Great staff, clean, pleasant room, free shuttle to the airport. There is a very good hole in the wall Indian restaurant about five minutes walk away, and a lovely Shinto shrine even closer. Breakfast was good if you prefer a Japanese brwakfast, and adequate if you prefer a western one. My only criticism is that the bathroom reeked of mildew. Everything in the bathroom was obviously very clean, but I saw that the bathroom grub did not have tight join with the wall, and in that space I could see mildew growing that the cleaning staff obviously can’t reach. So, not a fault of the staff, and only something that can be addressed by removing the whole tub. Otherwise a good hotel for your overnight before leaving Japan!

初めて利用しました。スタッフの方の接客は良かったです。しかし、客室は掃除の行き届いていない所が見受けられたのが残念でした。冷蔵庫の上に埃がかかっていたり冷蔵庫の中の冷凍庫にあたる所が凍っていたのか水浸しなっていたこと、床に前の方が止まった時のゴミが落ちていたことが残念でした。しかし、チェックアウトが11時までなのでゆっくりくつろぐことはできました。

Excellent for the price; Nice clean bathroom, clean room, comfotable bed and blankets. Located next to the airport and just across the street is a convience store alongside some ramen restaurants. Also, the staff that we interacted with were very kind and courteous.

While the overall stay was great, there were a couple things that were less than excellent for me. The bed pillow was pretty awful. Only 2 pillow…very small (like a toddler size) and flat…no fill. Also too small…the shower curtain. Not even wide enuff to cover the opening. Water ended up all over the floor and adjoining sink counter. Otherwise, great location, friendly attentive staff. So why skimp on these 2 things!

The staff was very helpful in situating us upon arrival from overseas—patient, with good listening skills, and very accommodating. Even as we prepared to leave, they helped to coordinate and fill out the forms for the transfer of luggage pieces thru a delivery service to our next destination in Japan. A big help!

Great place . Close to the airport , and they offer a shuttle to the airport . Also , each window faces something . Which is great having natural light coming through , is a plus in Tokyo ...Some hotels in Tokyo , being really close to other tall buildings ..., you can end up facing a wall . THOUGH : don't get there before 3:00 pm ! You need to check in a little earlier , it won't happen ! Unless you are willing to pay for 1 or 2 hours of early check in . I think it won't hurt them if ( having the rooms available already ...) would be a little flexible with the check in time :( ... But this aspect it happens at any hotel you would go , in Japan ...

7/5チェックアウト後の羽田空港への無料シャトルバスの10時に乗車しようと10分前程からレセプション前のソファで待っていて下さい、こちらからバスの案内しますからとスタッフに言われて座って待っていたところ時間になっても誰もバス乗り場に指示は無く、心配になって外に出たら一台のエンジンのかかったバスがあり、周り見渡してもドライバーがいなかった為、レセプションに行き問い合わせたら10時のバスは出た後と言われ、(無線で問い合わせたら)レセプションのスタッフに出た後なので、駅は近いですよと言われたけど明らかにレセプションスタッフの対応が悪くて　バスに乗れなかったのに駅から暑いのに歩いて行けばの意見それはまずいでしょうそちら側の不手際なのに😡 仕方ないからタクシーを呼んでもらい空港まで乗って行ってターミナル1まで行ったところタクシー代金2900円になり仕方ないから支払いましたけどこんなミス許されて良いのですか❓ もう2度とそちらのホテルには宿泊しません無理送迎のバスの予定がホテル側のミスでタクシー代金払うなんておかしいと思います。

Overall is good but surcharge for early made us down. As an airport hotel, guests flying from all around the world with different arrival times, airport hotel should be more considerate to those who arrived early or leaving late. You have to wait exactly until 3pm or you will be charged otherwise, even rooms are available.

It was ok, the hallways smelled terrible but the room didn’t have that bad smell. The people were nice. I hate to leave a bad review but I’m trying to communicate with the hotel about an upcoming stay, and I get that there’s a language barrier, but the manager is very rude about not understanding me and hung up on me 😢. I thought the hotel was bearable for the price and proximity to the airport but because of this communication I wouldn’t stay there again.

駅から商店街の中を歩いて数分にあり、すぐ近くに穴守稲荷神社があります。羽田空港を利用するときは本当に便利なホテルです。シャトルやタクシーを利用しない時でも、空港から京急線で2駅くらいで便利です。お部屋も清潔、朝食も良かったです。

I stayed for one night before an early flight the next day. The room was very clean and quiet. The lobby staff were friendly. The breakfast had some variety and I was able to feel full even as a vegetarian. The airport shuttle was easy to use. In the neighborhood of the hotel, there is a pretty interesting shrine. I had a nice walk around the neighborhood before going to dinner at the hotel restaurant which again, had some things suitable for a vegetarian. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay again if I had an early flight.
