. It smelled very strong like old cigarettes. Will never stay here again.

The hair dryer was broken and had to get one from the front desk each day, the TV initially did not work. We also requested room service and didnt get it, even when we had reported that we needed clean towels. The staff was very friendly, but not sure they were staffed adequately. The pool, hot tub and slide were a bonus.

This hotel is very dated! As soon as you get off the elevator you can smell stale cigarette smoke so that tells you how long it’s been since carpets have been replaced. The walls and floors are paper thin and all we heard were the people upstairs walking around. The people next door talking, slamming doors after 1 am. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and is long overdue to be replaced. My hips and shoulder are still a mess 6 days later and I only “ slept” ( term used loosely) for 5 hours! The outside noise from the traffic circle and the constant tractor trailer traffic and the sirens from emergency first responder was steady all night. I would avoid this very outdated, noisy hotel at all costs. There’s not a chance I would ever recommend this facility or ever stay again.

Oh my goodness, what great staff you have at this hotel! From check in to check out, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with tv in bunk room and Faiz (sorry, probably spelled your name wrong) helped get it working. And an omelet station for breakfast...and waffles, etc. My family just loved it! Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend the bunk rooms for families. Definitely would stay again!

Noone was there at checkin for at least 15 minutes. I saw my packet on the desk so I took my key and instead of calling my room and checking they booked my room for someone else who tried to come in the room at 2 am and then got all mad in the morning. Not my problem they don't do their job

I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this property. From out check in experience to the whole stay, it was horrible. Firstly, when we arrived to check in after booking this room weeks ago with 2 other groups, we had requested to all be on the same floor which they said they could do. When we arrived they had all of us on different floors. Then they were able to get 1 of the rooms moved to the same floor as the other but the last room wasn’t able to be accommodated. So they gave us a room as close as they could. Upon entering that room, there were guests already staying in that room. So when we went to get it switched at the desk, the 2 staff there were extremely rude & impatient with me. I asked what they were going to do to make this situation right, and they said that I’m just complaining trying to get a premium upgrade. Trust me, I just wanted to get a room so that our kids could go swimming. Not to mention, there’s nothing premium about this property. It’s very run down, which is unfortunate because the pictures look alright. Then when we went swimming, the hot tub was out of order which wasn’t advertised when we booked. So another unfortunate thing. Also, there were some dangerous things around the hotel such as the railing up to the waterslide being held together with a towel being tied. Very disturbing. The hotel room wasn’t very clean either. Not recommended to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was good but a little dated Staff was awesome.Breakfast was served and good. I originally booked for six nights and had to leave early. We had booked through Expedia. We ended up getting a refund for the nights we did not use. Thanks to the hotel and Expedia.

The staff seemed great and very helpful, but the Hotel is a bit rough around the edges. Strange goings on in parking lot with somewhat shady characters hanging out in their running cars with window visitors for hours. Top that off with a Hotel, that is a bit overdue for a facelift I'd likely stay again if there was nothing else available, but generally i expect a little more from a Ramada. Holiday Inn across street is a better option at similar price point.

Check in is always a breeze, we stay in the suite when we come and it’s our favourite Alberta vacation stop. Room is always kept clean, accessible friendly main floor suite. Nice sized in room jacuzzi, extra comfy king bed and pull out bed. Their breakfast is better than IHOP and ITS FREE which makes it top notch. Even if you aren’t a waffle lover, you’ll enjoy theirs. Highly recommend!

For what we paid, we were happy with our stay here. Rooms were clean, pool and water slide were good (hot tub was out of order though), staff were very friendly and helpful. They had staff helping to serve the buffet breakfast in the morning. First time we had seen this and it worked well. Seemed like there was less waste and made the experience more efficient time wise. We would stay here again.
