Club level room with great city views. Club offerings of high quality. Liked the hotel bar. Situation nice wihin walking distance to Ginza and Hibiya Park and inside connection to metro station. Room for minor improvement: f.i. Sauna (clean but increase temperature) in common bathing area and lack of proper cocktail-menu in club (eventhough offerings are very fresh, tasty and wine menu is acceptable)

The staff, and concierge and Bell staff in particular, were awesome...I've travelled all over the world...no budget 5 star hotels...the service cannot be beat. Truly exceptional.

Hotel is dated, doesn’t feel like a good 5 star as compared some other 5 star properties that are cheaper in Tokyo. The breakfast selection was really poor and they made us wait for a table about 20-30mins every morning.
