Surprised and amazed. This is a great location with easy (for Santiago) travel access. Clean and super friendly staff. I’d stay their again. Only downfall was no outdoor pool. Restaurant was great and the breakfast very nice. Could go out in the evening with out excess concerns on safety.

This property is outdated not like they advertised on top of this I choose this property because they advertised gym, spa, pool etc when arrived result they where under renovation not in use. So I had to move to another real hotel. Fortunately Expedia step in and resolved the situation because hotel management was very rude no apologized no customers oriented only bad business oriented. Never come back to this building because hotel is not.

Hotel muito confortável, cama muito boa, o chuveiro as vezes demorava pra esquentar, mas fora isso ele era bom. O café da manhã é impecável, muito completo, destaque para o suco de laranja… O atendimento foi muito bom também, muito atenciosos, nosso checkin era as 14:00, mas nos deixaram entrar no quarto assim que chegamos no hotel, que foi as 10 da manhã. A única coisa que nos deixou frustrados foi a piscina, ela estava em manutenção durante toda a semana que ficamos no hotel.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel no fue satisfactoria. Al ingresar a la habitación (número 502), me encontré con un olor desagradable que persistió durante toda la estadía. El baño no contaba con extractor de aire y la ventana daba directamente hacia otros edificios, lo que comprometía completamente la privacidad. Además, la ducha solo tenía una cortina tipo roller de baja calidad, que no ofrecía la cobertura adecuada al momento de usar el inodoro. La vista desde la ventana principal también fue decepcionante. Apenas 45 minutos después del check-in (alrededor de las 15:45 hrs), informé todos estos problemas a recepción. Sin embargo, me indicaron que el hotel estaba completo y que no era posible realizar un cambio de habitación, lo cual me pareció una respuesta poco resolutiva considerando lo reciente de mi ingreso. Otro aspecto negativo fue que solo había un ascensor en funcionamiento en un edificio de 20 pisos, lo que generaba largas esperas y un flujo incómodo para los huéspedes. Me informaron que esto se mantendrá así hasta que finalicen la instalación de un nuevo ascensor. From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to made us feel welcomed. The bar, the restaurant, the gym/spa staff were just as welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were amazing, with large and very comfortable beds. We could hear some (minimal) of the street noise at night but that didn’t spoil our rest. The hotel is very clean. The area around was safe to walk and with plenty of bars and restaurants, we didn’t need to use taxis or the underground at all.

The receptionist at the counter was friendly, and the hotel has well location, close to the MRT station, pharmacy and the supermarket. Foi uma estadia incrível - cheguei de madrugada e os funcionários me ajudaram em tudo. Camas são muito confortáveis, quarto tinha banheira para relaxar depois de andar o dia todo, e a piscina aquecida também é muito relaxante - só seria melhor se fosse em andar alto. Fiquei no 14o andar (tecnicamente 13o) e amava abrir a janela e ver as cordilheiras. Limpeza ótima. Fui só com minha filha, a localização é maravilhosa, me senti super segura mesmo caminhando à noite - voltamos do Parque Araucano algumas vezes caminhando e não me senti insegura nenhuma vez. Tem linha de metrô quase na frente, alguns fast foods, e um pequeno shopping a uma quadra de distância. O Parque Araucano tem muitas atrações - como Kidzania e patinação no gelo, e alguns bares com comida boa, incluindo um temático de Star Wars. O café da manhã é bem grande, várias opções doces, alguns tipos de pães, ovos mexidos (não muito cozidos, mas você pode pedir omeletes ou ovos de acordo com a sua preferência), bacon, salsicha, alguns sucos, leite, café, chás, iogurte, cereais, frios, frutas cortadas ou inteiras, etc...

In the Las Condes business district so a little far from old town Santiago. But a lively area with shops, restaurants and nice residential neighborhoods. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, and there was a good breakfast served every morning. First time in my experience that I could shower and freshen up in the gym facilities before I could even check in to my room! Nice touch.

Excellent location and the staff could not have been more helpful. They helped us with everything from setting up transportation from the airport to getting from Santiago to our cruise city of Valparaisso. They also helped us set up our covid tests which was just such a stress relief. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

It's not really a 5 star property. The facilities are run down and quite old. The bed was comfortable and we did sleep well. But nothing about this hotel really screams 5 stars. The breakfast was not that good and it took over 45 minutes to check out and we almost missed our flight. Didn't hate the place, and it was nicely located in a safe neighborhood.

The front staff were seriously amazing. After a tour/transfer we had booked with a tour company was cancelled, the staff took the time to help us. Philippe was so great at getting a transfer arranged. Every person that worked at the reception area were extremely helpful. Would stay here again. Clean space, great staff, nice location next to the subway - what more could you want.

I will stay at this hotel again if i go back to Santiago. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especial Alejandro from front office. He made extra effort to help us resolved the issue with VAT at their restaurant. Matias and Felipe were so helpful giving suggestions and recommendations about places to eat and how to go around Santiago. The hotel staff really made us felt like home while we stayed there. Thank you all for all your services!

The location, view from the room and size of the room were excellent. The quality, variety of food at breakfast were appreciable. The staff at the reception and at concierge were friendly, very helpful and cheerful. Our flight eas at 8:00 pm and they allowed us to stay in the room until 4:0o pm. Overall great service which we have not received for a while during our travels to Europe and Asia.

This is a superb hotel and I would highly recommend it. The location is excellent: a metro station within 50m, a pharmacy next door, a c-store just around the corner and it is in a safe, upscale neighborhood. It offers a nice restaurant and includes breakfast. The room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and large. The only problem I had was with their ice policy. The proper way to get ice is to call or ask the front desk to deliver it…don’t go directly to the restaurant bar.

Principal diferencial é a proximidade do metrô, poucos passos da saída do hotel. Mesmo sendo um pouco mais distante do centro e as principais atrações, estar do lado do metro facilita bastante. Usem bastante o metrô e ônibus é excelente pra conhecer Santiago. Mini mercado Oxxo do lado de fora do hotel. Nas redondezas não tem muitas opções de restaurantes e bares. Café da manhã excelente, acaba sendo repetitivo, mas a qualidade é ótima. Quarto bem confortável e com a limpeza sempre em dia. O Regal Pacific Santiago é excelente! Localização privilegiada em Las Condes, com metrô ao lado. Atendimento maravilhoso, equipe sempre atenciosa e prestativa. O hotel fica bem ao lado do metrô. Está situado em uma região empresarial de Santiago. Assim, há muitos hóspedes a trabalho. Mas fica próximo do parque Araucano e shopping Arauco, Ikea, H&M. E está a poucos minutos de carro de inúmeros pontos turísticos. O quarto é muito silencioso e agradável.
