Our stay at this property was great. Isabella who checked us in was so so helpful and patient with my questions. She showed us how to get to Lambton Quay in 3 minutes. Parking was great. Proximity to the city attractions,shopping,restaurants was amazingly close to the hotel.

Great value for money, nice to have an apartment in the middle of the city. There is a short cut to avoid the steps which cuts off some of the time to get there from the station (via grand chancellor hotel). They also have a partnership with a nearby gym so you can use the gym and spa. Great overall!

Very convenient to main sightseeing, shopping and food. EV charging spots and one blocked with a cone for our arrival. In a slightly odd back street with a cut through to an elevator to avoid the steep Gilmer steps. Quiet and comfortable.

Our room was clean and spacious. The location is so convenient that is walkable to Lambton Quay where you can dine, shopping and shop for your grocery. The cable tram station is also there. If you drive to the hotel, make sure to book the hotel parking in advance. Otherwise, you will need to park at the public parking across the street

Reception staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the slightly earlier check in after a long drive. On site parking was easy but I suppose it depends on availability. The apartment inside was a let down. The carpet felt dusty and there was a layer of dust on the heater. The bathroom was quite dated as well.

1st - After hoofing it up an extreme amount of steps with my heavy luggage -- I found no one and instead I got to check myself in. My room... the bed was shoved into a tiny space barely able to fit the two itty bitty side tables and in order to turn out the nearest light I had to move the bed. The couch was set to block the only closet and there was so much space in the main room -- I was thoroughly confused as to the "bedroom" was so claustrophobic (also no windows). While working the next day I requested to change rooms, and was put on the second floor -- no biggie... I thought. Until the next day when I there was a loud banging while I was trying to work - distracting, and was eventually told the AC was out in the entire complex. (Good thing the weather was rather cool for summer.) The next day was my first full day off, but while getting ready I noticed a FIST SIZED BROWN STAIN on the comforter on the bed I was using. Repulsed, I went downstairs to insist on a replacement. 10 minutes later the front desk woman brought me a brand new one still in the wrapping, and took the other one away. I then, overheard her say that the comforter had to be dry cleaned, and noticed that the cleaning ladies weren't taking out ANY of the other comforters. Meaning NONE of them were getting cleaned btwn guests. The staff was nice and they did comp me 1 night (after I emailed), but I paid extra to stay in a nice AND CLEAN room the whole time -- that's not what I got.

A unique find right in the heart of the city. It was great having an all-in-one washer/dryer, and the apartment had a decent amount of space with everything needed to cook. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. There were also some good cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall, a solid and convenient place to stay.

Room had washer / dryer, be warned it took a long time and that was a quick wash/dry but you could head out and leave it to it. Nice sized room, very clean etc and reasonably priced (I got including parking)

It’s exactly what it says it is, an apartment hotel. It plays that role well, just don’t expect anything extra. We were not sure how to regulate the temperature in the room. A fam was going when we arrived so perhaps that was it. The combo washer/dryer was nice.

If you end up in the carpark side be prepared for noise and bright lights at night. Room was very tight around the bed as was the shower/ bathroom. If you have any accessibility concerns then it’s a no. Beds ok. Staff wonderful. Some access to Main Street through Glassons but only while they are open so be prepared for hills and stairs at night.

Property was nice and close to the CBD, pity there was no air conditioning (just a table top fan) so we had to sleep with the windows open, then before 7.30 the bins get unloaded outside so you don't need an alarm clock

Friendly reception on arrival. Explained and gave a little brochure on shortcut to Lambton Quay. Nice and close for shopping and public transport. Had an issue in the room with TV popped down to reception they came up immediately and fixed it straight away. Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable loved the washer and drier , the woman on the counter at check was amazing she let us store our bags for the day as we arrived at 8am and she messaged me at 1pm to tell me my room was ready, we got a late check out and this was arranged very simply by another fantastic staff member on the Sunday, we will be staying again definitely, also it was a perfect location very central and close to everything

Checkin was breeze. Steffen was courteous and extremely helpful. He showed us a map of the local area and a shortcut to the shopping center. The room was comfortable and the amenities were excellent. We were able to do a load of laundry accumulated from the road trip down from Auckland and have a couple of great nights of sleep. Will definitely come back.

Great central location as it is only a short walk down to Lambton Quay. It is quite steep though and there are quite a few steps to come back up. The apartment was good and functional but being in a city it can be quite noisy. I don’t want to sound too negative because we actually quite liked it.

Excellent location with easy access to tourist sites and public transport. Quiet and comfortable, clean and good value with helpful staff. If accessing from bus stop, check with hotel for instructions how to avoid dragging luggage up a steep incline as there is a lift available through a nearby arcade.
