Staff was very nice and shuttle service great. The laundry dirty need inside cleaned did not use. The air conditioning was not working. Did not sleep well at all

Nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva desde el inicio. La habitación era excelente, cómoda y en perfectas condiciones. El personal destacó en todo momento por su amabilidad, disposición y buena atención, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más agradable. La visita fue breve, solo una noche en familia, pero aun así resultó muy especial, ya que tuvimos la grata sorpresa de recibir un upgrade de habitación hacia un sector recientemente remodelado, lo que sin duda marcó una diferencia y demuestra una preocupación real por el bienestar de los huéspedes. Los servicios del hotel estuvieron a la altura, todo funcionó de muy buena forma y se notó el cuidado en los detalles. Nos vamos muy agradecidos por la atención recibida y con una excelente impresión. Sin duda, esperamos volver pronto. Muchas gracias
