We enjoyed our stay. Despite the park, the hotel is near a load road and even at level 27 we could hear some street noise. Very muffled. I was able to reach all sites I wanted to visit, but transportation was 30-40 min almost everytime. There are 2 subway stations, Oeno and Mita lines and the can get you almost everywhere, directly, or with a change. The hotel is closer to Roppongi area and some of the Aoyama museums which are reachable by walking. The area is safe and nice, but there is not much night life, unless you use the hotel restaurants and bar which are very pleasant, but pricey comparing to other areas. The highlight was the nice gym (free) swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and onsen( for additional price). It was nice to have a place to relax after the crazy day in the city.

If you want to feel like Royalty, with the best views of Tokyo Tower this is your place! More than enough dining options, a convenience store, a bowling alley, & a pool ( that you have to pay to use is very unusual, & only negative thing I have to say about this place). Oh yeah, the breakfast buffet was awesome! They just didn’t have any syrup for the pancakes which was weird too.

Lovely hotel after a very long flight from Europe. Comfortable beds, great blackout blinds. We were surprised that the hotel would charge extra to use the spa or the pool. In the end despite it being a reason to choose the hotel, we didnt use these facilities. Maybe we booked in a hurry but this could have been made clearer when booking. We were also disappointed to be informed that there were renovations to the terrace, which meant we couldn't see the view.

A lovely hotel in a quiet and convenient location, however very disappointing that hotel guests are required to pay a fee to utilise the swimming pool.. we have travelled and stayed in many hotels around the world, this is the first time we come across something like this. Hotel guests should have access to these common amenities.

Beautiful view of the tower, staff is excellent, and good sized rooms. Gym is small and pool is not a recreation pool and not for anyone under 20years old (mine are 16-18 yo and couldn’t swim de)- this should have been made very clear as this is why we booked the hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber, bis auf einige Flecken auf dem Teppich. Das Zimmer hatte eine große Dusche und eine Jacuzzibadewanne. Die Angestellten waren stets höflich und engagiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war im 33. Stockwerk und hatte eine sagenhafte Aussicht. Die Buffetauswahl war sehr vielfältig. Die U-Bahn-Station lag etwa 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Eins vorweg: meine Frau und ich verbringen beide 1/3 des Jahres beruflich in Hotels, sodass wir beide durchaus den Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie haben. Die Erwartungen an dieses Hotel waren hoch und wurden in so ziemlich allen Punkten nicht oder nur in Teilen erfüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Checkin hat zügig und ohne Komplikationen funktioniert - wir waren in einem Eckzimmer der obersten Stockwerke untergebracht. Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet und komfortabel. Was auf den ersten Blick als sauber gilt, fällt in dieser Kategorie auf den zweiten Blick durch. Stellen, die nicht allzu offensichtlich sind, haben schon lange keine Reinigung gesehen - als Beispiele hier zu nennen sind Lüftungsauslass der Klimaanlage (komplett verschimmelt, Tuch war schwarz beim abwischen; Wand am Wasserkocher ebenfalls verschimmelt, aber in einer Nische schwer zu sehen). Beide Punkte wurden bei Checkout angesprochen, da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben, konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen, ob dies behoben wurde. Die größte Enttäuschung war das traditionell japanische Frühstück. Völlig inkompetentes/überfordertes Personal, Tische werden ewig nicht abgeräumt, Getränke erst nach dem Essen (Kaffee/Tee), Mineralwasser 0,33l kostenpflichtig für knapp 9€, sehr schlechtes bis nicht vorhandenes Englisch. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarte ich definitiv höhere Standards als das, was hier geboten wird. Das Geld nicht wert.

Rooms are very old style. The only good thing is they have a lot of space. We stayed in a connecting room so both rooms had 2 full-size beds. And a separate sofa that I guess could’ve been made into a bed. The bathrooms are spacious. Very clean but old-fashioned style. And not enough USB outlets.

