Liked everything but the arrival parking to check in, only have 3 spots and not enough help to park cars to let more people check in, street is busy at night and frustrating because you can't park and you feel someone will hit your car because your doubled parked. Fix that and the place would be awesome!

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, elegant. Located right by the river Arno, 10 minutes walk to the historic downtown. Friendly staff. Roof terrace with pool and bar/restaurant offers spectacular views of the city. Friendly staff nd super helpful staff. A great value.

Plus: A strategic position nearto the city center of Florence, nice services, good restaurant, availability of parking (extra cost), concierge service. Minus: Poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel, A very small room with a tiny bathroom, I was expected a larger room in base of the information provided during booking. This is not a value for money hotel in base of the room provided and the cost requested however has a spectacular view from the rooftop and a good position near the city center.

Nice old building. Rooms clean. Amazing rooftop bar and pool is small but cool. On the river it’s easy to find walking around. I would stay again or even visit the rooftop bar from another property!

Wonderful hotel. Incredible views from the huge rooftop bar/pool deck. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold options. Main level bar is beautiful and the seating areas are both well-appointed and comfortable. Both bars offer gratis snacks. View of the river Arno, Piazza el Michelangelo and more from our room window were stunning. You can literally walk almost anywhere in the city from this location.

We stayed here for a couple of days in July of 2024 - the air conditioning was amazing haha! The hotel felt safe and clean. The rooftop pool is tiny, but came in handy after hot days walking around the city. We enjoyed our stay here!

The location and view was a 10! Never could get internet/wifi. When we would tell the front desk, they claimed they never heard that complaint before. Couple of spiders in the room. No big deal but when they would clean, they left trash on the floor, did not replenish coffee/ cream. For the price I wish we had WiFi at least! The view made up for the bad though.

Lovely, clean and quiet room. I had paid for a single room but was pleasantly surprised to find I had been upgraded to a spacious double room on arrival. (216). The bathroom was very clean, although the hairdryer didn’t work. I had a quiet, relaxing stay and would return again. Bar prices were very expensive, so I did not drink within the hotel. Rooftop terrace offered amazing views across Florence.

Les chambres sont finalement très petites- la salle de bain très petite ne pouvait contenir qu'une douche. les chariots de linge sale traînaient en permanence dans le couloir et la moquette est bien souvent très éliminée voire trouée. On m'a demandé de faire le check out la veille du départ et la facture présentait un extra de 104€ qui correspondait à un pourboire pour le personnel ! incroyable .... Sinon situation idéale

Everyone was very nice from the first to the last day. The hotel was very clean. It’s also in a great location, that is walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. I felt safe and so happy I chose this hotel.

Wow! The location, the building, the light fixtures, the moldings, the staff, and that warm, unhurried Italian vibe (sprezzaturra) made this hotel a lovely experience for our family. We had rooms with views of the river, and the hills beyond, quiet and super clean, and used the pool daily. I cannot recommend, and thank the people who work there enough- Tomas, Luka, and our lovely housekeeping staff, everyone just made the stay feel comfortable, and the hotel feel like a sanctuary after days spent climbing bell towers, and visiting Cyprus lined hills. Grazie Mille from the bottom of my heart, and see you soon!

I got a terrible case of bedbugs here on my first night. Since the hotel was full (they said) I had to sleep in the same room the second night as well, so I then got bedbug bites on the other arm. I had no leverage as I had already paid for both of my stays at this hotel. As it was such as severe situation, it became infected and I had to see a doctor and pay for medication, none of which the hotel covered, as they denied that there was a problem, in spite of seeing my arm on that second morning and photos of the ensuing spread of infectious bites. Sad, because it is a beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. However, I cannot recommend it, particularly as they told me they had investigated and had found nothing. Sheer denial, basically as if I had lied about the whole thing.

I’m from the USA - the hotel was amazing! Staff and cleanliness were top notch. The rooftop! Location! All great. But the bed and pillows ( as most are in Europe - at least in my experience ) were not comfortable at all. I would give them a 2/10.

Hotel was super warm, our rooms were hot and the AC didn’t work. Nobody came to fix it, never offered for us to switch rooms and our bathroom door handle broke getting us stuck in the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel unfortunately our room was under the roof bar and it was extremely loud we couldn’t sleep. I called concierge not much they could do until bar closed very disappointing that we couldn’t get good night sleep

Staff are so helpful and nice! No need to even ask for luggage help, the amazing porters come to you right away when they see you with bags. Top notch service. Everything was so smooth staying here. The rooftop with pool has such an amazing view, up close of Santa Croce and the whole city spread out before you. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’d like to be more towards the less crowded Santa Croce area away from super central central stazione or Duomo area.

Great location along the Arno river. Our balcony had a wonderful view of the Duomo and Florence skyline. The rooftop bar and dining were great. Comfortable bed, controllable heat/AC, clean and beautiful bathroom, Elevator was quick, the lobby and bar were nicely decorated and smelled great. We ran out of instant caffeinated coffee in the room but found coffee in the restaurant. We would book this hotel again in Florence.

This is a very nice, comfortable property. The lobby bar has a wonderful atmosphere. The included breakfast was outstanding, and well staffed. The concierge was very helpful in booking tours and taxis. Our only disappointment was the service at the roof top bar/cafe. The staff was not very welcoming. Two of our group of four ordered spaghetti, which was served cold. We thought maybe it was an "Italian" thing, but later told by another staff member that it should be served hot. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great concierge and welcoming staff. Fantastic location being walking distance to all sightsand great views. Very helpful and friendly and good food but couldn’t eat in main restaurant as closed Sunday and Monday but rooftop terrace nice for good food but slow service. Also, pool is just a box and more of a cooling down pit, you can’t swim in it! Nice bar area too and lots of places to sit.

Location along Arno River is nice. Rooms are good. We encountered very slow drinks/food service and forgetting orders on several occasions during our stay- to the point we went elsewhere for drinks, etc.
