The Auberge hotel from the moment I opened the door to my room was a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious clean and large with amazing views that were expansive I was very impressed I was on the 9th floor of the building and they have access complementary to the health club which includes a fitness center and a beautiful class enclosed pool on and hot tub on the 4th floor. I was very impressed. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place as a stay. Also the amenities in the bathroom were so wonderful smell and luxury quality

There were no instructions for parking prior to our arrival which created difficulties and an expensive parking fee. The hotel facility was not luxurious as i was lead. Overall pretty and satisfied.

We selected this hotel because it is steps away from the cruise pier but less expensive than some of the other well known hotel chains. Our room had a separate bedroom and a nice counter with a sink and a fridge. We wished we would have stayed longer! The only thing that annoyed our family was that the fitness facility and the pool are part of a luxury downtown club and I didn't get the feeling they appreciated hotel guests that much. The pool is closed to minors until 9 am in the morning, so don't expect a family swim on checkout day. There is also no restaurant on site. We appreciated that the staff allowed us to store our suitcases on our cruise return day :)

Great location. Near waterfront and Stanley park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely large pool and jacuzzi. As the building is shared with offices and residences there is no hotel lobby or public area. Many restaurants in area and fab bakers - Breka a minute walk away.

Room was nice, but hotel is bit old and dated. Was supposed to include access to gym, but gym attendant bit of an ass and wouldn’t let me. Very annoying.

The staff was kind. The location was great. The bed was cozy as was the bedding. Room needed to be cleaned better as the bathroom walls needed a wipe down and the nightstands were dusty.

Dated property, lifts are horrible, reception is absolutely bad and very dirty looking. There is no coffee, breakfast or restaurant in the hotel. Staff is not friendly or welcoming at all. Not helpful and cannot provide any extra assistance or service. Rooms are dated with poor lighting, usb ports broken, curtains stinking, toilet accessories does not exist, basic hygiene missing, spots on toilet seat, dirty shower head and tray, absolutely shocking. Not even a 1 star. Do not stay here.

Bathroom had black mold growing in and around the shower. Rooms were cold and felt very uncomfortable with the hard floors and faux leather couches. Had a hard time finding parking and the hotel itself as a first comer!

I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and staff. Everything for us was a positive. The hotel handled our parking arrangements and we had no issues going in/out of the parking deck, which is accessible through the hotel lobby. We did not utilize any food or exercise facilities so can't speak to that.

I was in Vancouver for an event at Canada Place, and the location was perfect and the price was incredibly reasonable, especially considering how there was a microwave and mini-fridge in my room! Rooms were clean and had nice views. The first night I stayed on the twelfth floor, and there was a pipe junction above my room. I have sensory issues so I’m easily overstimulated by sound, and the grating, scratching sound coming from the walls and ceiling was jarring and intermittent and I didn’t sleep well (it might not bother other people). However, when I asked the staff about it, they found me a new room on a different floor that had already been made up, and they put a note in my customer profile not to place me on that floor again. My next night was much more quiet and comfortable! The USB outlets in the nightstands didn’t work, but I had wall adapters so that didn’t matter. The staff let me store my bags at the front desk for 8 hours after I checked out, which was very kind of them! So I suppose I’d recommend the Auberge for the price, location, and service! My stay wasn’t perfect, but the staff did their best to make things right!

I feel confused about how this property had such high ratings. The pictures listed I feel are quite misleading. There was zero view from our room compared to the comparable pictures on the listing for our room type and we were onto 9th floor. There are only 12 floors. Our view was straight to the side of a brown stucco wall. Also the beds definitely do not feel pillow top or luxury at all. The room is quite tight quarters as well. The fridge also didn't work and the AC is set to minimum limit temperature it would allow you to set temp to. The bedroom was very hot during the night. It was clean so giving 2 stars vs 1. It wasn't a terrible place but compared to ratings and listing info I don't feel it lives up to what it's advertising.

