Snack and beverage bar at lobby is wonderful touch.

We stayed for eight days in total and enjoyed very much. The location is convenient with subway/JR/monorail stations. Sometimes when the weather was too hot, we liked to hop back to the hotel and chill at the bar with free iced tea and snacks. The staff are also helpful and nice and made us feel like home. Last but not least, we had a dinner at the hotel restaurant before heading to the airport. The in-house guest western course was great. We really appreciate the great service from the staff. The only suggestion maybe is to get more washing machines as they are very popular!

Beautiful hotel that is built like a library. The rooms were a good size and bathroom had a tub which was great for a family with a baby and toddler. The hotel is decently large but only has 2 laundry machines so they were always in use. A hotel of this size should have more laundry machines. You need to sit there to grab the next available one or do laundry in the middle of the night otherwise it won’t be available. They are also wash and dry machines so they didn’t dry very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to beautiful Shiba Park and the Ginza shopping district. Hotel had great toiletries/amenities for guests.

Wonderful snacks all day and night in the living room. Very cosy atmosphere.

Very clean room, well working AC/heating. Comfortable bed with two kinds of pillows and a smart TV. A+ service from all staff. Excellent Nespresso coffee machine and snacks in main lobby.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location with easy access to public transit, shops & restaurants. Super courteous staff, very clean rooms. Each floor has filtered water dispenser. Microwave and laundry machines are available on 4th and 5th floor.

I hate to leave this hotel. This place is great. Love the location near many trai/subway stops. Room is wonderfu; lots of space, clean and great amenities (ie tolitries). The theme with libraries are every floor is really nice.

It was stylish and clean, and the service of the staff was polite, so I was satisfied. The amenities were environmentally friendly, and the other facilities were good.

Great location, 5min walk to train station & lots of convenience stores, shops and dining close by. Hotel was beautiful and clean and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The minute we arrived they helped with our bags and our room was already available at 10am! Our room was also super clean, comfy and unique with a bunk bed and a seating area. My son loved the snacks they provided in the lobby. My only complaint is that there is a laundry room on the 4th floor but really hard to snag an empty one since there are only 2 and clothes don't dry very well. I ended up having to walk to a laundry mat 8min away. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!!

I did not appreciate that hotel did not clean room at all on the 2nd day asking for guests' cooperation under eco. I accepted that they did not change sheets on the bed but I expected them to pick up trash in the room and bathroom and make beds. They did nothing whole day.

We loved our stay! Great location in Minato City & a short walking distance to Tokyo Tower. We loved our morning and afternoon walks that led to the Tower. The room is very clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I loved the face skincare amenities. They made my face within 1 night feel refreshed & smooth. We enjoyed the Tea Ceremony at the lobby. Beautiful lobby with so many books to read! Staff was great, — easy and very quick check in and check out. The only 2 things that wished were better: the first one is: the Laundry — I washed the clothes at the 2-hour cycle, but the clothes did not wash properly or felt fresh and the second one is that the bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation while showering.— It did not bother us, but the room windows can get a bit soggy afterwards. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone. Will definitely be coming back.

The initial impression is extremely nice with complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea. Also there is a very welcoming space where visitors alike are able to wind down outside of their rooms. Me, my husband, and daughter stayed in a room with three single beds, one was a bunk bed. As this was the only room left. The room was clean but my only gripe was with the bathroom. Often I would get a whiff of an unpleasant smell. Not sure if it’s because of how their plumbing worked. Also the ceiling seemed to be thin because it was easy to hear upstairs neighbors walk around which did keep me up at night. Once I put on white noise I was able to fall asleep just fine. The service was incredibly nice! They were very accommodating and were able to hold our luggage which was great since our flight out of Tokyo was at 9pm. Also great location to hop on the monorail to the airport!

The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent staff, clean room

Staff was really amazing but everytime we walked towards the elevator, there’s a weird smell. The laundry room also always smelt like rotten eggs and there’s no option to open room windows even just slightly. The room did not smell nice either and with no option to open the windows, we were pretty disappointed.

The room was spotless and spacious. An incredibly comfortable space. Breakfast was very well thought out, with many choices for every taste. My wife has been to Japan 2-3 times a year, for the last 35 years. What really stood out for her was the level of service here. The staff is truly remarkable. I have never experienced the efficiency and moreover the courtesy that we received from Shiba Park Hotel in all of my years of travel. We will be booking here on any future travel to Tokyo. With gratitude to the staff and management.

stayed in a Deluxe King and it was a spacious room by Japan/ Tokyo standards. The bathroom was decent size, bed was comfortable and overall very clean and efficient. I didn't use their breakfasts service since I wanted to experience other a available options in the city. The neighborhood is quiet , nice and clean ( Minato is considered an upscale neighborhood). But has metro stations within minutes walking distance. Overall I am satisfied with my choice.

Rooms were spacious, staff are lovely and it’s a great location when you want to be well connected but outside the hustle and bustle of Ginza. Breakfast also had a decent variety. Would recommend!

The room was clean and ok, served well for 2 adults and 2 kids. Sound proofing was not good though, we stayed there for 3 nights and every morning around 6AM we could hear continous stomping sounds (from above room) :(

Tiny rooms and small uncomfortable beds, they should not accept reservations for 4 people in one room even if 2 are children. The beds barely fit one adult, they are smaller then a US twin or a single bed and they take up all the room so if you open your luggage there’s no place to walk and you have to jump over your luggage to get to the other side.

the room was comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. it was close to subways stations and easy to get where we wanted to go. Will definitely stay there next time we come to Japan

We stayed at Shiba Park Hotel for 4 nights in a Junior Suite, which was perfect for our family. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, yet there are plenty of things within walking distance, including a convenient subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality. Overall, a fantastic experience – we would happily stay here again!

