Room is clean, all staff are friendly. They solved my requests quickly. Only complaints were no microwave at standard room, and sauna and pool/hot tub way too far. But the hotel robes were so comfy, slippers in the closet. There was everything what I needed. Also the location was perfect. Easy to access everything!!

this hotel is in an ideal location in the central Whistler village, and has all the basics you need. The floor I was staying on was under construction and the HVAC smelled pretty musty while I was there. Gym is small, but has what most people need and the mountain is a better gym anyway!

We had a great two night stay. The rooms were standard and clean. The location was very central in the village with shops, restaurants and cafes very close by. Lots of excellent trails within walking distance. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was nice even in the rain. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again

Very comfortable bed! Room temp controls tricky to navigate. Real coffee on tap in room, generous supply of amenities. If wheeling cases, look for the entrance by the Aveda Spa where there are no steps to navigate. Pool and jacuzzi were warm to go in despite cold weather. Sauna was randomly located on another floor. Gym has treadmills and bikes and a few free weights. Great central location near bus drop off and a good functional hotel all in all.

Great location and easy access to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants. The ski valet is very helpful, the rooms are nice, and there is plenty of parking. I especially like that EV's can charge for free if you bring your own plug.

Leider war unser Bad sehr dreckig. Die Badewanne, als auch die Mülltonne im Bad und die Kloschüssel waren sehr dreckig. In der Badewanne war Erde drin sodass wir uns nicht wohl gefühkt hatten zu duschen. Sehr traurig bei einem Hotel, dieser Preisklasse. Am nächsten Tag fragten wir, ob wir einige Minuten später auschecken dürfen, da wir verschlafen haben und erst vor ca. 6 std eingecheckt haben. Leider wurde das aber abgelehnt sodass wir in der Lobby zuende packen mussten und als Entschädigung für das dreckige Bad gab es leider nichts, trotz Beweis Bilder, bis auf eine Entschuldigung. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Location is excellent. We had 2 rooms and they were both super clean. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms modern. Everything in room worked as it should. The bathrobes were soft and perfect for going to the pool. We had a great stay and would do so again.

The room was very small and dark. The bathroom sink didn't drain and just filled up the sink with water and gunk. Coffee maker did not work. Bed was un comfortable we could feel the springs in the bed. Not happy with our stay, disappointed 😕

Room was clean and tidy. It’s spacious which is the best bit. Mattresses are too soft for those who prefer firmer beds. Parking is problem. Our only option was valet parking which costed us $45/day. Wi-Fi is not the greatest. Staff is friendly.

The property location can't be beat. It is perfectly centrally located and about 150 yards from the lifts and surrounded by all the shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is nice and very well thought out. The room we were in was small but comfortable and in pretty good condition. The only slight issue we had was the AC/heater was kind of noisy. The staff was outstanding at this hotel. I will definitely return.

The property is located in an amazing location but it is facing buffalo bills. Very, very loud!!! Ask to be facing the village as it is probably better. Also keep in mind that most rooms do NOT have balconies. Not clearly stated in expedia. We were in cornern of building so we faced our neighbors. NO PRIVACY! Overall room was clean and updated. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

I had a great stay. Mattress was surprisingly good, firm - pillows not so much, though. The room was a bit small, but well equipped and cozy. AC is a bit noisy, I woke up once it started running, but it did only once during the night (was not so hot). Great location, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The Lodge was great. Lots of restaurants within only a few minutes of walking. Room was perfect except the noise outdoors. Lots of late night partying making the street below very loud when trying to sleep at 11pm. Shenanigans still going on at 2am. No wonder they put ear plugs in night stand. Otherwise, great hotel.

I usually stay at Ava hotel and the room is much bigger for the price I paid at crystal lodge. Also i wasn’t a fan of the tv as it was portrayed as a smart tv but did not even have Netflix or chrome cast. Good location and friendly staff is all I would give it .

