Everything was great. No issues. Complimentary breakfast was filling. Downstairs bar was good. Great location near other eateries along with a major grocery store and train station to get around and get to London.

Room was clean, and the staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no secured parking at the hotel, and we had to walk five minutes to an off-site parking lot, which I didn't feel comfortable doing at night.

Very frustrating as we had no elevator service for couple of hours so we had to walk to 7 th floor with a heart condition and knee joint surgery due in end July. Senior management refused to answer our frustration

Strange 2 in 1 hotel where you may need to check in at the Moxy because staff doesn't always work the Residence Inn desk. Very weird. Nice room, great size. Not a far walk to the train station going to Windsor Castle but it is in an unsafe area. I wouldn't recommend walking here at night or alone if a women or child.

The room itself was quite good, although it could've benefitted from better lighting. Breakfast was pretty good (although veg sausage option not available, even though the sign advertising it was displayed). The worst part of our stay: no clear info/communication re: parking and unloading. There's a parking lot that's free for hotel guests not too far away, but it's labeled for Moxy guests only, not Residence Inn. We wasted about 45 min trying to get a parking app to work, then finally walked to the hotel and found out we could use the free Moxy lot. WHY would this not be communicated clearly ahead of time?? And why does the parking lot signage not indicate that it's also for Residence Inn guests? Also, it was highly unusual to not be able to unload our bags before parking; there was no clear/marked way to do that. We later found out that there's sort of a place for that, but again, this was in no way communicated ahead of time, either on the website or in check-in information. Very frustrating! The desk employees who helped were doing the best they could, and we do appreciate being allowed to check into our room early. The problem seems to lie with the overall management and communication of policies. Really hope they figure out a way to address this.

Good location for Legoland but the main road was very noisy, found it very difficult to sleep. The check in desk was closed so we had to check in via the moxy next door, which was fine but general lack of staff around was disconcerting, there was hardly anyone around. Room was very nice and spacious but the floor had not been hoovered so we had to request this after we checked in. Only 2 towels even though there were 4 of us. Breakfast was nice and quite a bit of choice considering it was only meant to be continental. The staff we did see were very friendly and helpful, they were just few and far between.

Had food at Moxy our first night and it was dreadful we ordered chicken burgers and no idea what they served us but it wasn’t chicken, greasy wedges. Needless to say we didn’t eat it or go there again. Definitely give that a miss. Breakfast at residence inn was lovely, hot and cold buffet again very clean. Car park a bit of a walk from hotel and didn’t look particularly safe but thankfully car was fine.

Simply amazing. I’m am extremely picky when it comes to the comfort and cleanliness of a hotel and this checked all the boxes. The service at the front desk was top notch. Thank you Ms. Anu! The rooms are well-appointed, but the first room we got, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We changed rooms after the first night, but all of the mattresses are soft and springy like a dorm mattress or a cot. The parking is blocks away, and the area doesn’t feel safe. The restaurant food was awful.

This was a great base in Slough. It's a few minutes walk to the train station and a large Tesco. Rooms are large and high quality with good amenities. Staff were helpful and available as needed. Restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast.

Close enough to walk to from the train station and very easy to get into London and a 5 minute train ride from Windsor Castle. Small fridge, hot plate and microwave with stocked kitchenette made meals easy and the morning breakfast was awesome. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was rude and in considerate. After refusing to check me in as l didn’t have my physical ID not bank card at hand. I was visiting Windsor from the West Midlands and had to go all the way home as they would accept my ID on my phone or a different bank card.

