Stayed 1 night

There isn’t enough room tell of our dreadful ordeal at this hotel. I would warn people very strongly against staying here as our experience seems to have mirrored that others. We had booked the Penthouse Suite, and had paid in full, months before our reservation date. I had booking confirmation as well as emails pertaining to our upcoming stay. Check-in time was from 3 till 11pm. We were there at 5.30pm. According to Momo (the ‘receptionist’), there was no booking for us. The penthouse was already occupied that night, and there was no booking under our name, nor any room for us to stay. My parents and my uncle had booked through a different booking agent, and their rooms were available to them. After being constantly told there was no room for us, and it was our fault, not theirs, that our reservation wasn’t in the system, a very small, rather below average room was given to us (free of charge). Curtains did not fit across the width of the window, shutters were broken etc. We settled down to try to sleep only to be disturbed by yelling downstairs. Another person being told that there was no room for her, despite having booked directly through the actual hotel. I went downstairs to see what was happening and the lady was being yelled at by a man saying he was the cleaner…(10pm???) she was also on the phone to Momo who thought she was me, and was threatening to come and throw all 5 of my group out of the hotel. In the morning we found 2 large scratches on our hire car.

Hotel does not respond to question via Hotels.com app for more than 10 hours. Reception not staffed. Automatic check in with Hotels.com registration nr does not work. Hotel phone nr provided by Hotels.com does not exist. Eventually, I can check in using another online check in option — but another customer trying to check in has no success either way; the check in terminal suggests to “contact reception” — which does not exist. In short: if you seek peace of mind this hotel is not for you. Location is ok, quiet. Room is cleanish. Fire plan in room is incorrect. Shower partly broken. Safe locked, thus not usable.

Big Big RED LIGHT— Be careful about booking this place. I arrived a bit later — my flight was delayed. Arrived at 11 PM. No hotel staff. Door was open. I was faced with a machine to get my electronic key. That was ok. I checked in. The bed was CHILD SIZE — smaller than a college twin. Then I went out for an hour to eat something My key would not open door and I spent an hour with a third party giving me an hour of trial and error with the machine. The man was B minus helpful and had some attitude. Finally I was able to get access to another room with a barely Double size bed. No one in the morning when I woke up to retrieve my belongings from the original locked room. Someone showed up at 845 — with a key. What if I had an early morning flight ? Book with caution!!! Or not at all. Automation is not the answer for hotel services!! My

I arrived late and they use not even a vending machine to buy something. Maybe a bowl of fruits at the reception.