Library theme was unique. Interiors were high quality finish. Rooms were a bit small.

Close to several metro stations and great restaurants. We walked everywhere. The room was cozy and had bunk beds on one side. Seating on a raised area was difficult for the elders. Bathroom is a “kit” bathroom, small, but efficient.

We booked Shiba Park Hotel for 4 nights during our stay in Tokyo and I wish we had stayed there for longer. It is a great hotel located in a quiet and leafy part of the city. The lounge area is beautiful and comfortable, the hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are also very comfortable and large which is not always the case with some hotels in Tokyo. We had a very pleasant stay and would love to stay there again.

The rooms are tiny. We booked a room for 4 people and we were given 3 single beds. Other than that, it was faultless

Great hotel with very good customer service and close to 2 subway stops. Most importantly I left my credit cards in a taxi and the staff were amazing in tracking them down and organising for their safe return.

Front desk service is very slow. Also the staff were preferentially nicer to foreigners and less attentive to Asian travelers. During prolong wait for check out, the staff member approached all non Asian clients in line while preferentially skipped and ignored the Asian clients. This is quite unacceptable. We will not be coming here even though the room was clean and quiet.

Excellent customer service from staff at front desk , and from the staff who greet you on arrival and help with your luggage. Upon arrival my suitcases were transferred from the taxi into the hotel, helped with my credit card payment problem with taxi, and my suitcases were taken up to my room . Such great customer service after a long flight was much appreciated. My room was small but adequate enough that I could lay my suitcases open on the floor easily. The bathroom is small but ok. The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of local restaurants nearby and close to several subways and train stations. Use Google map and locate the closest McDonald's. If you head there you will find lots of eating options close by. If you continue walking past McDonald's, you will find the Daimon subway, and if you walk further you will find another train station which will take you to Tokyo station. We chose to take a taxi to the Tokyo station and the cost was 2700 yen in May, 2025. There were several Family Marts and 7-Elevens on the route from Shiba Park to McDonald's. We ate at several of the tiny restaurants enroute to McDonald's and what I especially liked was the fact that mostly local people frequented these small restaurants. Shiba Park is rated as a "modest " hotel, but the staff takes it up a notch in my opinion. Each floor has a library room you can sit in while your hubby sleeps, and there is a water dispenser near the elevator on each floor. The ice machine is on the 5th.

The hotel staff went above and beyond... so helpful as we were not fluent in Japanese.. helped us with anything and everything. I would highly recommend staying here as I plan to stay here anytime I go back to Tokyo.

The staff was top level in all areas of hospitality. I would definitely recommend and return.

Didn’t not know the parking is underground with no elevator access. A front desk manager quickly help carrying 2 big luggage’s up one flight of stairs before we even realised it. The staff are amazing.

Hotel was great but had difficulty at check in. They gave me a hard time checking in with 3 kids. They told me the room was only for 3 so I should have booked 2 rooms. I told them that I booked looking for hotel that can accommodate 5 people. There hotel came up that there room can accommodate 5 people. They stated that I did not disclose the kids age and I advised them that I did when I was booking through Expedia. If they have issue with Expedia not telling them the ages of the kids, they need to take it up with Expedia and not me.

Very lovely stay at the Shiba Park Hotel. Staff extremely attentive offering excellent service. Situated in a quiet area near the Metro. I strongly recommend - Marc - from Montreal.

I really enjoyed my stay at Shiba Park. It is very conveniently located particularly if you arrive at Haneda. You can take the monorail directly to Hamamatsucho and walk like 15 minutes to hotel. From there, transportation is easy as there are several other metro stations nearby. There are plenty of convenience stores within a block or 2. There's a nearby Starbucks and a Mcdonalds and plenty of other places to eat. The area was very safe. The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location! We loved everything about this place. Accessible to many subway lines and the JR Yamanote line as well. A quiet and walkable area away from other more hectic areas of Tokyo. Everything about this hotel was superb. This will be my go to hotel when I return to Japan! Btw—check out Fukki Ramen just a 5 min walk from the hotel. We ate there multiple times because it was that GOOD! The only negative would be that washer/dryer never fully dried our clothes. Otherwise it’s the perfect place!

Excellent stay at Shiba Park! Very convenient to 2 train stations. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The library theme throughout the hotel is tasteful and charming. Enjoyed our time there!

Good comfortable room, not too large but not small either. Decent breakfast options but not a lot of variety.

Excellent hotel. Staff very helpful and clean modern rooms. Good location. Lots of conbini and restaurants in area. Only odd thing was no white rice offered at breakfast buffet. Very unusual for Japan.

Centrally located with easy access to train stations and a reasonable drive to Haneda airport. Highly recommended for the western style breakfast available here, especially if you're traveling with little ones picky about what they eat.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They allowed me to check in 6 hours early free of charge, which was very welcome after arriving early in the morning after a 13 hour flight. The breakfast was delicious and had many Japanese and Western options. Location is convenient next to Daimon station and Hamamatsuchou station is also only a short walk.

Customer service was really great. Excellent location that felt safe. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and good variety. Only downside was the rooms were a little small for family of 4. Very useful to have laundry option but with only 2 avail you have to wait awhile.

Hotel is beautifully maintained. Every floor has a small library and the lobby has many interesting books on all aspects of Japan. The restaurant has very nice food and service. We would definitely stay there again.
