Outdoor heated pool and two huge jacuzzis made out stay a spa like experience! Pool area gets busy on the weekends after 7 pm. It’s better to be there during the week and use amenities during the day or morning

The property is spacious and offered great value for the size of the suite. The amenities are great. Things do show some wear, especially in the elevators, likely due to ski equipment over the years. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Having many parking spaces for car chargers was super helpful.

Love the pool!

Would of like to of seen pool deck, tables and chairs cleaned daily or hosed down. There were bandaids and chips etc on the ground the next morning. Also while the pool chemicals were being monitored they were not being added in the afternoon to make levels safe( a child had a bowel movement in the pool). It was reported. I would of assumed the pool water and grounds would be kept clean. Like at public pools. The water should of been shoked and people asked to get out and wait until levels were safe .It is s wonderful pool snd family friendly.

Lovely heated outdoor pool and hottub. Even on a cooler foggy day it was swimmable. Fireplace in our suite was a nice treat. Kitchen had everything we needed. Two bathrooms/two bedrooms for a family of 5 was perfect. Very comfortable beds.

Great location if you are skiing Creekside. Ski storage lockers are right there as well, very convenient. Nice pool and 2 hot tubs (1 is adult only) there are also free use BBQ's beside the pool which was great. Rooms are nice and spacious, main king bed was super comfortable but the sofa bed was pretty rough. In suite laundry was a nice luxury as well. Booking the movie room was simple and a nice treat for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay at Legends. We easily booked through Expedia and were in a large 2 bedroom suite, one of few that have high ceilings in the living room. Everything was clean, lots of dishes, cutlery, towels and in suite laundry with soap. The bed was especially comfortable and I never sleep well on vacation. Here I slept beautifully every night! The pool was clean and there are two hot tubs, one being adult only. This location also has a fitness room, a media room that you can book for your family to watch a movie on the big screen, there is a pool table and even a small playroom for children under 4. Everything about our stay was excellent. I usually have some kind of a comment to make about a place that I've stayed in, but everything was excellent, in working order and even the pots and pans were new in this unit. The cleaning staff and front desk staff were very welcoming and always saying hello. There even granola bars for the kids or adults at the front desk available for a quick snack. Creekside has changed since I was last here about 10 years ago. There's a great thai restaurant, Creekbread pizza, and a diner nearby that was delicious. Just steps from the hotel, there are a few shops including a grocery store, liquor store, a delicious bakery that sells rsourdough bread and amazing gluten-free pastries. The coffee shop is also really cool. I don't think I'll stay in the village in Whistler again because Creekside and Legends checked off all the boxes.

Very comfortable and well maintained unit. The pool was large and the hot tub, hot, although quite busy. Diasappointed that parking was $22 per night.

Great hotel! Nice rooms with full kitchen and balcony. Large heated pool and 2 ho tubs. Games room and theatre for kids. Right next to Creekside gondola. What more could you as for ?!

Kitchen was not clean properly before we checked in. Husband stepped on broken glass in the kitchen and foot bled all over the floor. Balcony was all dusty and dining table was not wiped down well

Yes our room was spotless and very comfortable cosy and warm. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and heated pool. All staff pleasant and helpful.We would stay there any time.Close to amenities and we saw a Bear !!

Hi, I’m a returning customer—we stayed here for a ski trip back in March and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this stay has been disappointing. The bed was not properly cleaned—there was hair and dirt on the sheets, and the linens appeared not to have been replaced. This is far below the standard I experienced before. I truly regret recommending your property to my friends based on my last visit. While I was considering asking for a discount or compensation, what matters more to me is how this situation will be addressed moving forward. I hope you can take this feedback seriously, as I would love to return in the future if the same high standards are restored.

We have stayed at this hotel Many times before. Our stay this time was very disappointing. Bedding was stained. The room smelled, and did not appear clean. Would not stay here again.

We had to wash the bathtub and the dishes when we arrived, it wasn’t clean. The pull out bed or at least the mattress because it was terrible!!! To sleep on, felt the metal and the springs come thru.

