Great price for Vancouver. Neighbourhood had lots of food options. Modern entry into hotel room has no keys needed, and everyone is given a code. Staff were very friendly and helpful suggested places to eat in area. The hotel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. Furniture was a little dated, but that does not bother me. You can tell that some renovations are being done, but it did not disrupt our stay.

The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet. The hotel is located in the Vancouver suburb of Collingswood. It has a lowkey vibe which was wonderful to return to after a busy day in the dynamic high energy city. If you are looking for a good budget hotel this is the one.

This hotel is really nice, way better than I expected. The rooms are a bit old, but extremely clean and tidy. The service here is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. She gave me great travel tips, and even walked me to the room to explain everything in detail. She was warm and attentive the whole time, and helped me a lot. This is honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever had. The only small downside is that the hotel building looks a little dated, but it’s totally acceptable. The price is very affordable, and parking is super easy right at the hotel entrance. The location is perfect too, with plenty of restaurants on the same street. Overall, the service is totally five-star and butler-level. Highly recommend!
