The reason I chose this hotel was because of the leisure facilities, upon arrival I found out that the pool areas had been shut down for over a month! Nobody informed me of this after booking the hotel, and no offer of a partial refund. To top it all off, I have contracted food poisoning from the restaurant. I know the food poisoning is from here as it's the only place I've eaten from

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. There was an event on and the lobby area was very loud. The car park is roof is low. Like to get your boot damaged on opening. My car is Tesla model y and the boot hit the roof

Hotel in general was very nice. Bathrooms in general need to be renewed they are looking tired and a little grubby as a result. Few hairs in the bathroom on check in but other than that clean. We paid £6 each to use the spa facilities but there was a large group hogging the sauna, steam room and hot tub so couldn’t use what we had paid for and on telling staff we just got a half hearted “sorry about that” Good location for local attractions.

The lifts were out of order for first couple of days. When booking no one bothered to tell us this. Car parking is £10 a day and car park is very tight to manoeuvre in. Again when booking these facts were not highly visible. Hotel is looking dated now.

Nice hotel but showing signs of age. Had to pay extra for parking (£10) and leisure centre £6 (per visit). Room was very comfy. Although the aircon wasn’t great. Very hot in the room even with AC at lowest. Leisure centre was small and the pool only 1 metre deep. No plug sockets next to bed. Bathroom very small and a bit dark. Got a late check out for an extra hour. Good overall but needs some improvements and up dates.

Bedroom and public areas were lovely. Bathroom was in dire need of an update. Rusted metal, chipped bath… it just doesn’t make it feel clean. Breakfast was alright if included but wouldn’t be worth paying for as quality nor fresh standards met (beans were dried, hash browns soggy etc)

Disappointing stay despite good breakfast We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. First, the car park ceiling beam was low and ended up damaging the boot of our car. When we reported this, the staff advised us to contact the police and then make a complaint to the manager, which felt quite unhelpful. Additionally, the car park and pool incur extra charges, but this was only mentioned in an email that arrived a day after our stay—something that should have been made clear upfront. Inside the room, the sofa bed was broken and the mattress stained, which was concerning as it was intended for our toddler. When we asked for clean sheets, we were made to feel as if we had done something wrong and were told we shouldn't be using it. We did eventually receive the sheets, but the overall interaction left us uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the ceiling had spider webs that clearly hadn’t been cleaned, which really added to the impression of poor maintenance. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent, which was the highlight of the stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the issues with cleanliness, transparency, maintenance, and customer service. We hope management addresses these problems so future guests have a better experience.

Stay was fine unfortunately there is a open stocker with bare wires on show my phone fell off bedside table and I reached down to get it fortunately I didn’t touch them and there was a pill of some description under bed which could be dangerous if a child got hold of it

Hotel was okay - there was an extra cost to be able to use the fitness facility which was a surprise when we arrived. Cleanliness was okay - there were fingernails in our bed which was gross. Building is very old and service staff was cordial but not friendly. Food at the restaurant was very good.

Delighted to have been given a room on the fifth floor but then discovered the aircon units (or some other equipment) on the roof rumble all night long which doesn't make for a very peaceful environment. You can hear it penetrating through every wall. Also breakfast for £15 is pretty excessive given the average quality of what's on offer. As is the £10 for parking when there's unrestricted and free on-street parking less than a minute's walk away. Won't return here.

I stayed in Room 613 on the top floor, apparently “ Club” The room visually was good, however nothing but noise and disturbance from a fault what may be an air conditioning unit outside possibly on the roof top. It took some time to establish after turning off internal appliances in the room, that the noise was outside. I didn’t get any sleep at all on the 2nd night. I telephoned reception and they advised they would send maintenance, maintenance did not arrive. At 11.00am I telephoned and spoke to the manager, he assured me that maintenance would arrive by 12:30, once again Maintenance did not arrive. I went down to reception and got conflicting stories from the manager and the receptionist; the long and short of it from the managers own mouth is that they have had several complaints about noise from customers who stayed on floor 6 and as such because they knew of the fault there was no point coming to enquire because they knew what the fault was. This is absolutely disgraceful to advertise that you provide a bed and breakfast service only don’t expect to get any sleep in the bed! The room overlooked what they say was Windsor Castle. The Hotel entrance says Slough/Windsor. It’s not in Windsor this is Slough and the view was of large storage containers and regular beeping noises similar to when the door on a train/tube is about to close. No apology from the manager. This hotel is Shameful and engage in deceptive profiteering to attract its customers.

10 minutes drive to Windsor, luckily we had a car to go back n forth. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re interested in being in Windsor. Staff were nice and lobby area is nice. The room size was great, spacious and quiet. Pillows were very flat and bathroom needs upgrading, wasn’t clean and outdated.

Very comfortable bed, and a sound night sleep, marred by an abysmal check in and check out service. The gentleman was new so allowances were made, but he should not have been put in that position. Check out too was tawdry, seemingly with no understanding if the car park rates were correct or not, or indeed if it should or shouldn’t be paid as there was some ‘offer on’ that wasn’t explained. Disappointing experience overall.

Stayed in the hotel while at a Christmas Party. While the hotel itself was nice enough, the service at the bar was appalling. Staff were unbelievably slow and rude. The bar was under stocked, sodas were flat and drinks were massively overpriced. Left a negative experience on the whole stay

Hotel is older and showing a little of its age but staff are pleasant and the room was clean and tidy. Shower however has no temperature regulator as it goes from warm to scolding in a moment. The breakfast was at best disappointing, all of the hot food was dry apart from the very greasy hash browns and mushrooms. I would stay again but not pay for breakfast.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars Title: Loved my stay – especially the amazing Indian restaurant! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and absolutely loved it. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable – exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was the Indian restaurant on-site. Honestly, it served the best curry I’ve had in a long time – full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and really authentic. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, I’d recommend visiting just for the food! The location was also great – well connected and easy to get around. All in all, a brilliant stay. I’d definitely return!

Stay was great. Stayed here after a day in Warner bros studios. Check in was good. Very pleasant. Room is lovely, spacious, clean. Breakfast was yuck. Scrambled eggs were more slop than scrambled, bacon just warmed. Wouldnt pay for breakfast again but would stay here. Parking was a £10 charge for overnight however this was well advertised and expected in advance. Lovely stay overall though. Perfectly positioned for the trek home m4 bound.

Stayed here for 2 days to head to legoland. Good location. Hotel facilities very good. Food a bit pricey but nice. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is spotless. Rooms were spacious and clean. Taxi direct to legoland was great. Would stay again. Only negative was the 3pm check in time. And the charge of £40 to check in earlier if preferred. We arrived at 11 am. Our bags were stored safely but would have loved to have been able to rest after a very early 3am start. They also offered to mind our bags after check out.