We recently stayed here over the Labour Day weekend. The hotel was fantastic we really enjoyed having a fully stocked kitchen to cook the majority of our meals. We didn’t realized when booking that it was on creekside but the location was still great easy access to public transit and we had convenient onsite parking. My only complaint is the shower curtain in our room was in desperate need of replacement as their was mold on the bottom and the water pressure was low. Overall, I’d give it a 4.5/5 and would rebook here again.

Its a really good hotel, has good conditions, really friendly staff, plus its really close to the gondola for those that wanna go ski. Our only request is for the hotel to upgrade their bathroom as its really small and outdated.

Overall, the beds were a bit too soft for our liking. The upper bunk made loud noises whenever someone turned over, possibly because the bed is quite old. That said, it's still a decent place for a short stay.

During our visit in early October, i didnt find the mountain view impressive. Maybe during the winter, you have the view of the slopes and ski lift chairs. Tge room are right above the pool, so it can be a bit loud. And there are bright lights that will peek through the blinds in the room. The room was clean and very comfortable. And the ataff was very friendly. I would stay here again but not on the pool side.

The king sized bed was very comfortable, however my teenage daughter slept on the pull out couch and said it was terrible. Mattress needs replacing!

Everything was great minus our fireplace not working

my family stayed here for my birthday weekend and my 3 little ones didn’t want to go home, they loved the full kitchen (fully stocked) and full sized living room with a huge balcony. They got their own bedroom and bathroom which very convenient when we were all getting ready to head out for the day. We all agreed we would come back.

Beautiful condo, great amenities, very spacious and comfortable.

This hotel does not have air conditioning that the guests are able to control. The hotel controls the ability to turn on your air conditioning in your room and made up some story about the outside temp being a certain degree, however during the day it stayed the same temp outside and yet the a/c started working in the room. When they came to talk to us about this. maintenance was rude and dismissive. The room was very hot at night and had to keep all doors and windows open to even get the temp down to 23. Don’t say you have air conditioning if we aren’t able to control it.

Large lovely suite with a balcony overlooking the ski hill. Whistler Creekside is a quieter area than the Village, which worked for us! A great sleep on comfortable bed. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t functioning yet, so the room did get hot. The TV guide was also not working, which was a bit of a nuisance. Free car charging and multiple stations, was a bonus! Restaurant was closed for the season but there were other options, and a great grocery store, minutes away by walking.

Very comfortable room with lots of space and a huge lovely bed. Not very well lit though, as with most north American hotel rooms they just have a couple of lamps and not a ceiling light to light up the rooms properly

A relaxing environment - friendly staff.

We had some issues with cleaning of our unit and wrote an email to the property, but they never responded or acknowledged receipt of the email.

2 things. Payment and parking. When I checked in, I want to pay different credit card, but they said expedia already done, so can't do anything. Also, free parking for expedia member, but charged daily parking fee. They never considered my concerns.

We have stayed at the property many times. Overall, we love the property, it’s usually really great. However, this time we had housekeeping walk into our room in the morning without even knocking or notifying us. They didn’t even identify themselves. We were sitting in the living room when they did that. I also have teenagers and it was a male staff so it was very very unsettling. This type of stuff should not be happening even if it was a mistake, it’s highly inappropriate. Not sure that we will stay here again after that experience.

Extensive wait times due to understaffing during check-in. Additionally, the hotel is showing signs of aging and requires updated furnishings for the rooms.

Great stay, confusion extending stay and still havnt received the deposit back for either the lock or the room and our booking was literally about a month ago now.

Nice location next to the creekside gondola. The room is spacious. No bathrobes were provided and towels were not by the pool. Communication was poor at the hotel. As a gold member, it says on Expedia one of the perks is a free room upgrade when available. When checking in, the front desk said that there was no room available. However, all types of rooms are still available. Then I was told they do not offer such a benefit. When I showed them what was clearly stated online, they insisted that it was Expedia's problem. Ridiculously they offered me an upgrade for a fee, which was much more expensive than the price difference on Expedia, and their room booking was non-refundable. I asked if I could cancel and rebook online, and they said yes but it needs to get through Expedia. I wasted at least half an hour talking through Expedia, while whoever was responsible never picked up the call from Expedia. It took so long and all my family was waiting. No one at the hotel was trying to resolve the problem but just trying to kick the ball and find excuses. One of my worst check-in experiences ever.