We stayed on the 12th floor 1 bedroom harbour view… the bed was super UNCOMFORTABLE and squeaky. It was SO old. The washrooms needs updating. The space is very spacious. Very clean. We then moved to the 11th floor 1 bedroom city view and the bed was updated and super comfortable. I hope they update all the beds because we couldn’t sleep at all because the bed would squeak every time we moved a bit.

This was easily the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our rooms had an amazing view of Canada Place with windows wrapping around both walls. Came with a small kitchen and sitting area in addition to a separate bedroom and a pullout couch. The staff was nice and helpful. About one minute walking distance to Canada place so the location is ideal. Totally worth it and made our trip super

Nice quiet and clean hotel in a good location for walking to waterfront or up town or shopping. Dinner options seemed a little limited within near vicinity but okay with a walk. Rooms are smaller than what they appear to be in pictures but nice and comfortable finishes. Sofa needs to be replaced - leather cracking. Throw blankets would be a nice touch. View of building and concrete but good daylight. Enjoyed this little mama nesting next to the owls :)

Excellent location and stunning view from king 1-bedroom. Builing is a tad tired, but rooms have been renovated and are clean and comfortable. Fabulous location and easy to access shopping, restaurants, and conference areas. Very easy to get to from Hullo ferry or seaplane. Close transportation routes to North Van and airport. Great place and location!

The location was excellent. The room was very run down. There were major scuffs all over the wallpaper, the couch cushions were very damaged and there were big stains on the cushion that topped the coffee table. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, I was told that all of the rooms were that was and they were considering renovating. Also the mattress quality was terrible, it was a low brand mattress- when one of us moved, the other person would get bounced... The room had great space and a beautiful view. The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. That piece was wonderful. Again. location great! I wouldn't be honest, however, if I didn't mention the beat up condistion of the room.

We stayed in the King suite on the 8th floor. Our bedroom space and living area had fabulous views of the harbor and Canada Place. It was also great to be able to use the club pool and hot-tub. The Auberge is a great location and check-in and check-out was seamless. I would stay here again if I go back to Vancouver.

I stayed here for four nights after my arrival in Vancouver. The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. You also receive one bottle of complimentary water as well as two pieces of chocolate everyday which was a very nice and convenient touch! The only issue I had was the noise of the elevators. I had a room directly opposite of the elevators and while I couldn't hear the elevators themselves, the arrival sound (the "bing bing" sound) was so noisy that it would wake me up early in the morning although I was wearing earplugs.

We arrived at the hotel 2 hours before check-in just to drop off our bags, but were greeted with early check-in and an upgraded suite. On top of that, they let us check out an hour late for no extra charge. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, we even got a hotel discount at the upscale brunch restaurant across the street. We would highly recommend the Auberge!

I called the day before we left and spoke to Altaf at the front desk. He was so helpful and welcoming. He gave us options on how to get from airport to hotel. We saw him again when we checked in and he remembered talking with me. He made a great suggestion for breakfast and gave great directions s on how to get to the ship. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the area around us.

This is a nice hotel no doubt. Frustrating that unless you are a “member” you can not visit the hotel bar. There is a cute pub they will send you to if you want to take a short walk down the street. Lobby is uninviting while we waited for our airport ride. Ended up standing outside because it was nice weather. Clearly they only want a certain clientele.

This property was advertised as 'with Restaurant', it has no restaurant of its own. Nowhere to have breakfast either. On arrival we were told the facilities were part of a private club. First time ever we've booked a hotel in downtown Vancouver that does not match the description. Booked through Expedia, complained to them, but nothing they could do. The 'restaurant' is a small pub behind the hotel, that is not what we expect from a hotel.

This is a great location for those leaving on a cruise. It’s very walkable super close to the cruise port and the hotel is very nice. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating and it’s a great location. Many nearby dining locations and options. There’s a really great bakery just across the street and down half a block, which has a nice breakfast options and good coffee. I am not a fan of the Nespresso in the room, but there are definitely multiple nearby places to get coffee
