An excellent hotel for its proximity to T2 at Haneda Airport. It was clean and the check in/out procedures were easy to use. We arrived at the airport early and, while we couldn’t check in until 2 pm, we could leave our bags there. Overall a good experience.

Ultra convienient with direct access to the Termonal 2 check in area. The sound proofing of the runway facing room was superb, I could not hear any aircraft taking off! The facilities are somewhat dated and typical of those back in the late 1990s/early 2000s. Although very clean, there were many signs of wear and tear throughout the room.

Nice place. Good for travel to or from HND terminal 2. Walkable to Terminal 1 (~20 min) via the underground walkway, but need shuttle bus to terminal 3. Underground train is also available for IC or buy ticket. Many restaurants and some convenient stores in the airport.

Really like the availability of the airport terminal shuttle as FREE access to the hotel, from T3 to T2. Hotel very clean and modern looking. Buffet breakfast was good but a little pricey.

Right in terminal 2 which was very convenient. Good food options in terminal. Easy check in. Room was small and you can’t hear the planes which is nice. However, I did have a cockroach appear around the toilet and had to kill it. That’s why it gets three stars. It did the job for one night.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a direct connection to Haneda AirPort Terminal 2. Considering the size of the room, the hotel is quite expensive. At check-in the staff was not at all friendly or welcoming, with poor communication skills in English or Japanese which is quite astounding for an international airport hotel. The room was generally clean but the curtains and bed covers were dusty, causing an allergic reaction.

Room was clean, cool view of a runway, nice soaking tub. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options & room had the fanciest hairdryer I have ever had in a hotel. Late checkout would have been nice for a $400 room but location in the airport was so convenient for our long layover.

The staff was not helpful in the check in. Just wanted us to do the kiosk check in very rude. I'm japanese and they treated me like crap. The dining peeps treated us good and respectful.

The service was exceptional. We got off our plane at 8:20pm gone through customs and immigration and by 9:00pm we were in our rooms. The wheelchair service took my mom all the way to our room. They even helped us with our luggage. Even offered cold bottled water for us as we entered our room. They asked if we even needed help in the morning. The service was amazing. The hotel is in Terminal 2.

Located at the far end of Terminal 2 it was conveniently situated for us. We stayed 2nights because of a flight snafu. Glad they were here. Breakfast was not the best but there was a big variety, even American fare. $22 for the buffet.

Perfect hotel and location after landing at Haneda for a quick stop over before Hokkaido. The check in and out process was smooth and the hotel location was perfect. We caught a free shuttle to this hotel terminal for a domestic flight and we were off the next day were were on our way. I appreciate the hotel being able to accommodate adjoining rooms as my other adult children were traveling with us. We opted for the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Many options for Japanese and also western food. All toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothpaste & even a razor and shaving cream) were provided. We are from the US and their English was good. Would definitely stay here again.
