Beautiful facility in convenient area with shopping and dinning. Close to subway stations. Room was large and comfortable for 3 of us. Pool, bath, and gym were all well maintained. I enjoyed Japanese bathhouse style hot tub in the ladies area. Airport limousines stops at the hotel so it was super convenient to get back to the airport without any extra traveling!

This was one of our best hotel stays ever. The staff were the nicest people I have ever met in hospitality, the room was spotless and full of awesome tech, the bed was very comfortable, the views were amazing, and the location was perfect. If you are going to Tokyo and want to splurge a little, please stay here. I will miss this place dearly when we leave.

Great property. A noticeable sewage smell in the lobby; though that’s not necessarily the responsibility of the property itself. Awesome location with attentive, caring staff; daily breakfast was amazing and on-site dining in general, was a cut above. Would stay again and would also like to try the Park Hyatt, once it reopens. スイートルームはリビングもベッドルームも充分な広さで快適でした。バスタブも足を伸ばしてゆっくりくつろげる広さです。ただ浴室がガラス張りのため別の人がトイレに行くのに見えてしまう感じです。スタッフの対応も丁寧で大量の荷物を部屋まで運んでくださったり車の出入庫も全てしてくれるので助かりました。窓からの景色もとても綺麗です。

The service was wonderful. Hotel is convenient to train and shopping/restaurants right next door. Stayed 5 nights at the end if a 5 week trip. Room was a bit small, and bed was a bit hard, pillows were thin (needed to have more brought to the room). We were told we would get ice with turndown service, but that never happened and we had to call down every night to have it delivered. Noisy hallway but that was due to rude customers, not the hotel.

We loved staying at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful, room was terrific with views of the Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji. There are several dining options in the Hotel and many more options close by. We had an excellent meal in the Roku Roku Sushi restaurant. We highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Tokyo for discerning travelers.

前のコメントに書かれている方が何名かいるが、ホスピタリティーと価格が合わない。セレブや海外の富裕層向けなのだろう。最後の最後まで最悪だった。チェックアウトのフロントにて、デビット決済方法を何故ゲストが教えなければ出来ないのか？教えてあげたのに出来なかったことに対して、何故謝れないのか？お礼も言えないのか？アルバイト？礼儀作法から身につけた方が宜しいのではないだろうか？無料でも二度と泊まる事は無いだろう。システムが古いのか何なのか？全てにおいて時間が掛かりすぎる。泊まった事に後悔しかない。残念です。

一夜限りのディナーイベントが開催されるので宿泊も予約した。人生においても稀にみるイベントで準備もできる限りベストを尽くしたのに東京に向かう途中、仮歯が取れて呆然とした。一縷ののぞみをかけホテルにチェックインすぐに歯医者で応急措置をしたいと無理なお願いを承知で、新幹線の中から電話したところ、想いを理解いただき歯医者さんに予約を入れ、フロントにも情報を共有し、チェックイン時に歯医者さんの場所も案内いただけた。混んでいるところをなんとか入れていただきイベント開場の時間に間に合うか心配していたが、状況も歯医者さんにお伝えいただきすぐに処置いただけ、最高のコンディションでミシュラン三つ星の小林圭シェフの最高のディナーを満喫し、感謝と感動の一日を過ごすことができた。翌日チェックアウト時も歯の具合を声掛けいただき、非常に嬉しく、ご対応頂いた方に感謝の意を伝えていただけるようお願いしたところ、その方がわざわざご挨拶にきてくださり、対面で心からの感謝を申し上げることができた。本当に一流のホテルと称えられるだけの素晴らしいホスピタリティー溢れるご対応に最高の思い出をつくることができ心から幸せな気分を味わえた滞在でした。

まだチェックインして間もない中、二人で寛いでいたところ急にスタッフの方が部屋のインターフォンを２回押されたのでそんなに待たせず出ようとしたらカードキーで勝手に開けて入ってきたのにはビックリしました。こられた理由が冷蔵庫の中の補充はないかという内容でした。来て間もないのでそんなに減るものでないことは分かりきっているはずなのにどうしてこのような対応だったのでしょうか？高級ホテルのはずなのにとても不愉快な気持ちになりました。

コロナ禍で海外旅行ができないので、自分へのご褒美で、都内ホテルを選びました。クラブルームを選択したので、クラブラウンジを利用できました。チェックインも10階のラウンジでできましたし、優雅な気分になれました。しかし、カクテルタイムで18時にラウンジに行ったところバイキングに多数の方が並んでいました。年末26日に宿泊したので仕方ないですが、お子様が多数でラウンジ内はごった返していました。そのため、静かな雰囲気はありませんでした。でもラウンジスタッフの方々は、飲み物がなくなるとすぐに聞きにきてくださり、サービスはさすが一流ホテルでした。朝食時は、みなさん時間がバラけたのか、人数が少なく静かな雰囲気でした。ロビーのクリスマスのオブジェも素晴らしく、ホテルライフを満喫できました。次回は、平日に利用してみたいです。

I traveled with my wife and 5yr old and arrived into tokyo early evening. We got registered quickly by hotel staff and got into our room with everything ready. The third bed was already set up with a welcome bag for our child waiting. Traveling with young children, that was appreciated. The front desk staff and concierge were all awesome and helpful throughout our week stay. Gave us great tips and useful info about places we wanted to go. Waits and lines, if any, were never too long. The French Kitchen breakfast buffet was great and its staff were also wonderful. It was unfortunate that Shunbou was closed for renovations (?) and the pool for maintenance during the first few days of our stay. The location is a great balance of quiet, convenience, and access to attractions.
