Very nice hotel for the price, rooms are large and clean with comfortable bedding. It’s located in Gangnam so convenient to a lot of tourist areas as well as taxis and public transportation. The pool was closed for maintenance during the months of November and December which was sad as it was one of my criteria for choosing the hotel. The breakfast was ok. The biggest complaint I had was the air conditioner would not turn on even as a fan, the room was 28.1 degrees at one point managed to get it down to 27.2 using the window vent over night.

室内:シャワーの水圧は高い。ウォシュレット有り。部屋も古さはあるが綺麗。スリッパは備え付けのため、気になる人は持参した方が良い。照明のコントロールをベッドサイドの電話で出来る(わかりにくい)。3泊したが快適に過ごせた。立地:清潭駅から近い。コンビニはホテル裏側のセブンイレブンか清潭駅のGS25が近いかな?どちらも徒歩5分くらいで微妙な遠さ。その他:いろんな無料設備(プールとかジム)が充実しているようだが出張での宿泊のため未利用。COEXまでは徒歩でどうにか行ける距離であるが、アップダウンがあり(平坦な道ではない)、良い運動になります。あと、エレベーターのセキュリティが無いので、誰でもどこのフロアにも入れてしまうと思う。

The location is decent if you are there for COEX exhibition. The room is pretty old and certain things are falling apart. However, room cleanliness is acceptable and heating system and hot shower all worked well. Room is a bit small but OK. The staff are OK but not the friendliest. When we checked out the male staff didn't even say thank you and he looked disinterested and after getting my room card he just threw it to the side. Maybe he was having a bad day or whatever.

Although in need of some modernisation, especially in the bathrooms and carpets, it’s a good and convenient hotel to stay in the Gangnam area. The airport shuttle is right outside when arriving from the airport, the bus stops are only a few minutes away. No subway nearby but it’s a nice area to walk around. The staff were nice and helpful in booking us a trip to the DMZ. The rooms are comfortable and the bedding is soft. Didn’t try the pool or nightclub, but the sandwich shop was lovely and packed is snacks to take to the DMZ. I would stay again

This is my second stay at Hotel Riviera. The rooms seem a bit dated but otherwise no complaints. Staff is amazing and speak English, check in took about 3 minutes. Location is great just outside Gangnam-dong tourists areas. It is about a 20 minute walk to COEX there are a few eateries nearby. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the coffee is decent. Pool is nice and the staff was extremely helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit to Seoul for sure.

コロナ前はよく利用させていただいており、久しぶりの利用です。【良かった点】・部屋が広い・シーツ交換不要にしていても、綺麗にベッドを整えてくれる・近辺に飲食店が多い・シャワーの熱さ・水量はしっかりしている・無料のお水は飲まなくても毎日補充してくれる【悪かった点】・暖房が作動しない日が3日中2日有り、一度フロントに電話をかけて問い合わせしたところ、ボイラー室に確認後連絡すると言われたまま連絡は来ず寒いままだった・チェックイン時と、チェックイン前に預けた荷物を受け取る際に対応してくれたフロントの男性(二人)の対応がとても邪魔くさそう、かつ偉そうで不快だった預ける時と、チェックアウトの際に対応してくださった方々は、以前通り良い対応だったのでとても残念だった全体的には慣れた場所なので、また利用したいです。

We had a very comfortable stay at the Riviera. So much so that we are going back in a few days. The staff were all lovely and helpful. I felt a huge difference in costumer service at this hotel when compared with other hotels I stayed at in Seoul last year. Friendly and helpful staff, all spoke English to same degree and smiled all the time. I hope that the attitude towards foreigners is changing at the Seoul hotels. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is of good quality. I personally don’t like carpeted rooms and this was no exception, but I suppose it’s traces of older days when the hotel was built. It could do with either new carpet or to remove it completely. The toilet is great! It’s nice and warm to sit on and with duche/washing options. All in all it’s a good hotel in a very good location!!

狎鴎亭ロデオ駅にはアップダウンがあり徒歩20分以上掛かるため、少し使いづらい。清潭駅は5分ほどで大した坂もなためこちらの駅を使いたいところだが、行き先によっては乗り換えなどが必須だったりするので目的地によって使い分け、またタクシーで移動した。 1番近いコンビニはGS25だがとても小さな店舗なので、清潭駅内の同コンビニを利用した。フロントの方はとても親切で、日本語がわかる方がいらっしゃる時もあった。 15時チェックインのところ、15分ほど前に着いたらそのままチェックイン出来た。バスタブもあり、トイレも暖房便座。日本のコンセントがそのまま使えるところもあった。掃除やタオル、リネン類は毎日交換されていて気持ち良かった。冷蔵庫にアルコール類やドリンクもあるが、チェックアウトの際に支払いが必要。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルは毎日無料で提供された。見た限り、自販機などは見当たらなかったので、外で調達してくるのが良い。

O hotel é bom, os quartos são grandes e a cama confortável. Porém a localização não é boa. Para todos os programas de seul é necessário pegar ônibus ou metro para se deslocar durante 40-60 minutos ou mais. Os recepcionistas não são tão carismáticos como os japoneses mas tudo bem.
