Besides the fact that it’s extremely old, besides the fact that it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower, besides the fact that the staff was totally ignoring the customers, the most shocking part was getting the gym access refused due to my shoes. Basically my gym shoes were “too dirty” to get inside. ABSURD! 20 years travelling the world in any kind of hotel and never heard something like that! Shoes that were always been used indoor, so no mud or else. I called the hotel manager and he arrived with other 2 people, didn’t say anything. Just watching in silence. I was complaining a lot and no reply from him, no apologies no anything! They simply didn’t care. This hotel is absolutely obscene and they offer a hostel service. I’ll never return there even if they give me the room for free. It’s a joke, run by clowns.

여러번 숙박을 했는데 가성비가 좋은 거 같아요. 방크기도 괜찮은 거 같고 장소와 주차장도 좋고 다만 조금 오래된 호텔이라 그런데 깨끗 해서 괜찮아요.

겉은 깨끗했는데 내부는 세월의 흔적이 느껴졌습니다. 침구류 등은 깨끗했는데, 바닥의 경우 얼룩이 있는 곳도 있었고, 소파 아래의 경우 전 숙박객의 것으로 보이는 양말도 있었어서 그다지 꼼꼼히는 청소를 안 하는게 아닐까 하는 생각이 들었습니다.

フロントデスクのスタッフだけでなく、清掃スタッフや入口にいるスタッフ、皆さん笑顔で、どんな小さな質問にも丁寧に対応してくれました。部屋も広々と清潔で、冷蔵庫があるので飲み物やヨーグルトなどの軽食を買って冷やすことができました。ペットボトルの水は飲んでなくなった分を毎日補充してくれていてありがたかったです。ティファールの湯沸かし器があるので、朝から白湯を飲んで身支度を整えてから、散歩がてら近所のカフェなどに出かけました。コンビニエンスストアが徒歩圏内にたくさんありました。一点、残念だったのは間接照明だけなので、夜書類を確認したり本を読むのは難しいと思いました。その点が改善されたらとても良いです。また、泊まりたいと思います。

삼정호텔 장수호텔이죠 예전에는 안그랬던거 같은데 침대가.......... 너무 돌덩이같아서 자는데 10번은 꺤것같습니다 평소에 소프트한 침대를 사용하는데 돌침대에서 자는 느낌 ㅠㅠ 하우스키핑 열심히 관리하는것같은데 공조기가 너무 낡아서 배관에 덕지적지 먼저 붙어있을꺼라서 공기질이 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 리베라 호텔과 같이 나이트 + 호텔로 운영하는 느낌 어른들 술먹고 조인해서 하루 놀고자기 좋은 호텔이 되버린것같아서 세월이 무색합니다

Hotel service was great and the amenities were great too. This was the first hotel in the area with free cans of beer, pops, water and chips. One downside of the hotel was that it was not very soundproof, that I could hear my neighboring rooms' guests taking showers, flushing, talking on the phone and slamming their doors quite well, which I didn't expect from 4-star hotels.

Receptionist at the front desk were terrible. Extremely rude. The customer service experience in Korea always the best but not this one. Room is clean but the bed is moving. Not sure why the bed is not secured in a place. They didn't say about the construction. Loud noise all nights. Will not be going back to this place.

彦州駅8番出口から徒歩3〜5分圏内にあります。新論峴駅からも余裕で歩けますが登り坂がひたすら続くのでお気をつけて。（どの駅から来てもホテル入り口前がラスボス並みに急斜面です）新論峴駅までは地下鉄9号線の急行が走ってるので空港からのアクセスも比較的便利だと思います。体力さえあれば江南大路まで歩ける距離なのでショッピングも楽しめます！ホテル自体はロビーも部屋も綺麗で品のある雰囲気です。部屋にお箸は無いですがレストランの方に言うと快く割箸をくださったので助かりました。USBポートや変換プラグは無かったので自身で持っておくと便利です。総合的に見ると江南メインで楽しみたい方にはおすすめできます！また利用したいです。

ロケーションは便利ですが、古い感じ。タクシーは自分で呼ばないと車寄せでは対応してくれません。日本人ほぼいないので、フロントも日本語対応はしてくれないです。仁川空港までのバスはホテル目の前からでてるので便利だったけど、個人的にはやっぱり明洞エリアの方が色々遊べて良いなと思いました。
