No elevator from parking garage to lobby. Parking extra very expensive compared to other hotels. Pool and spa right beside restaurant so no privacy and you have to go through lounge area to even get there. Staff was really helpful and lovely!

We made a reservation with this hotel specifically for the pool area and jacuzzi, and this area was on maintenance, we weren’t notified when we asked about it when checking in, until we were all dressed and ready to go to the jacuzzi, they sent us to the Hilton hotel which was nice, but not nice to walk on our robes for 2 blocks while it was snowing. Also the room’s toilet didn’t have water. We really liked the hotel but we will be really thinking on choosing a different one next time.

Wonderful loft-style room. Right in the heart of Whistler, so walkable to everything. Parking is extra $ and limited, we parked at the Convention centre nearby (for a cheaper rate!). Fresh cookies and cool cucumber water at the front desk everyday. Outdoor pool was lovely!

Location was excellent. Close to all shopping and activities. Limited parking, no EV charging station. Room was clean. Renovations finishes showed lack of pride in workmanship. Shower was clogged, only front desk associate was available to snake the drain. Staff was professional and did what they could to help.

The listing said there was onsite parking - which was a strong reason to select this property. It was full and we had to pay for parking a ways away. There was no map of the hotel and it was a little difficult to navigate the area (and the staff was no help even though they didn’t appear busy). The room had a nice little balcony and a cute set up but no TV. The location was very good for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Adara. It is nearby a nightclub, and right on top of Buffalo Bills, but our room was quite soundproof and we didn’t hear a thing. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken when we were there, so that was a bit disappointing, but the hotel did arrange for guests to go to a different property to enjoy a hot tub if that’s what they wanted to do. The staff were very friendly. Even though the room does show some wear and tear and age, it had everything we needed - the loft space was great for separation. I found the bed very comfortable, and I had great sleeps every night. It had a beautiful view from the rooftop patio - mountains everywhere. I will be back!

The first room we stayed in was super unclean with horribly dim lighting. Felt like we were in a motel. Sheets were full of hair. Luckily we switched rooms and the next room was much better. Receptionist was very rude and had an attitude the whole time, didn’t even apologize for the terrible room. But the night-receptionist was very kind and helped us a lot.

The hotel is located at the village, making it very convenient. Once we park our car at the hotel, we didn't need to drive around as everything was walkable. When we checked in, we were given an upgrade, which was nice. However upon entering the upgraded room, we found that the room was not properly cleaned. There were hair on the bed, and items left in the fridge. We went back to the front desk and they moved us back to our originally booked room, and again we found hair on the bed, and the room was extremely stuffy. We went back and decided to keep the upgraded room because there was at least air circulation, and they sent housekeeping up to change the sheets and clean the fridge out. However I still found dirt on the rim of one of the cups in the bathroom, and there were stains on the sofa and on the fabric foot rest. The hotel location is great and the room was spacious, but the hotel itself is quite run-down and they definitely need to up their game on cleaning guests rooms.

The Adara Hotel was an interesting mix of good and bad for many reasons - The location is optimal for Whistler Village explorers and people who want something close to the main road, however, the hotel itself is not in good shape. We paid nearly $800 for a 2-night stay and while there dealt with black mold, springy mattresses, poor water pressure, a old-format cable TV*, scratchy towels, and dried blood stains on our blankets. As our stay was short and our time in the rooms was minimal we unfortunately only noticed these issues towards the end of our stay. The ratings here are good overall which is why we booked with this hotel, but most of the reviews are about the location, not the hotel itself. *The amenities such as the TV were nice, however, there’s no click-through guide and you have to enter every channel number manually. There were also no TV “Apps” such as YouTube, Netflix, or Prime (which we have had at 2 star hotels out in the middle of nowhere). The bathroom was the most strange though - There’s no shower door (at least not in our unit) which resulted in the floor getting wet every time we showered. The fan’s suction was also minimal, so every shower was muggy and steamy regardless of whether the fan was running or not. The staff were nice and efficient when needed, but we honestly didn’t interact with them much. Please book here with those things in mind - this is an old hotel with issues to match. The village is beautiful, the mold, not so much…

The room, staff and cleanliness were good but could not sleep until after 2:30am as the base from buffalo bills fills up the room and folks outside the bar being loud. Great if you are in Whistler for the bar scene otherwise I would not recommend it.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant staff was helpful and nice. A small observation with the TV. Is too small for the distance from the bed.

View from balcony is not great and obscured. Maintenance unable to turn off embedded heating upstairs making room a sauna having to open door with freezing temperatures outside. Parking expensive. Position was great. Hard to determine where to park for check in. Pool area outside and cold. Bathers visible to restaurant.

Our two week old car was damaged using their valet parking, our details were given and pictures taken, 3 weeks later we are still waiting contact from the Adara manager. We were promised to be contacted next day. Hotel was convenient, customer service appalling.

Friendly and efficient front desk staff. This property is very close to many restaurants, shops, and ski lifts. The freshly baked cookies in the afternoon is a great touch. They have orange water and herbal tea in the lobby as well. It's an older building, but the accommodations are clean and comfortable. The staff was phenomenal. They were all super friendly and welcoming - everyone from the front desk staff to the room attendants. I would highly recommend this property for these reasons. Especially if you like being in a smaller scale building, with more personalized service. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Adara Hotel!

I would like to find out the name of the Lady working the front desk. I will call and find out because it’s obvious she’s unhappy with her job. Zero ability to interact with guests. Called for her to open the Garage Door then to unfortunately meet her at the desk with her looking up momentarily when we entered. Don’t expect any service. Lower your expectations to a 5/10 for literally everything and you’ll be content with your stay. Also if you have a family there’s night club directly downstairs so Friday and Saturdays are extremely loud. There’s so many other options.

The location was great. We could walk for 5 minutes and get anywhere in the village. The 2?nightclubs in the vicinity were busy, but the property offered earplugs. The lively activity that we could see outside our window provided hours of entertainment for my teens! The size of the hotel was perfect, not a lot of hustle and bustle like the larger hotels. Excellent experience overall.

I liked how the lady at front office came to solve our problem of the water not clearing in the shower, My son liked the cookies and the lemon water at the lobby, we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, beds were comfortable, front office was so attentive, room was nice and warm upon arrival, room was well equipped, had soft bath robes waiting for us ready to use for the pool and hot tub, shower was good, all in all great experience

Everything was good. A bit loud at night as there is a bar grill about 20 feet away. Not good place if you have young kids who need to sleep. Otherwise pool, hot tub good; staff very nice; clean; free fresh baked cookies and coffee in lobby.
