Fiz uma viagem para Santiago com a minha esposa no final de julho-25 e passamos 3 noites no Ritz Carlton. Adoramos o hotel. O nosso ponto favorito foi o café da manhã. Foi o melhor café da manhã de hotel que eu já vi em termos de quantidade e qualidade das opções. Pedi Eggs Benedict e estavam excelentes. O serviço foi um pouco confuso em um dos dias, com demora para trazer café e pratos quentes, nos outros tudo foi perfeito. O quarto era muito bonito e confortável e a cama era perfeita. Os unicos pontos de melhoria são a pressão do chuveiro, que estava um pouco fraca, e a falta de minibar (o hotel nos falou que estavam trocando). Usamos a academia que tem boa qualidades mas é um pouco pequena. O espaço da piscina e do terraço no topo do hotel é muito bonito e tem uma linda vista da cidade.

For starters the staff on reception and in the bar and breakfast restaurant are all fantastic and friendly. Service at the pool let the side down a bit. On the topic of the pool it’s in need of a little TLC and that’s probably true of much for the hotel. Nothing major just a lick of paint here or there. The beds are very comfortable and our room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb but only worth paying for if you’re going to take full advantage of all that’s on offer at that price point. If you just fancy a coffee and a pastry there are some nice coffee spots nearby. I would stay here again for sure.

We liked the excellent service from all the staff from our check-in experience at reception, to the servers in the restaurant each morning to the spa staff as well as the house keeping staff. Our room was refreshed and cleaned each day and we were grateful. We thoroughly enjoyed the roof top pool and deck area which was a great retreat from the busy city. We were entertained by a highly skilled pianist each evening in the bar area. What a delight that was for us. We will return on our next trip.

Exceptional service! All staff were so friendly and super helpful. Good location, next to a tube station and nearca lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Costanera shopping centre. Lovely swimming pool, water was always warm and really nice to swim in. Jacuzzi was nice and warm too. There was sauna and steamer in the changing rooms, separate for men and women. Great views from the pool and also outside space. The hotel is a bit old but exceptionally clean and super well maintained. The hotel has really nice, homely feeling. I would happily stay there again.

Estive hospedado no Ritz-Carlton Santiago pela última vez em 2019. Naquela ocasião já não havia tido uma experiência memorável — e, infelizmente, minha nova estadia confirmou a mesma impressão. Os quartos continuam sendo o ponto alto: confortáveis, bem decorados e acolhedores. O serviço, de modo geral, também é cordial e profissional. No entanto, uma série de imprevistos comprometeu a experiência como um todo. Logo na chegada, não havia nenhum mensageiro disponível para auxiliar com as malas, algo inesperado para um hotel que carrega a bandeira Ritz-Carlton. Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei o telefone com defeito, o que exigiu a presença da equipe de manutenção para substituição do aparelho. Na primeira noite, solicitei um room service e, para minha surpresa, o prato chegou frio — algo inadmissível em qualquer hotel cinco estrelas, especialmente em uma bandeira de luxo como o Ritz-Carlton. Outro ponto negativo foi o roupão disponibilizado no quarto: estava visivelmente sujo e precisei solicitar a troca. A substituição demorou cerca de 40 minutos, um tempo de espera bastante elevado para um item tão simples e básico em hotelaria de luxo. Para quem utiliza iPhone, prepare-se para uma limitação importante: não há como conectá-lo à smart TV. O hotel tampouco oferece Chromecast ou qualquer solução alternativa de espelhamento, algo já considerado essencial em propriedades modernas.

Hacía 11 años que no lo visitaba. En su tiempo sin duda el mejor hotel de Santiago de Chile, pero ahora deja mucho que desear. La comida y el personal de primera, evidentemente es su fuerte. Pero la higiene, el estado de las habitaciones en malo. Cambiaron toda la decoración a un estilo años 70, de colores tierra, grises o mugre, lo que incluye la vajilla en un gres áspero que uno no sabe si están limpios los platos o no. Lo mismo las alfombras y demás espacios de las habitaciones. LA limpieza mal, encontré ropa interior sucia debajo de un sofá. Y no había una silla donde poder sentarse a trabajar en el escritorio, tuviero que traerme una silla de oficina.
Hacía 11 años que no lo visitaba. En su tiempo sin duda el mejor hotel de Santiago de Chile, pero ahora deja mucho que desear. La comida y el personal de primera, evidentemente es su fuerte. O hotel em geral é bom, mas não parece ser um Ritz Carlton! O staff é competente, solicito, educado. A piscina e o roof top lindos e o bar com música ao vivo agradabilíssimo! Localização também é ótima ! Tamanho do quarto e banheiro excelente e amenidades da diptyque que fazem a diferença . Vamos aos pontos que deveriam dar mais atenção : falta cuidado com detalhes… papel de parede soltando , lixeira quebrada, marcenaria antiga e lascado no banheiro e portas descascando, toalha de banho desfiada. Nada que tenha tirado o brilho da estadia, mas merece um pouco mais de cuidado e atenção aos detalhes.