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Whistler Village, making it super convenient to get to work and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. What really stands out is how supportive and responsive the management team is. Any concerns I had were followed up quickly and professionally. We wanted a nicer room and the team made sure everything was handled smoothly and promptly - followed up with a bottle of champagne for our troubles. we will be staying here again in the future.

I was given confirmation by text and speaking with the hotel a day prior to checking in that I could pay for my stay by debit upon arrival (I do not carry a credit card for the amount of my stay). I did have a valid credit card for damage deposit. Upon arrival the girl at the desk told me I could not pay by debit and that I would need to pay in full by cash before getting my key. I couldn’t even go to the bank in the morning. I had to go to 3 can withdrawal machines around the village to get cash to check in! It cost me over $20 in extra bank fees! Then by the time I did all this they ran out of parking stalls and I had to pay extra each night for valley parking. The girl was unapologetic about the situation. Then, I waited 30 min for a luggage trolley that I had to finally go find myself.

We stayed one night at Crystal Lodge and really enjoyed it. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. We brought our dog with us, and they were honestly so nice about it. Overall, it was a really good experience and we would definitely stay again.

Top notch customer service! Andy immediately made us feel like royalty, took great care of us and answered all our questions! Our vacation took a great start once we got to the check in desk and spoke with Andy! Hotel is cozy and clean, loved being so close to so many restaurants!

The Crystal Lodge is in a very convenient location, right in the centre of Whistler Village, which is great for visiting the numerous restaurants, which are, literally, seconds away from the hotel. Self-parking was under the hotel, and cost us $34 per night. The hotel is very clean and modern, with lovely staff, who always greet you with a friendly hello. The receptionist who checked us in was great, and gave us a lot of useful information about the hotel, and numerous ideas for spending our time in Whistler. We were a little concerned about noise, being right in the centre of the village, but we were never disturbed, and the hotel itself is very quiet. The only downside is the fan on the air conditioning unit in the room can be very noisy. However, the hotel do supply earplugs! If we were staying in Whistler again, we would definitely opt for the Crystal Lodge!

The Crystal Lodge is a convenient location to both mountains. Situated in the village, you can walk to shops and restaurants. No need for a car. The price is fantastic. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very nice. The staff are very helpful and I would definitely return for a stay here.

Vi var i Whistler för att åka skidor. Läget på hotellet är perfekt och centralt. Vi uppskattade Nespresso, minibar, morgonrockar och tofflor på rummet. Vi uppskattade den fina utsikten. Det var fantastiskt smidigt med tvättmaskin och torktumlare på våningsplanet och likaså torkrum för pjäxor och vantar. Skidförvaringen fungerade bra även om vi önskat att vi kunde lämnat in dem på samma plats som vi hämtade ut dem och att vi hade kunnat lämna in även stavarna. Vi har saknat en frukostrestaurang och bar på hotellet.

I loved this place. You couldn’t pick a better spot. Within a half minute walk you hit the best restaurants in Whistler. The staff was beyond helpful and kind and we had a Mountain View! The shower was also amazing!

Die Crystal Lodge liegt mitten im Herzen der quirligen und freundlichen Stadt Whistler. Alle Wege sind kurz und es befinden sich viele Restaurants im direkten Umfeld. Leider bietet das Hotel kein richtiges Frühstück an, so dass man morgens in die umliegenden Restaurants gehen muss. Unser gebuchtes Zimmre war nicht sehr groß aber sauber und modern allerdings gab es sehr wenig Stauraum. Aber es gibt ja auch andere Kategorien die natürlich teurer sind. Da muss man schauen, was es einem wert ist.

We found a great deal on Expedia and booked 2 nights here for less than what a single night would be in Vancouver. I can’t say it is the nicest hotel or room I have stayed in but it’s perfect for what we needed. It has access right to the village so the location is unreal. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly. Hot tub was hot and there is a restaurant and a pub that right in the hotel. A Starbucks run for Breakie and back to the room is about 7min, so convenient. Have stayed here before and will most def again.