Overall, aesthetically the layout of the hotel and room and is very modern. But the whole hotel facility lack proper cooling in the room and on the property. We stayed at another hotel and this was not an issue. Do not waste your time on the breakfast buffet (options are limited) and there is nothing in the area (ie. eateries). Skytree is in the backyard view ( so a plus). Yang provided the BEST customer service and went beyond to make our stay comfortable by providing a fan to keep our room cool. There was also another young lady that also helped , but did not get her name :-(

Convenient, Quiet, and Clean Stay in Tokyo I had a great experience at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient—just a quick 5-minute walk to the nearest transit station, which made it easy to get in and out of the city throughout the day. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is very quiet and feels safe. The facility is spotless, and the staff were consistently helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable—perfect for resting after long days exploring Tokyo. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel during the day, but it was always a relief to return in the evening. The short ride from the city to the hotel was a welcome end to each day. Overall, no complaints. A very nice, well-run hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

WOW!!! All I can say is this was one of the best stays on my trip. The view from my room was incredible. The food (room service and otherwise) was fantastic. The common areas were classy and immaculate. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. This hotel is within a short walking distance of a bunch of attractions. And, transportation options are everywhere. Subway, connect to train, connect to Shinkansen etc. I ordered the "American: Style breakfast as a room service option and if you choose to do so, bring a friend or 3!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect; it’s an easy walk to Tokyo Tower after dinner, and the night view is stunning. A special thanks to the concierge for helping us book a very popular restaurant—it truly made our evening. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of Western-style options, which we really enjoyed. As a historic hotel, the service remains professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again

We did not get any room upgrades as we qualified being a gold member. Took me a a lot of effort to finally becoming a gold member and we extended this VIP hotel from one night (relatively expensive) to 3 nights because of the perks we are expected to get but none of granted. Because of this, not a satisfied stay.

the concierge service personnel is not polite and professional. restaurant suppose be part of hotel is not serving the guest?? Personnel in the restaurant is rude and not response in English, only keep talking in Japanese. have no idea what they are saying, this is not the way to serve the guest especially for a 5 star hotel, especially we stayed their premium floor and room.

We loved everything about this hotel. Location is amazing and very walkable and beautiful surrounding. Our room was clean and large with most beautiful view of park and Tokyo tower. There is a small market onsite which is helpful incase you want to grab water or any snack without leaving the property. We also requested a late check out and it was granted as our flight back home was later in the day. I will recommend this hotel for your next stay in Tokyo.

Great location. We enjoyed our stay at the Prince Park Towers. Conveniently located near the metro station and situated in the heart of the city, directly next to the iconic Tokyo Tower in Shiba Park.

We stayed on the high floor, king bedroom to view the Tokyo Tower and we loved it! The subway stations are about 5-7 minutes from the hotel, but if you haven’t been to Japan, you will learn subways take a good 20-30 minutes to arrive to other tourist locations including Shibuya, Shinjuku, or Disney. Some places are even further. We ate their breakfast buffet and it was okay, but we feel they could have changed menu or offered more options than the same options daily.

There was a large variety of options for the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and bathroom was luxurious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. There was even a taxi service up front if you need it. 10/10 would stay here again

Second time visiting this location as a foreign tourist. I only stayed one night before taking the Shinkansen to Osaka, but I wanted to show my dad, who had never been to Tokyo before, Zojoji Temple, Tokyo Tower, and the hotel. We also had an excellent dinner at the Katsura restaurant inside the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the cleaning service was amazing. The main problem was the breakfast and the incredibly long waiting time. The Fitness Centre is very nice and clean and the spa also. We were very sad that the breakfast didn’t have espresso or more food choices. Over all a nice hotel, but some things can be improved in the service.

Good choice of restaurants & handy 7-11 shop in the basement area of the hotel, clothes shop and bakery in the hotel lobby. Money changing machine too but no ATM. Convenient for one tube line with other to Ginza areas a 10 minute walk through a park area. Pool & jacuzzi and an onsen type mineral bath was available in the spa area of the hotel for a (low) fee, however note you cannot put bathrobe on in room & head down to spa in it, as it is a long walk from hotel through conference / wedding area in the basement area to the spa area & hotel etiquette forbids it. That said, spa also offers excellent deep tissue ‘sports massage’ available at reasonable cost in spa area at short notice and there is a separate thalgo brand facial/massage place as well.
