Very conveniently located 2 minutes walk from Bologna Centrale, lots of shops and eateries nearby, and close to historic centre. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and good facilities. Water bottles are not provided, a number of supermarkets nearby to purchase from instead. The main issue was the noise levels at night. On weekday nights the hotel has a rooftop bar, so guests staying on the square side of the building must endure loud pounding music causing walls and floors to vibrate up till 1am (which they are not informed of in advance). The hotel has rebranded itself to cater for party goers, at the expense of paying guests trying to rest and sleep in peace which is a shame.

We enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast had a juicer extractor and lemon water ready to drink. The Healthy corner was a espectacular surprise! Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. We will definitely come back. Overall excellent stay

We stayed at NH Bologna. We arrived very late at night after a long international flight, and unfortunately, the sheets in our room were not clean upon arrival. It was disappointing to discover this after such a long journey, as we were hoping to rest immediately. However, the front desk staff responded quickly and professionally. They immediately changed our room without hesitation, which we truly appreciated. The hotel has a great location.

The hotel is very easy to access from the Central Station. Despite its location, there is no noise from the street in the room. The room is very clean and the breakfast were excellent. Will stay again if visiting Bologna again.

Excellently situated, just a short walk from the railway station and within easy reach of the city centre. Our Premium Room was spacious and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. While the grey-toned, minimalist Danish-style décor felt a little impersonal, everything was spotless and functional. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding.

Very clean and modern hotel. It is just a 3 minute walk to Bologna Céntrale train station and is why we chose this hotel. The only issue we had was that the AC wasn’t working as well as we hoped. It was on but didn’t cool enough and we definitely needed the cool air on a hot summer night and morning. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very accesible from the train station and walkable to city center. Our triple room was very spacious. My complain is about the air conditioning in our room. It didn't cool enough; early in the morning we called the front desk to report the issue and allegedly someone was sent to fixed it while we were out. We did not feel any difference that night - it was hot and we barely slept. In addition, the sofa bed where my daughter tried to sleep was very uncomfortable. We had the worst couple of nights of our 10-day trip at this hotel.

Perfect location, easy 10 min walk to the centre of town and very close to the central train station. Room was very nice, although was incredibly hot even in May. Temperature controls didn't allow setting to below 20c and no top sheet on the bed (just duvet) so we slept with the window open the first night which meant we got bitten all over by mosquitos. Obviously we kept them closed after that which meant poor sleep due to the heat.

We had a wonderful stay at NH Bologna De La Gare. The reception was fantastic – our 9-month-old daughter was warmly welcomed and even received a little teddy bear, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel is very baby-friendly and offers good facilities for families. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The building itself is very well-kept and stylish, and our room was large, comfortable, and spotless. The beds and pillows were of high quality, which made for a great night’s sleep. Considering the spacious room, the service, and the overall experience, the stay offered really good value for money. Front desk staff and concierge was friendly, helpful and polite. Rest of the staff were very unfriendly. Requests took super long to be handled. Sat on a desk chair and it legs broke and there was nor sympathy or urgency to replace it. Requested joint rooms ahead of time and had to wait over and hour for room separating rooms to be unlocked.

Gute Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof, je nach geplanten Aktivitäten etwas abgelegen. die Zimmer sind sauber, grosszügig und verfügen über sehr bequeme Betten. Das Hotel wurde einmal renoviert, auf den Gängen lässt sich noch erahnen, wie das Hotel früher ausgesehen hat. Frühstück sehr grosszügig und vielfältig, wurde auch noch bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt. Die Angestellte an der Reception (Monica) war für uns das einzige Negative. Eher unfreundlich, hatte ewigs für das Check-in und erklärte uns alles auf Italienisch obwohl wir offensichtlich kein Wort verstanden haben. Zum Abschluss ein "Enjoy your Stay" half wenig. Das Gleiche übrigens beim Check-out.

This hotel is in a great location about one block from the main railway station. We found street parking about 2 blocks away, and it was very safe. Walk to local restaurants took about 15-20 minutes, or 25 minutes to Centro Storico district. Hotel has a nice breakfast area and coffee bar. The hotel is located on a piazza, and it is easy to park in front while checking in. Rooms were modern and clean with daily maid service.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. It was perfect for coming into and leaving Bologna and our day trip too Modena. We stayed from Friday to Monday and just downstairs outside of the doors, there were a ton of food booths and live music that played at night. When I booked the hotel via Expedia, I accidentally booked for December when I was supposed to book for October. Expedia was giving me a hard time about changing it, but the hotel was very gracious and understanding and had no issues with me, changing it to the correct dates. The location was great and we were able to walk to the major sites that we needed to see in the city.

Best breakfast of anywhere we stayed on our 3 week trip. Room was very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is really close to the train station so that was very convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Me gusto el hotel. Lo malo es que en el desayuno la máquina de café servía el café FRIO y a pesar de pedirles a la chicas del desayuno te traían frío el café con leche. Check in y check out lento.
