We loved staying here! The rooms are spacious and clean. Our room was very quiet. We were initially put beside an elevator which was noisier but they kindly accommodated our request to be moved to a much quieter room. The bathroom was large and had a shower and bathtub. The bathroom products were Grown Alchemist - my favourite! The outdoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs and sauna were lovely and created such a relaxing experience. All the staff were so kind and helpful. We felt so safe at this hotel. We will only ever stay at the Four Seasons when in Whistler again!

I had the king room with mountain view, that also had a fire place and balcony. the room was huge. the pool and spa were just awesome! the other guests were also nice. but the staff was really warm and helpful. It felt like home. The ski concierge was the most convenient thing ever! You can get your warm boots, skis and other stuff every morning, they offer you coffee and pastries.They are literally set up at the gondola.

It’s a beautiful property, gorgeous room ,but the part that is a big slap in the face, is the mandatory Valet parking at $58, and the resort fee’s, of over $75 a day. I guess that might be why it was mostly empty?? Hey, if you have unlimited money, it’s a great resort, but if you don’t, the price really adds up. We were at the pool, one beer was over $20, which is a lot

The hotel is a bit far to walk to the village square, but they have a shuttle service that is extremely helpful. The shuttle does a "loop" around the area so you don't have to request it, simply wait at one of the stops to get picked up.

Beautiful luxury resort where everything you could want is taken care of. Things that stood out to me: the towel and chair service at the pool was the best I’ve ever experienced. The turn down service at night was a really impressive surprise - so nice to return to find not only the towels and bed freshened but our shoes and clothes tidied and the ice bucket filled. The property is really well kept - we were here 12 years ago and it feels just as fresh and new as it did then. The resort extras were fun, we enjoyed the beer tasting. It would be nice if there was bar service in the lobby - the beautiful space seems a bit wasted and empty now.

The Four Seasons Whistler undoubtedly lives up to its luxurious reputation – stunning views, impeccable rooms, and top-notch amenities. However, there were a few quirks that added some unexpected flavor to our stay. First off, the pool area, while beautifully maintained, could use a bit of a vibe check. The music selection made it feel more like a spa retreat than a lively alpine escape – maybe they’re going for zen, but a little more energy wouldn’t hurt! Then there was the hot tub… Let’s just say floating ants are not exactly the type of company I envisioned while soaking. A bit of a buzzkill, but hey, maybe they’re trying to offer an authentic “nature meets luxury” experience. Speaking of buzz, the pool boy tried to overcharge us on espresso martinis – perhaps he thought caffeine should come at a premium in the mountains? Thankfully, we caught it and settled the bill without issue. The cherry on top was the quest for e-bikes. We were ready to cruise the trails, but apparently, the concierge was in an “important meeting” and couldn’t be interrupted. We waited for a callback that never came, so we ended up renting e-bikes elsewhere at a cost of $220! Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was still exceptional. The staff (when available) were friendly, the rooms were divine, and the location is unbeatable. Just a few tweaks could really take this place from great to flawless!

All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us warmly right from the entrance. Although the official check-in time was 4 PM, we were able to enter our room as early as 11 AM, which was a wonderful surprise. The lobby was cozy with a lovely scent, and every detail of the interior design was beautiful. Our room was luxurious and spotless, but the highlight was definitely the comfortable bed and the stunning mountain view.

The property was OK, the staff, especially the transportation and valet guys were amazing. Staff at the spa was amazing also. However, when you advertise a mountain view, king room, it should be a mountain view, and not a partial view of the mountains, and mostly a view of the parking lot where construction is being conducted. If you plan on staying here and are looking for a mountain view room, I would advise NOT getting a room where the room number ends in 22 through 26. Those are all facing a parking lot and old abandoned tennis courts. I have stayed at many Four Seasons all over the world and was not really impressed with this location. I will be choosing something different in Whistler next time.

The description of the room said refrigerator and minibar. There was no refrigerator just a mini bar heavily fied with drinks and if you moved anything around you would be charged. We have a baby and so we needed a fridge to store breast milk. We called the front desk saying we needed to move the drinks to put milk inside the said someone would remove the drinks but they never did. Also the minibar fridge isnt even cold enough like a real refrigerator, its more like a chiller. The milk spoilled in minibar! We knew this because it didnt seem cold enough and my baby had diarrhea! Other things that were not a 5 store hotel feel to me which arent a big deal but a little annoying are 1. The bathroom/toilet light; its sensored and turns off after a couple minutes. You always have to wave your hand in there after a couple minutes or else youll be in the dark. It was annoying. 2. Its an older facility 3. It wasnt a soft close toilet. If you just dropped the toilet seat cover it would slam. You would think a place like this would have a soft close toilet. 4. Front desk was rude and didnt do what we asked about the fridge/minibar. This is a 4 star hotel definately NOT 5. We had a better experience at crystal hotel by the village which is a 4 star hotel and had all the things that i complained about in this post that the 4 seasons lacked.

