MinaMark Beach Resort for Families and Couples Only

The room was okay, but they ignored my request for a room with a king-size bed. The food was also okay, but there was almost no variety in the types of food, and the taste was bland.

Cleanliness, staff , food. Downside, their internet is seriously lacking. It needs upgrading. After paying an additional charge to have internet in my room, it was very unreliable. Same in the public areas.

Great location, sunbed wars in the morning so if you’re not early you won’t get one and be given a chair. Evenings no chairs to sit around so ironically you’ll be on a sunbed. Couple of creepy staff. Brush it off as most are lovely. Air con not great. No remote control and smells old. Definitely got on my chest and made me sick. Food was hit and miss. Standard hotel food. 2 ala crate. Asian. All greasy and tasteless , Italian. Bit better. Gardens beautifully maintained. And guest relations try and help but end up getting guests to do work. No fresh milk in hotel. Only powdered.
