The front desk staff--particularly Sophia--were delightful AND extremely helpful. We waited in their lovely executive lounge for our room and Sophia actually came up to let us know personally when our room was ready! We had a spacious junior suite. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!

The property was outdated. The lobby furniture was old and the lobby restroom was small, very little water pressure, and dirty. The room was nice. Beds were comfortable but the supples were chintzy. Not what I expected for the high cost. Below standard for a Marriott Hotel.

Initial room was a bit dated with shower in bath which we had trouble getting out of being over 70 years, but they immediately upgraded us to a walk in shower room, with a better view. Hotel is close to shopping malls and plenty of restaurants to choose from with various cuisines. Hotel staff were excellent - very friendly especially at check-in, and breakfasts were great - we had a breakfast box on two days as we had an early pick-up, and they were more than adequate. They can also book day tours and make recommendations which we found very useful. The hotel restaurant was quite expensive for what we had, and we only ate there for one evening, but all restaurants in the malls were also fairly expensive, so be prepared to pay - Santiago is an expensive place.

Point positif, la chambre est très grande, par contre l’insonorisation n’est pas top car on entend le trafic du boulevard en étant pourtant logé en hauteur… Faites attention au moment du Check out, on a cherché à me faire payer une deuxième fois le séjour qui était prépayé !!! Front desk con personal nuevo, que fue poco amable y no entendía el manejo de los cobros en relación a reservas en Expidia. Solo entrega 1 llave y éramos dos personas adultas. El menú a la habitación poca variedad, platos regulares en sabor, siempre se les olvidaba algo de lo solicitado: una cuchara extra, el ketchup q les había pedido, traerme el café con la leche aparte, etc. y después volvían 45min después de haber reclamado con la cuchara faltante, cuando ya tenía el helado derretido.

Even though the hotel was empty they charge me $85 to have a room before 3 pm. I have never been charge this rate at any other US Hotels. Even though I had paid for breakfast everyday, they informed me that I did not have breakfast included. I had to look for my records to show them.

We arrived early and I do understand checkin was an 3pm. I appreciate this is a rule however it was well after 3 pm when we were able and to check in. Other couple we were travelling with were check in an hour before us. The hotel itself was lovely as most Marriotts are. Just a small numb of front end staff could have been more attentive.

Outdated hotel . Terrible breakfast experience , not only the food but also service which was lost and couldn’t organize a simple guest line . Furthermore , we noticed a few fashion things missing from our luggage after check out . Don’t recommend .

Walking to a lot of shopping options, excellent restaurant, but only room service after 9pm, unfortunately no fan in the bathroom or windows to open (handicapped traveler). Very good staff overall, Christian at the front desk was very helpful, as was Rodrigo in the bar, unpleasant parking security guard one day. Overall a pleasant stay.
