We traveled as a couple as part of a longer journey. The hotel we thought was ideal for our stay. It was clean, well maintained, and very good leisure facilities. The only problem was parking. There was a £7:50 charge for overnight parking. We saw laybys outside the hotel that we could have used for free. We did hear other people complain about the scandalous parking charges too.

The facilities weren’t great. Pool and spa areas were small. And we couldn’t really use the pool as there were swim lessons on. The pool water was cold!! No where to chill out (beds by pool) No jacuzzi/hot tubs.

Could not fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. All of them went above and beyond. The hotel was comfortable but a little too hot for our liking, even though we turned the temperature down in our room. The leisure club was nice but definitely needs a refurb as it's looking a bit tired. Food was delicious - evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely return.

Excellent food, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. They were having a prom event when we arrived and it made parking a nightmare. The kids liked the pool, and I found the workout room to be more than adequate.

The hotel is looking very tired, bathroom was clean but badly in need of updating. Shower head didn’t work properly, bathroom door jammed when you closed it and was alarmingly difficult to open. We only stayed for one night, there was a discarded room service tray with dirty dishes and food scraps on the floor a few doors down from our room. It was there when we arrived and still there when we left.

Got a great quick check from friendly staff on reception.Was in a room on 4th floor it was very clean with tea and coffee the bathroom was also very clean.Very comfy bed great shower.Had food in the restaurant food was very good with great service.Had breakfast both days breakfast buffet was great .All in all a great stay will use again.We were visiting the Air Show for weekend.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. A nice welcome, a clean room and a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a wide range on offer. The staff were all very helpful.

It is a good place. It is clean and have ample parking. The staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and big. Given the location, it was not easy to find a lot of choices for dinner. We also booked for the pool, which was a major disappointment. It was so busy and the water was cloudy. Breakfast the next day was packed and a bit chaotic.

Mattress and pillows the most uncomfortable ive slept on, to the point im in pain with my neck and back, as is my husband. Bathroom dated, shower poor. Toilet cisten constantly leaking, shower head leaked so no pressure. TV would not connect to cast and no sky either. Breakfast was however good for the price.

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon and encountered some issues with the room amenities. Initially, I had to change rooms because the fridge in my first room was unplugged and moldy. Unfortunately, the fridge in my second room was also unplugged. After plugging it in, I found that all my items were frozen solid after 24 hours. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing.

All the team were very helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious, with all the expected amenities. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant, which had a range of vegetarian options. The only downside is that the heating in my room was on the blink, and so it did become very cold on my last night there. There are two disabled parking bays by reception for blue badge holders, but these were often already occupied, so a few more would help as the guest car park is a little bit of a walk if you have mobility issues. Overall I had a nice stay, and if my works takes me to the area again I would book again.

Very noisy when in the room. A family were in the room above. You could hear them all talking and the kids running about after 11.30 pm. The internal bathroom door handle was wobbling and only held on by one screw (reported). The bathroom extractor fan didn’t work. The room heating system was very noisy when it came on throughout the night. The bed was very comfortable though. Overall, the hotel in gym and other communal areas are very nice. However the rooms are dated and tired and in a good need of a spruce up.

This hotel is going down hill fast. Poor attitude at check-in when arriving late in the evening. Internet speed was woeful. Multiple TV channels didn’t work Internet TV didn’t work. Reported all to reception and nothing was done. Last time I stay here.

Paper thin walls - could hear the occupants breathing on both sides!! Land line was constantly ringing next door - nobody was there at the time to answer it, but it kept ringing - called Reception who said they would stop the ringing. They did - for 2 minutes - started again. Called again, stopped again for 3 minutes. Called again Reception said someone was in the room & was probably choosing not to answer it. It drove us mad - on check out, we were asked if all was ok - we explained - again about the phone constantly ringing loudly & we were all but accused of lying about the phone - we weren’t. It truly drove us mad & we ended up leaving 2 hours earlier than planned to get away from the ringing. Not great service from the staff 😞

Was an underwhelming check in experience with very unenthusiastic staff. Room was ok - seemed to be constant water on floor in bathroom which was ‘ok’ on cleanliness. Dinner was poor - have had much better meals in Wetherspoons for a fraction of the price - service through dinner was poor and slow. Had to get up myself to offer to pay the bill - didn’t even get asked if wanted a desert. Breakfast was good though.

Great location, comfortable and spacious rooms. But seems to be a bit dated and needs refurb. Reasonable price. We found the pillows quite soft and not to our liking and could have been a bit firm. The location is really nice and short drive to some of the amneties and town centre. Near to some of the cotswold villages

Air conditioning noisy, old and lacked proper adjustment. Bathroom plug didn’t work properly. Breakfast a bit sparse if not early. Welcome could be improved with a smile and welcome rather than making you feel like a job that has to be done. Great position for the Cotswolds, Bath and Oxford. Overall clean and generally friendly team.

As I booked in I was taken aback to be told that there was a charge for parking - the first I'd heard of such a charge. Seeing my astonishment, the kind receptionist waived the fee. Why do hotels charge for a necessity? Breakfast was excellent, with superb bacon. A shame that it was let down by the limited choice of fruit juice - not-fresh orange juice - and appalling coffee.

Stayed for my friends Hen Night and we were made to feel very special and looked after. Nothing was a problem at all and the swimming area was fab too. Breakfast was tasty and well managed.

Room was dated and tired. Set up for 2 people not 3, very disappointed!! Food was dreadful, I sent my fish and chips back twice it was cold, the fish was brown and the chips tasted odd, so I didn’t eat anything!! Service was very slow and poor, not a happy face in site. Overall a very unpleasant stay. I’m glad I only paid £44 for the room, definitely not worth £150

Overall good experience. Could have done with a jacuzzi in the Spa. Didn’t like they way a service charge was automatically added to restaurant bill & then also wanted a gratuity payment on top. Drinks bill pricey
