Yet another fantastic stay at our favourite hotel in Tokyo! Our first stay was in January 2025, and our second stay was in December 2025. Both times we stayed in the Executive floors. The rooms are beautiful, the views spectacular. The service is super-friendly and accomodating. As it is less busy than other lounges, the staff are present and make you feel like home. Compared with Hilton, Hyatt Regency and Marriot, Tokyo Dome has a more quiet and exclusive vibe at the Executive lounge. In addition to the sober style and lovely staff, the opening hours for Cocktails and nibbles are fantastic! (from 5 pm to 21 pm). A great stay after a busy day in the hustle and bustle of downtown Tokyo. A great recommondation for people travelling alone, as well as for couples!

Overall a nice hotel. Self check in machines are not appreciated though, would prefer people. Also this hotel had very strangely shut down their outdoor swimming pool by early September for “Fall” while it was still 30° Celsius and sweltering outside and it was a big selling point so quite disappointing.

Great location, near Metro station, 7-11, coffee and dining options. Very helpful staff. Allowed us to store luggage before and after our check in. Stored luggage was delivered to our rooms. They assisted in prearranging a taxi to the airport. 5 large washer/Dryer coin operated combo units available. As typical with these units, not very effective in drying clothes despite paying for extra drying time. Room was spacious and clean with large windows with views of the city and Dome area. Would highly recommend staying.

Good room, good breakfast. Wifi stopped functioning every night. Very crowded elevators (and long waiting times) when there are events at Tokyo Dome. But I've seen the staff trying to help us get up one time.

This Hotel is the Best !!!! If your not sure of where to stay in Tokyo do not hesitate to book this hotel. The rooms are very big and very clean, has a small refrigerator, safe and beautiful views of the amusement park, dome and Skytree. The location was incredible subway entrance literally a block away, don qijote across the street, McDonald's across the street. Lawson's in the lobby and Sizzles. Animal petting Cafe literally steps from the hotel. This Hotel is 15 minutes from Harajuku, Shinjuku, and the Imperial Place. I would give this hotel 10 stars, staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you Tokyo Dome Hotel for being an Excellent Host

Check in was very easy and automated on site. Staff were very friendly. Loved having a Lawson's in the hotel as we did not have the breakfast included option. Appreciated the self service laundry machines. Room was fine, we were three adults in 3 beds and had some space, beds just okay. Loved this location, lots of train options and tons of dining and shopping right outside our door. Would stay here again for location.

The overall value is superb, especially for a hotel in such a prime location within the Yamanote Line. I’ll definitely return. My only complaint is the disappointing fitness gym, which fell short of the standards the rest of the hotel seems to aim for. To start, no towels were provided in the facility, so I had to return to my room to get one. There was no treadmill—only spin bikes and cross-trainers—and no dumbbells or kettlebells. The rest of the equipment was too limited for a proper workout. Worst of all, they charged an extra fee for two hours of access to this nearly useless gym. I hope they improve this area, as I’d love to become a regular guest.

Rooms are very clean with top-tier housekeeping. On initial entry, the room may have a bit of a musty smell but it quickly disappears once the AC run for a short while. Staff are very polite and helpful. The location is ideal for exploration as it’s well connected with many JR and Underground lines, you’re never too far from anywhere. A fantastic stay for first time visitors of Tokyo.

J'étais à l'étage 9. Tout de suite le nez bouché dans le couloir et la chambre. Grand manque d'aération, pique les yeux, oblige à respirer par la bouche et énerve. A l'intérieur de la chambre, climatisation qui relâche différentes odeurs incommodantes et qui peut soudain souffler très froid. Beaucoup de bruits provenant de la chambre (infrasons, basses) alors qu'il n'y a pas de travaux à côté. Difficile de se concentrer. Impossible de dormir correctement sans bons somnifères. Mes affaires ont été fouillées (personnel de ménage ??). De manière générale personnel très peu accueillant. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, je le déconseille très fortement.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was quite spacious for the location but there was a stain on the duvet and the bathroom smelled really bad of urine even though it did look clean enough. The stench really ruined the whole experience and for that price bracket, I expected better.

Really good stay at this hotel. Very easy to get to in Tokyo, and very large. Nice main area as well. We had a three person room which was large enough to accommodate three people easily. The wardrobe could have been larger - perhaps a second one somewhere? Additionally, the bed closest to the window didn't have any charging/wall plugs which is an oversight. Bathroom was well stocked and clean, although a definite smell of urine. I liked the addition of the TV speaker being able to be turned on while in the bathroom. Cleaning staff were superb - massive thanks to them. Especially for finding my missing AirPod! All in all, a really good hotel and one that I was sad to leave.

Great room and location, very clean as it is standard in Japan. I hated the automated check in, for some reason it didn't work 3 times during our turn. They had to revert to manual. It's a very cold system in which no exceptions are accepted, you arrive 10 minutes before 1400 hours, you wait. I like smaller business kind of hotels.

Overall it is a very good hotel, with good transport links. The room was excellent. 2 downsides - the concierge wouldn’t book a local restaurant for me, which I found extremely disappointing and the residents bar seems to close very early. Other than that, it was great value for money.

They made check in and baggage holding very easy when I waited for my check in time. They also had someone available at the kiosks to assist with check in and shared they would deliver the held bags to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and we had a great view of Tokyo dome city on the 26th floor. Their breakfast buffet also had many options, but next time I would like to try to dine at their restaurant on the top level. This was my second time staying here and I would definitely recommend to solo and group travelers as it’s near the station and there’s just so much to do in the area that doesn’t feel too crowded.

