Staff here are super friendly. There was a bit of an issue that affected our time here, but the staff found a workaround and did the best they could. As a traveling family, this is a great place with lots of room and a good location. We stayed in a loft room with two sofa beds. The location is very convenient, right in the village, but just right off the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful and quiet. I have a son with ASD and as such he has a very set routine, so we always need a little extra time to get ready. The hotel was able to accommodate a later check out for us, which was very much appreciated. All in all a great family and pet friendly hotel, but it was definitely the staff that made all the difference. Special shout out to the front desk Brandon and Ben and the housekeeping Jin and the other kind lady (sorry didn’t know how to spell her name, but I hope management knows and gives her recognition. Thanks Whistler Inn & Suites!

Great location. Hotel quite dated. We went in the summer and you can tell it is very geared up for skiing, with a bed you pull down from the wall.
