Very nice and patient team. Very good location for public transport. Satisfying breakfast. The only issue, as always, is the weak air-conditioning. Overall, if the weather is not too hot, your stay will be wonderful. I recommend this hotel.

I forgot several items and left them inside my room, and this hotel has promptly sent my missing items to my next hotel in Japan (Tokyo). Right next to a major railway station with for easy access to the rest of Tokyo and beyond. Would recommend using Yoyogi station as it a lot less busy and confusing than Shinjuku. Oodles of shops and restaurants nearby. Brilliant views.

Great view, high floors, water pressure etc. all super. Add the wonderful staff and you have a perfect hotel . Use Yoyogi.