This was the second time staying here, rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and very clean, but we found a bunch of dirty towels inside a closet, no big deal but not nice to see. The amenities are really great, hot tub and pool were fun, easy access. The service at the reception was nice and polite but could be improved, check in was 4 pm, which is later than other places in Whistler (normally 3 pm) where even during high summer season I get to check in a couple of hours earlier. Here we had to wait until 4pm in low season:( I pre checked so that my friends could come and park/ drop off bags or pick up their keys however they were not allowed to do either until I came in again to do that for them. I feel that they could be a bit more flexible and friendly.

We had already stayed at Whistler, so staying at Whistler Creek was a deliberate change. It is quieter (in mid summer) and that is either a plus or a minus depending on your point of view. Whistler Creek has a different vibe, but it is lovely if you want to walk to some beautiful lakes. What is not here is extensive retail or countless bars and restaurants. It is just a choice to make. With an e-bike it is a lovely 4km ride to Whistler, which might give you the best of both worlds.

Fabulous! We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious, clean and with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful.The hot tub was very warm and quiet. It was easy to taxi in and out of Whistlers main town area. Good supermarket opposite. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful surroundings. Gondola was right there. Our room, sadly, was above the service garage where the deliveries were sent- sometimes noisy. Great room otherwise! Would definitely recommend this property.

It’s the most convenient location for skiing!

Hotel was set in a quiet part of town across from the grocery store and bus stop.

Great quiet location next to a creek and gondola. There's a grocery close by. I did not receive the VIP benefits. Resort advised me they do not participate in Expedia VIP program.

Always stay at Legends when in Whistler. Quiet and away from the busyness of the Village but less than a 10 minute drive to the village. Grocery store and other amenities directly across from Legends.

The lodging is perfectly located next to the Creekside gondola, offering easy access to skiing in the winter. A short walk away is a market where we could buy fresh groceries and enjoy cooking in the kitchen. The same plaza featured excellent restaurants, which were a great way to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. The Whistler Village is 5 minutes ride away, which offered variety of food and activities. We had a two-bedroom unit. It was cozy and homey, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space. The combination of fun activities and delicious food made for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely recommend this lodging to friends and look forward to returning.

We loved everything about this hotel. wish we could stay at least one more night. Friendly and helpful stuff. Cozy and inviting entrance. The room was very nice with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony with a beautiful view. Grocery store across the street. very nice pool and hot tub.

Great apartment with all conveniences - washing machine and dryer and even washing machine powder. Microwave, toaster, oven.... great kitchen. Wonderful setup with all the rooms and beds. And a lot of space. Nice little balconies and the view as nice even on the second level. Also the staff was fabulous with great tips for dinner and letting us check out a little later and offering the swimming pool and parking until 4pm even after checkout.

Very good place for a family getaway. As many others have said, the pool and hot tubs are great. Kitchen facilities are very nice and well equipped. Save a few bucks on eating out. Also, nice shopping area directly adjacent with a very good grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and a BC liquor store. Everything you need.

Great location. Directly next to the Gondola. No bar in the hotel or free coffee in the lobby. Everything nearby closes at 6pm

Awesome amenities, and such a great view. We had to leave early, but thoroughly enjoyed the time we had there. Really close to the supermarket and the gondola too.

The room was quite clean and had everything you need to be self sufficient. Our room was on the 6th floor on the rear of the building. This gave us an amazing view on the mountains. The hotel also includes a swimming pool which was smaller then we thought, but big enough to cool down on a hot day. Whistler Creekside has enough facilities including a supermarket. It takes 5-10min to walk from your room to the supermarket. Here you can find everything you need.

Love this resort for the in-room washer/dryer, quiet location and friendly staff. The games room and pool make for a fun family friendly get away. I would caution people, Creekside is much quieter than the Village during summer time and restaurants etc. close down early.