There are a couple reasons why I want to give this a 5-star rating but most of all, it was the excellent staff service that really put it at the top. My mom came down with UTI when she arrived late night and having to find an urgent care nearby with language barrier was definitely a challenge. The super nice staff at the counter called around, found us the place, and even had a taxi waiting outside for us. It made this eventful night much smoother than expected. I am now recommending this hotel to everyone I know. The only down side is that there's not enough outlets for charging your phones and all the devices in the room. So you might want to bring/buy an adapter with you to charge multiple devices.

Excellent service from day 1. I was way early with my arrival and I was given luggage storage service. I utilized my day and explored Tokyo. When I returned, the hotel took over with impeccable check in service. The suite was perfect and had a great view of the Dome and the Eye. The lounge was always welcoming. I essentially cannot find a fault to list here. Even the location is convenient. I'd say a spare 30 minutes to get to Tokyo center for tour meetups during rush hours. Overall a wonderful experience.

had the most amazing experience at the Domo Hotel. I lost my credit card in the dining room, and at 2 a.m. a flashing phone call woke me up. The staff gently informed me they had found it — and someone personally came up to return it to me with such grace. Truly exceptional service!

Staff were very responsive when I reached out to them via email prior my trip and also when I shipped my luggage from another hotel. They were very accommodating and provided clear instructions and additional information around the airport limousine etc. Staff and service were top notch. The location was convenient to wander around different places in Tokyo and a lot of food options in the hotel and or surrounding. The room was very spacious.

Clean room. But very impersonal upon arrival. The bell persons were very helpful and efficiently took our luggage and then the girls all said to go over there but we did not understand they kept saying 2:00 2:00 please. Asked us to sit and wait until 2:00. Check out was the same just do the machine. Obviously no personal contact with staff

There was a machine for check-in which was easy to use. The hotel has two sets of elevators and sometimes took a long time since it's a tall building. The room was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. The area around the hotel and nearby stations will sometimes get very crowded because it's next to Tokyo Dome. Other than Tokyo Dome, it is not very close to other attractions in Tokyo, and not near the Yamanote line. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would probably use it again if I was going to an event at Tokyo Dome.

The staff was friendly and helpful, first stay in Japan. The location was excelled i travelled for Wrestle Kingdom at the Tokyo Dome and shows at Korakuen Hall. Tokyo Dome City is in walking distance, tons of restaurants and shops. Lots to explore and there are train stations nearby too. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Arigato gozaimasu

This hotel was amazing. There were 2 breakfast options, one that was a buffet style with both Japanese and western options. The other was just Japanese. Every single staff member I met was super friendly and helpful. The room was more than adequate. Comfortable bed, good amenities in the room. If there was anyone in the room next to mine, I didn't hear anything from them. I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that would have made my stay better would be to increase the number of elevators.

Overall a comfortable stay. Check in a little choppy having to use machine and scan each passport (not a fan of that). Went to The Artist’s Cafe for a view of the City. Overpriced and double-charged for table. Will come back to hotel, skip cafe.

Very clean hotel and rooms, we were in a Premium room with two full beds and a lot of space for luggage and to move around. The breakfast buffet was OK, crowded. There are better options for breakfast in Tokyo or save the stomach space for lunch and snacks. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent room! Wonderful service overall! The dining on the 43rd Floor was tremendous. Ask for Amy, she was fantastic and simply made our dining experience great!! A hotel you will enjoy.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable room with great facilities and amenities that were replenished daily. Very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I felt a little annoyed about was the fact we had the buffet breakfast once and it cost me almost £50 for two adults and a child. This seems excessive and far out of place with the costs of our other meals in Tokyo.

We stayed at 2 different hotels in Tokyo, each for 3 nights. They were very different experiences. The first was the Hotel Gracery or 'Godzilla' hotel in Shinjuku which was ultra modern, lively, with tiny rooms. In contrast, the Tokyo Dome has rooms of a more common size, making repacking of cases for the flight home more easy. The Dome's biggest negative is that the rooms and landings look rather worn and tired. It needs an overhaul to take it to the standard of all the other 4 hotels we used in Japan. Also, it is busy. Getting a lift up or down from the 16th floor took a long time. First getting a lift, and the lift stopping three or four times on the way. My biggest grumble is that our family suffered an unexpected bereavement back home whist the rest of us were at the Dome. I learned bad news in the middle of the final night and got very little sleep. I pleaded with reception to grant us a late checkout, which would have given some breathing space before starting the 27 hour journey home, but they just said 'no', the hotel is full. The one opportunity they had to shine with some compassion, sadly let us down. Even without that reason, I would not stay at the Dome again, but try one of the other many hotels in the hope that they may be cleaner and better presented.

Check in was fairly easy. Standard passport scans. I am in a wheelchair and my adult daughter and youngest daughter were with me. The bellboy brought up our luggage and picked it up on morning of checkout. Mostly clean, but when I knelt down to retrieve a charger there was a massive quantity of dust under the bed frame. The shower was clean, the public areas all clean. Staff was helpful with assisting us in calling large Uber which could accommodate all our luggage and the wheelchair. The location is excellent and there were options for food and familiy entertainment.

An adequate stay but paying over £160 a night for a basic twin room when the breakfast entry finished at 9am and you had to pay for the swimming pool felt rather a rip off compared to the many great value hotels closer to the main action in Tokyo. A shame though useful for going to the baseball.
