The room carpets need to be cleaned or better replaced, the common areas need to be refreshed. The hotel location is excellent and the staff were helpful. The TV lacked channels compared to other hotels

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room furniture was nice. I particularly liked the way you could use the sofa's desk extension to read while seated upright. A useful feature of the hotel was the elevator that took you down to the level of the street below the hotel, which was several floors down! The bar had a good selection.
