Zimmer ok, Location auch. Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. 1 Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste. Buffet qualitativ recht schwach. Schade, dass vor dem Hotel die gesamte Straße eine einzige Baustelle war. Nice location. Rooms were clean, the bathroom was a nice size and we appreciated the double sink. The Bistro breakfast was nice with a sufficient amount of choices. The carpets in the hallways could use updating.... overall staff were friendly but we found other hotels we stayed at in Italy had a better Bar atmosphere if thats important to you.

Hôtel entouré de travaux dus à l'implantation du Tram!..donc difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres la journée dès le matin 7h.. Un rafraîchissement de l'ensemble de l'hotel s'impose papier vieillissant déchiré dans la chambre et grilles d'aération pleines de poussière.. En revanche très bon petit-déjeuner avec choix et fraîcheur. Cet hôtel est plus en adéquation avec un 3 étoiles

Very clean, though the carpet in my room was a bit worn near the front door, and there was a leak under my toilet that I told the front desk about / but don’t think they fixed as it was still leaking. Breakfast was a full European styled breakfast - there was not want for anything😀

El hotel está bien ubicado, caminando se llega pronto al centro. El desayuno bastante completo y el personal de esta zona muy amable. Usamos dos habitaciones una estaba bien, la otra tenía un olor muy desagradable, tratamos de ventilarla pero el olor no se iba, los del hotel decían no percibirlo pero era bastante molesto, terminamos durmiendo todos en una sola habitación, un poco incómodo para 5 personas en una habitación de 3.

Beautiful hotel! Excellent location about 10 minute walk from train station & 20 minutes or so to the Quadrilatera. Well maintained hotel with beautiful Italian marble throughout. We can’t say enough about the breakfast buffet! An added plus at this hotel. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi was extremely weak in our 1st floor room. Could definitely use an upgrade.

Room was just OK. Very dated. Our room was behind the elevator and we heard it everytime it was used. Very annoying at night. There were only 2 usable outlets it the entire room. One was being used by the bed lamp and the other on the wall opposite the bed. One the plus side, it's in a good location. Close to train station, restaurants, cafes, and shops

Hotel very nice. Bed was King sized and comfy. About a 15 minute walk from the train station. We did not do the breakfast so I can not comment on that. They let us store our bags before and after check out, which was very convenient. Checking was very easily and efficient. The only complaint I had was the lack of water pressure in our shower. The sink’s pressure was fine but in the shower the water came out in little drops.

The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk up the main shopping street to the piazza maggiore where all the main sights are and plenty of restaurant's and shops. Rooms are a bit dated but large and spacious

Great location, however the room was extremely hot and was told they turn off AC for winter. Not fun temperature inside the room. Traveling all the way to the north of Italy and only Hotel turning off the AC it is sad.

Overall this was a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Every staff member that we spoke to was very nice and helpful with any question that we had. They all spoke very good English and were polite with my terrible Italian. :) Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day. While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room. I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna.

Our room window was open and had no lock, the window was large enough for someone to get in the room.We brought this to the hotels attention and nothing was done. Our room keys didn’t work repeatedly. The staff indicated it was our phones being next to the cards but we did not have the phones next to the cards. The staff were dismissive.

I really enjoyed the staff. Andrea checked us in and gave me good recommendations. Alfred and Favio at the bar/restaurant were very personable and went the extra mile, giving us ice for our room, heating up some takeaway after hours, etc. Furthermore, they were fun to talk to. All the rest of the staff, the other desk members, the porter, the cleaning staff, were also lovely.

Hôtel Internazionale is very conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the train station in a beautiful old building. We had a very comfortable and spacious room. There is a lovely outdoor courtyard with umbrellas and seating. We would stay here again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location but because of the construction work for the new tram system you are in the middle of a construction site, so it is noisy and dusty during the day. Also the main attraction of this location, i.e. the collonades are just hot noisy crowded tunnels which defeat the object of their purpose, such a shame !

Great hotel in ideal location, midway between the train station and city centre in Bologna. (5-10 minutes walk either way). The breakfast was good with plenty of selection, so couldn’t really fault. Only negative was the lack of drinks service in the terrace and the drinks being a bit pricey, but that’s hotel pricing.

Lovely hotel with excellent buffet breakfast in nicely appointed and well lighted dining room. Spacious room and several English channels on TV. On Main Street with easy access to shopping, historical sites and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.
