Es muy buen hotel muy limpio el personal muy respetuoso pero el ascensor entiendo que es demasiado pequeño para para un hotel en la zona capital con tantos visitantes el desayuno excelente muy muy dominicano y muy exquisito el baño habitación muy cómoda agua caliente limpieza cada día lo único tiene una terraza en el cuarto piso muy bonita con vista a la ciudad pero no tiene piscina en Expedia lo muestran con piscina y el mismo no cuenta con piscina hay dos diferentes hoteles en la capital que tienen el mismo nombre y sólo uno tiene piscina y no es este ,de lo demás todo excelente y muy bueno

Es un excelente hotel para hospedarte, pues queda justo en el corazón de la zona colonia, puedes recorrer sus calles a pie y estar cerca de tu hotel a todas horas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero lindas, el baño es amplio y las camas son muy cómodas. Incluso tiene una terraza en el cuarto piso desde la que te puedes relajar después de un largo día.

If you don’t mind walking and enjoying wonderful restaurants in Colonial, this hotel is a gem! I enjoyed our stay, my only concern was the internet was spotty and sometimes unable to connect in my room. I had complained to hotel staff, however the issue was still did not resolved. I guess that’s my one take away. Daily Complimentary Breakfast was awesome and breakfast staff was relatively friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again, however request a room towards the front entrance to get better reception with Internet. Thanks for a great stay Hodelpa!

Me pareció muy apropiada porque esta en el Centro Colonial para caminar. Solo que hay que tener cuidado con el vehiculo para que no te lo golpeen porque el parqueo es pequeño y hay que dejar las llaves en recepcion para que ellos lo muevan.

Nothing works at this freaking hotel !!!! Blnking lights, slow down toilet. You have to request everything, soap, towels, etc. Requested repair services 3 times, no results, when spoke to manager after 2 days, finally got repairs on slow down toilet blinking ligths. But not the slow drain shower. Water will go over limit risking a fall due to a wet and slipery floor.

My experience with my booking for this property was one of the worst experiences I have ever had traveling. I arrived with my wife and 2 year old daughter at 8pm on 3/7 to check in for my reservation. They told me they were sold out and had transferred me over to an alternate hotel nearby. I was never emailed, called, or texted. I showed up to front desk with all of our bags just to be told we had to go to another hotel. With all of the traffic in this area it took us over an hour to reach the hotel which was 2 blocks away but we had to go around in circles and down one way streets before finally getting there. The room there was small and not the accommodation we were looking for. We left and paid for another hotel 20 minutes away. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Beware if you have a booking here make sure to call them ahead of time or day of to make sure they will honor it and not send you to alternative hotel. Never going back after this.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. The facilities are clean and the food and drinks they serve at their restaurant are great. the area is very lively but I did not hear any noise when I was in my room. will definitely keep coming back.

It's hard to give ratings for these categories. For example, "staff and service" includes desk staff, cleaning staff, chefs, restaurant servers. There are some very good desk staff, but one whose continued presence is mystifying -- (unless he is being paid for playing in his phone and dismissing client concerns). The restaurant serving staff are consistently excellent, and the chefs are generally very good. The cleaning staff generally do an excellent job each day in the rooms. But there doesn't seem to be a policy on periodically checking the hallways for garbage and dirty dishes, as some inconsiderate guests seem to think it's just fine to expose other guests to their mess. The hotel has been increasingly popular, it seems, and it's facilities -- for example, during their free breakfast -- can be strained when the hotel is full.