Great stay! They upgraded us to a new room when we arrived. The staff is super friendly and they have a whole bunch of complimentary food and drinks at different times of the day! Felt like royalty at times! The views and lovely and super peaceful stay. A ton of amenities as well. They served ice cream at different times too. Would highly recommend staying here! The room was really nice too. Everything was clean, organized and the washroom was incredibly spacious with a shower and bathtub separate.

Since check-in to check-out, the service is impeccable. They gave us a surprise room upgrade, late check out upon request til 2 pm, and allowed us to store our luggage before and after our stay. The pool was smaller than expected but service was fantastic! They had really comfortable lounge chairs, ample amount of umbrellas, nice cocktails and some surprise complimentary small bites. The spa facilities are great, with complimentary use or their sauna, steam rooms, showers, and locker room. They even have a Dyson hair dryer for guests to use. The rooms are spacious but ours unfortunately did not have black out curtains, so the light crept in earlier than wanted. The highlight was the town car service and shuttle to take you to the Village. Overall, fantastic time! Would recommend and come back again.

Incredible staff. Warm, thoughtful, and proactive throughout. I was upgraded to a Mountain View room without asking, and they surprised me with a delicious chocolate birthday cake with candles. The hotel vibe is ski-resort meets mid-century modern. Great pool. Service feels very Four Seasons: refined and attentive. The beer flight was a standout touch. There’s also a fun game room with ping-pong, foosball, and an arcade machine.

I had to wait two hours for my room to be ready without any confirmation on the timing. Later, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast restaurant, but staff initially told me it couldn’t be found, even after checking with hotel security. Only after I insisted they open the jacket cabinet did I find it there. Better communication and thoroughness in handling guest requests would improve the experience.

The stay my partner and I had was absolutely amazing. The only flaw was an issue with the room service and pool side service. The servers didn’t ask if we wanted anything for the 3 hours we were there. Other guests were being asked if they needed anything but we were never asked. Overall we had a lovely trip and can’t wait to return to the property.

This is a five star hotel for good reason. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but the staff is what make it truly incredible. We had a great experience with everyone we encountered. That is a high bar to meet in hospitality. It was so nice being able to talk to concierge to make reservations, use e-bikes, get a ride in shuttle and private car. Love this hotel!

The purpose for the stay was relaxing and skiing. Regarding relaxing: The hotel did ok, but for example: “Can I get you any waters, towels, etc?” Ok, I’ll be back in 5. Good intentions/effort but how about just having the common items on a cart for a single knock at the door? Regarding skiing: I spent 4-5 days trying to arrange rentals and lift tickets via the concierge by phone, email, and website. I even registered my credit card but nothing ever happened beyond long emails. So I did it myself and had 2 hiccups: 1) I suspect I paid extra as Epic Mountain Rentals visited the hotel for fitting etc vs the shop on site (same company though it seems…), 2) the lift ticket was restricted on the day of use so I had to spend 20 mins going from front of the lift line to the ticket window and fortunately it was not sold out… That would’ve been a mess. The concierge was helpful in otherwise but the service from offsite in advance was beyond useless. On checkout between the onsite parking fees (practically no other option) and the resort fees over 4 nights, the cost was basically another night, it felt like I was overpaying In summary the hotel was nice but our experience was less than I expected.

The Four Seasons Whistler is the place to stay in Whistler. While it's not technically ski-in/ski-out the frequent and quick shuttle ride and ski concierge more than makes up for it. Additionally, the service of the staff goes beyond anything you'd fine elsewhere and the atmosphere is clean, modern, and exciting.

Excellent stay overall as expected from Four Seasons. It was the only hotel in our 2 week holiday that properly provided for our baby with a welcome gift and well set up with room crib and nappy bin. Only negative was our second room service meal wasn't great. For the price charged for food it should be perfect but soup and chicken burger were poor.

Was so disappointed the staff were not friendly at all and almost seemed like we were bothering them when we asked for support or had questions. In addition everything was closed. The bar, the spa and the restaurant. They did their best to accommodate the closures but it wasn’t good enough for the price you pay. We checked out a day early as a result. Only great thing was the people who were able to chat to get items you needed via the room.

Beautiful resort and location. The Sidecut and Braidwood Tavern served amazing food and the service was impeccable. We had a hiccup with my son’s ski equipment, but the Front Desk managers went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Yet another reason to stay at a Four Seasons Resort. We will be back.

Four Seasons Whistler is a beautiful property and I’m always so grateful to get to stay there. We chose to stay on property for dinner one night of our stay. Didn’t like that we weren’t able to book a time that suited us at Sidecut and instead had to conform to either 615 or 815 sittings which were not convenient for us.