I was moved to another hotel after receiving an email 15 minutes before I was able to check in. Apparently they had overbooked the hotelThis was a downgrade. I was offered a free meal in the restaurant for the evening as way of apology. This was no benefit as I was not eating at the hotel. I enquired about a partial refund but have received no response. The hotels.com site also says there is parking, but this is via a public multi storey 5 minutes walk away

Simply amazing. I’m am extremely picky when it comes to the comfort and cleanliness of a hotel and this checked all the boxes. The service at the front desk was top notch. Thank you Ms. Anu! What really blew me away is anytime we requested any thing from housekeeping it was there in a matter of moments!l and with extras! The breakfast was okay, but the restaurant’s food was nice. This will always be our spot when visiting England

My booking was cancelled upon my arrival so never got a chance to stay after 6 hours of driving. In the end, I got dumped in terrible place. Hotel is refusing refund, terribel experience

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The suite that we had was spacious with a queen bedroom and a pullout sofa in the main area. My only complaint is that the staff was not available after 10pm to assist. They had just “closed” the bar and would not serve us a drink at 10:05pm. They also did not provide sheets for the sofa bed in the room and never answered our call to the front desk. It was probably 11-11:30pm but we got in late because of a flight issue and I thought hotels provided 24hr service. I guess not, but wanted to share my experience. Breakfast was also good. The area around the hotel is not great but we didn’t have any issues.

Lovely place for a family of four. One bedroom with children on sofa bed in living room. Lovely dining and kitchen area. Perfect for our one night stay. Not a complaint but it’s very central and quite grim outside the property. For a nights stay after a day at Lego land it was perfect but certainly not for exploring what was outside. Breakfast was great, better than expected and parking only a 2/3 min walk. Would stay here again.

Room was clean, and the staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no secured parking at the hotel, and we had to walk five minutes to an off-site parking lot, which I didn't feel comfortable doing at night.

This was a great base in Slough. It's a few minutes walk to the train station and a large Tesco. Rooms are large and high quality with good amenities. Staff were helpful and available as needed. Restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast.

Close enough to walk to from the train station and very easy to get into London and a 5 minute train ride from Windsor Castle. Small fridge, hot plate and microwave with stocked kitchenette made meals easy and the morning breakfast was awesome. Would highly recommend.

Good location for Legoland but the main road was very noisy, found it very difficult to sleep. The check in desk was closed so we had to check in via the moxy next door, which was fine but general lack of staff around was disconcerting, there was hardly anyone around. Room was very nice and spacious but the floor had not been hoovered so we had to request this after we checked in. Only 2 towels even though there were 4 of us. Breakfast was nice and quite a bit of choice considering it was only meant to be continental. The staff we did see were very friendly and helpful, they were just few and far between.

Strange 2 in 1 hotel where you may need to check in at the Moxy because staff doesn't always work the Residence Inn desk. Very weird. Nice room, great size. Not a far walk to the train station going to Windsor Castle but it is in an unsafe area. I wouldn't recommend walking here at night or alone if a women or child.

Was a good property. The only negative in the room was the smell of mold in the bathroom. (The water runs out of the shower and onto the floor. I'm guessing that seepage is causing some mold in the wall.) Everything else in the room was good. The area is a little questionable, especially at night. Parking (and getting a taxi/Uber) is a pain due to the location on one-way streets. A short walk to the train station. Overall, I would stay again if in the area.

The rooms are well-appointed, but the first room we got, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We changed rooms after the first night, but all of the mattresses are soft and springy like a dorm mattress or a cot. The parking is blocks away, and the area doesn’t feel safe. The restaurant food was awful.

Everything was great. No issues. Complimentary breakfast was filling. Downstairs bar was good. Great location near other eateries along with a major grocery store and train station to get around and get to London.

Had food at Moxy our first night and it was dreadful we ordered chicken burgers and no idea what they served us but it wasn’t chicken, greasy wedges. Needless to say we didn’t eat it or go there again. Definitely give that a miss. Breakfast at residence inn was lovely, hot and cold buffet again very clean. Car park a bit of a walk from hotel and didn’t look particularly safe but thankfully car was fine.

I love the hotel. It's clean, rooms are spacious, coffee machine with capsules and great breakfast buffet. Big Tesco nearby, restaurants and fast food, buses to central London. Moxy's reception offers pizzas 24/7 for a midnight snack. We had an amazing stay.

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve stayed in for a long time. Facilities are excellent and it’s so close to the train station. Had a massive thunderstorm first night I stayed didn’t hear a thing or see anything due to the great black out curtains and glazing!
