Nice hotel in quiet location. Didn’t get breakfast so can’t comment. Lounge with coffee and free drinks and snacks in evening was a nice touch. Rooms were clean, good bed and temperature regulation. Rooms are tight if you have big luggage but typical for Japan.

Very spacious and nice clean rooms.old fashioned type Hotel.Breakfast nothing special and very average.Bar close 9pm every day(?) .the stagg are not allowed to give restaurant recommendations outside their list and could not help us with a reservation for the day after we left (we stayed for 8 days). Nice and polite service but management need to update to to live in the 2020s.

Great hotel. Has all you need in terms of toiletries and it’s cleaned and restocked daily. In terms of breakfast we needed vegetarian bits and they remembered us for the rest of the stay! The hotel is clean and the lounge area with free tea/ coffee/ wine is lovely. The terrace was nice too. The fitness centre only had a few cardio machines and a bench. There were no weight machines, no dumbbells and only one floor mat so bring your resistant bands if you need for this one! The surrounding area is nice a quiet. There’s 2 subways within 5 minutes walk.

Hotel really close to 2 different subway lines and within 10 mins walk to zojoji temple and Tokyo tower. Not really near shopping but is a safe area with offices (next to NEC) . Very good view from 1707 room as it was a suite . Can see morning sunrise. 14th floor lounge has free flow wine from 5-8pm daily . Bathtub was perfect and toilet has great natural sunlight

Lovely stay, more of a business area, away from the tourist madness. Yet close to everything. Many Metro & bus lines. 5 stops from HND. Steps from local bus to Roppongi. Loved the patio, the cute lounge, happy hour, coffee. Great staff, very helpful. Standard Rm size was fine for Tokyo. Nice view. We had a great time. Only local TV stations, it was like detox. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, had all the essentials you needed for a comfortable and simple stay. I will note that the room sizes are fairly small, but none of this comes as a surprise (square meters are obviously visible upon booking). Reasonable to say a queen bed room comfortably fits two adult travelers without a significant amount of luggage. For a decent place to sleep with the essentials, this fits the bill. A great amenity was the free beverages (including wine, beer) between 17:00-21:00, serving as a nice happy hour. The gym mainly had cardiac equipment, including treadmills and elliptical, which was fine. Facility was well kept and impeccably clean. Within walking distance to nearest Subway. For the price point, I would stay here again.

Common area , public area looks like not vaccume well enough , specially carpet area is very dirty, inside lift also not clean my first impression wasnt pleasant, overall ok but not great room is small, very disappointed of size , it looks spacious on the picture but not big in real. Overall good enough compare to what u paid. Pleasant trip. Thank u to all staff.

The hotel is in a convenient area where it is next to multiple connecting stations and convenience stores. There is also a nice neighborhood food district where we ate at sushikane which was so good. I would have to say that overall the hotel deserves a 4/5 it had nice amenities. The main reason it didnt get 5 stars was because our room wasn't cleaned well. There were stains on the carpet and some black mold and dust bunnies. Also some hair in the shower which is what made me give it 4 stars. Other than that, the staff is very kind and helpful, nice area, affordable, complimentary snacks, drinks, and pajamas.

I did enjoy staying in this hotel. It was very clean and pleasant and the staff at the reception was very nice. I also enjoyed the area around the hotel and that it was easy to walk to different areas of Tokyo. I also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It was delicious and the staff was very courteous there as well.

We stayed 6 nights and overall it was a good stay. The room was much smaller than anticipated but on reflection this seems to be typical of Tokyo / Japanese hotels. The hotel was clearly finished to a high standard some time ago and this shows; the lobby and the lounge area is really nice - however the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. The staff were really friendly, as are all of the people we came across during our stay. Very little to ‘complain’ about considering the economical price point.

Rated four star hotel and priced accordingly, but I was very disappointed by the service. Weeks before arrival I asked for a room on a low floor near the elevator (having survived two hotel fires that's important to me.) No one bothered to respond that the lowest floor in the hotel was the 14th floor. And I got the absolutely furthest room from the elevator on the whole floor. (They did offer to move me to a smaller room filled with equipment for wheelchair users, but not what I reserved) The room I got was small even by Tokyo standards and the upkeep was poor: furniture scratched up as were the walls in the elevator. Not what I would expect for the price or the rating.

The room itself is great. Unfortunately the service is not as good. Laundry service from the hotel gave me back dirty socks. I told the front desk and showed them pictures. The front desk attendant didn’t know what to do and had to go back and forth to the back room and spoke to some people for a few minutes and then came back again and told me they need to wait for another person in order to know what to do. They politely asked me to sit down and wait for the resolution for this complicated situation. In the end I told them that I don’t have time because I have a train to catch. I paid the laundry in full, even though my socks are still dirty. Since then no one from the hotel contacted me to offer me any resolution. I wish the service was as good as the room

The hotel was really nice. And the hospitality was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The location was far from shops and other restaurants, but if you are willing to walk about 15 minutes there are restaurants. Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower is a 10 to 15 miute walk and well worth seeing. Very pleased with Celestine Hotel. I would not try the corn soup at the coffee shop in the hotel.

A great spot if you are in Tokyo for a few days. The hotel is in a quiet business area not too far from the Tokyo Tower. The staff is very helpful and we enjoyed the lounge for drinks both nights. Our standard double room was rather small, but the bed and bathroom area were great. Its about a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway line.

We had a great view. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. A lot of food options within a 5-minute walk. The train station is a 7 min walk, the subway is even closer. Tokyo Tower is also within a 10-minute walk.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very good with both western and asian style food. Complementary drinks during breakfast and between 17-20 o'clock was much appreciated. The staff was very helpful and always got us what we needed and asked for. The view from our room was just amazing and everything was always kept clean with all the amenities you could think of. Would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a little bit of luxury during their vacation.

Rooms were small, but clean. Staff was friendly. Disappointed that the cafe was not open for breakfast. Sign said we could go to the restaurant, but we didn’t want the buffet. Two stations within walking distance made transportation accessible.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ruhige Lage, schöne Zimmer, super Ausblick, super U-Bahn-Anbindung, leckeres Frühstücksbüffet (wenn auch minimal spätere Frühstückszeiten schön gewesen wären). Wir würden wieder kommen, schönstes Hotel auf unserer Reise!