Bathroom Maintenance and Safety Hazards: Persistent flooding in the bathroom, reported multiple times and acknowledged by the on-duty manager, remains unresolved. Fiz uma viagem para Santiago com a minha esposa no final de julho-25 e passamos 3 noites no Ritz Carlton. Adoramos o hotel. O nosso ponto favorito foi o café da manhã. Foi o melhor café da manhã de hotel que eu já vi em termos de quantidade e qualidade das opções. Pedi Eggs Benedict e estavam excelentes. O serviço foi um pouco confuso em um dos dias, com demora para trazer café e pratos quentes, nos outros tudo foi perfeito. O quarto era muito bonito e confortável e a cama era perfeita. Os unicos pontos de melhoria são a pressão do chuveiro, que estava um pouco fraca, e a falta de minibar (o hotel nos falou que estavam trocando). Usamos a academia que tem boa qualidades mas é um pouco pequena. O espaço da piscina e do terraço no topo do hotel é muito bonito e tem uma linda vista da cidade.

We arrived at the Ritz which is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Santiago. We arrived super early from our red-eye but the front desk accommodated us and had a room available right after we had the delicious free buffet breakfast. The room was impeccably decorated with a spectacular view of the city. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud and the deep marble tub was magnificent. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Santiago as it is centrally located to lots of shopping and tourist spots.

Con: Room stayed pretty warm the entire stay, made sleep a bit unsettled. They gym was really hot, not comfortably usable during the day. Movie options on the television would be nice. I actually wrote the concierge that I was very impressed with the timely, friendly and helpful client services at RC. All of the other material assets are also very nice; beds, bathrooms, pools, etc, etc but the most impressive was the staff and their attention to timely service and detail. I will stay at RC in general and RC Santiago again for sure. Thanks.

Beautiful Hotel, well located, the most comfortable beds and pillows of our 4week trip. Concierge and porters plus staff that books cars is Excellent. Front Desk staff disappoints. One morning at 6 am we reported lack of hot water in shower. Had to go to the desk as phone not answered. We came back at 4:30 and no one knew anything when I asked if the problem had been repaired. Only then was an engineer called! Also we were told at checkout we couldn't use Chilean Pesos to pay on our bill! Never had local currency turned down?

The level of service was impeccable. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were unable to check-in until later in the day. We could have easily decided to explore the city, but coming from Minnesota and having arrived on the "Red-Eye", we decided to lounge in the hotel. The bartenders were very knowledgeable about the area and were more than accommodating to suggest a variety of restaurants, bars and attractions. I had the privilege of trying some local drinks and I cant thank the bartenders enough. This is the Ritz-Carlton. What else do I have to say?

We liked the excellent service from all the staff from our check-in experience at reception, to the servers in the restaurant each morning to the spa staff as well as the house keeping staff. Our room was refreshed and cleaned each day and we were grateful. We thoroughly enjoyed the roof top pool and deck area which was a great retreat from the busy city. We were entertained by a highly skilled pianist each evening in the bar area. What a delight that was for us. We will return on our next trip.

I loved my stay with Ritz Carlton, albeit short for two nights. Caesar and the front desk were wonderful. Everything in this property is brilliant - breakfast top notch, pool warm and clean, gym with plenty of equipment. Would one hundred percent recommend to anyone considering a visit to Santiago.

Couldn’t fault the hotel. They were very accommodating and the staff everywhere were incredible, Patricia in the restaurant was fabulous and really helpful. Great location. Very spacious room.

One of the new vest hotels I have ever stayed at. The amenities were fabulous, like cation is great. Staff was above and beyond, so friendly and helpful, phenomenal!! I would choose this hotel in Santiago and very time I visit.
