An excellent choice near the airport. Got some great upgrades due to booking through Expedia. Tip: you can meet the Hilton shuttle bus outside of arrivals 1. Follow signs for hotel bus. Look for the Hilton bVan which comes by every 30 minutes. There is a 5 franc charge which you can pay via smart phone and qr code on the van.

De kamers zijn oud en aftands. Er ligt 1 handdoek op de badkamer. Hotel ligt in een renovatie en je wordt om 8 uur door werklui gewekt. dit schijnt al een tijdje aan de gang te zijn en er wordt niets van gezegd. Ook op de boekingsite wordt niets van een verbouwing vermeld maar men neemt wel de hoofdprijs voor een verblijf. Vreselijk hotel, absoluut geen Hilton waardig. Mijn advies, blijf weg.

Great hotel, located close to Zurich Airport. Easily accessible via Uber/Taxi. The free shuttle from the airport is great, it arrives right on time. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to the airport (which costs 6 euros, you have to get a ticket from the front desk), which is also super convenient.

The hotel while not inexpensive is good. The issue is that at an airport hotel which as stated above is not inexpensive they charge you 6 Swiss francs each to transport you back to the airport. Happily however pillows were included in the price and no additional charge was levied !!!

This is a business hotel. The hourly shuttle between the hotel and Zurich airport is convenient, but it is free only from the airport to the hotel; a return to the airport costs 7Fr. The room had a slightly musty odor. The shower floods the bathroom floor if you are not careful. The restaurant has a limited menu. No shops within walking distance.

Hilton Zurich Airport Hotel is well located for public transport. Around 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and 8 minutes to the Train/Tram stop. It would be possible to walk from the Airport (20 minutes) but they provide a Hilton shuttle bus from Terminal 1, at 5 CHF per person. The Hotel rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, with an amazing selection to choose from. All in all a great place to stay 😊

Since my flight is in the morning, I decided to book a room here in hope that it will be convenient for us to get up in the morning and go. However, its location is very inconvenient. First, it is not close enough to walk to any of the bus station or the airport if you have multiple luggages. Second of all, the shuttle bus will charge you 5 CHF per person per ride. I have never been asked to pay for a shuttle bus to the airport when I booked a hotel specifically because it is very close to the airport. Lastly, 1 of the driver seems to hate his job for the 2 times that I saw him. He also spoke very little English while most of the customers using this service are international travelers that do not speak German (Almost everyone that I talked to during this trip can speak fluent English and you cannot find someone who can speak good enough English and a good attitude?). The shuttle bus can only take about 11 people at a time and there is no system to show who came first when more than 11 people are waiting. So the driver just picked the groups that can fit first. This means you are at the mercy of the driver if you are trying to catch a flight. I really like my trip to Switzerland and I enjoyed touring Zurich. However, I will just stay at a hotel that is close to Zurich HB (main train station) next time. It is close to the attractions and there is a train to the airport that takes 15 minutes every 6 minutes in the morning. So much more convenient this way.

Anscheinend wird das Geschirr unkontrolliert aus der Maschnie direkt herausgegeben. Für den offenen Parkplatz werden 35 CHF täglich gefordert. Bei dem Namen Hilton erwartet man einen höheren Anspruch auf Dienstleistung. Für mich nicht empfehlenswert!

Didn’t give tea bag for 3 days as the bar staff didn’t want to go get some so had to go reception to ask why no tea bags for 3 days. Lady was nice enough to go find some for me. All my dad wanted was tea. Bar staff guy was rude to my niece when she asked him the second time and he rolled his eyes at her so RUDE! My sink wasn’t cleaned properly as the left a long hair in there and on a towel! Hallway at night was pitch black, had to use phone torch to get to my room! Asked for a 3rd bed in one of the rooms but obviously wasn’t there. It’s a ok hotel near enough to the airport and motorways. But very far from all the tourist attractions. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall 2.5 out of 5

Location is a potential detriment, by comparison to Hyatt. Quality of Food, a typical Swiss Dish of Kalbsgeschnitzeltes und Rösti, was a disaster. Having evidence of mold/ mildew around the shower tiles, is a sad testimonial for the name of Hilton. All stated, I would never stay there again. This is my first stay at Hilton Zürich Airport, for a comparative to Hyatt, which I normally stay. Tried something different.

Our first room had a big hole in the baseboard that looked like rodents used. They moved us to a 2nd room where the floor was not vacuumed (bottle caps and blue thread throughout were on the carpet) the entire time we were there and the bathroom door handle would lock you in the bathroom without touching the lock. There was mold in the bath tub. They did change out the handle, but never vacuumed during our 3 day stay. We asked to change hotels but they wouldn’t credit us.

Very disappointed as I am a big Hilton fan. Very old property with tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms that one can’t even move in the shower. Dirty bath tub with mildew spots made it a bit disgusting to have a Shower. Staff was nice and friendly. Floors are super noisy. With people moving stuff at 1 am.

Stayed here for a night. I got there at 11 and asked if I could stow my luggage until check in at 3 and Carlos at the front desk was able to accommodate an early check in which was a huge convenience to me as I was tired and needed sleep. Hotel has an adequate gym and a nice sauna and steam room which I enjoyed after a workout. Room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was priced well and the view of the airport from the restaurant was unique. Not far from Zurich center so if you have a few extra hours to explore you won’t have much hassle. Big fan of Zurich will be back next year

Stayed here for a couple of days earlier this month. Service was terrible, no courtesy towards customers, stuff aren’t professional (except employees who worked at the bar, they were great). My spouse and my son 5 years old and we asked at the front desk to set up a second bed because they said only one bed room was available while I booked for two bed … the person never showed up to set up the bed for our son in despite for the promise of the front desk this clearly inacceptable .. The beds were hard for a Hilton hotel. The first night we had dinner at the hotel our kids ate off of the kids menu. The second night, the wait staff was oblivious saying they didn’t have a kids menu. The front desk staff was oblivious about charges that were charged in the middle of the night during my stay and didn’t provide a clear explanation for them. There wasn’t much around the property so you need to venture into downtown Zurich to find things to do. We will not be staying at this hotel again nor would we stay here again even if it was more affordable than other hotels of similar rating.

For the exorbitant price and the Hilton name, expected much more. It seemed like there were several sides of the hotel - I was put in the more run-down and remodeled part of the hotel - which was dated and simply an older hotel remodeled. Stay was very average and acceptable, but the pictures misdirect you. Breakfast was $39 pp and was below average.
