Enjoyed our 2 nights at this property. The staff were always available, helpful and easy to deal with. The location can’t be beat. If arriving by car, there are two designated spots to leave your vehicle temporarily while loading or unloading but if you’re keeping the car, it will be parked off premise at quite a distance (up to 45 min away). Rooftop bar is worth a drink but prices are expensive and the music totally outdated. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size, clean and fresh. Enjoy Firenze from here and you’re in the heart of the action. Recommended!

Location was excellent , walkable and close to most sites . Staff was hit and miss , some were amazing and helpful while others were arrogant and confrontational. Biggest issue we had was parking . Access to parking is restricted . One night we had to park at another facility and walk back to hotel for 30 mins at 300 am and another night we had to park on the street because we had an early flight . I would highly recommend it if you’re not driving

We stayed 4 nights in a deluxe room, and it was very spacious, clean, and the a/c was amazing. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, a robe and slippers, which we used daily. The breakfast was great, and they had a small gym, and ironing lounge as you could not bring the iron to your room. The rooftop bar at sunset was stunning and the drinks were delicious. The staff was helpful, friendly, and made dinner recommendations to very good local restaurants. The only negative (if you call it one) was they didn’t have room service. But the staff recommend a delivery service and food from a local restaurant was delivered very fast and cheap. Lastly, the location couldn’t be better. It was a 10 min walk from the train station, close to the Duomo, and shopping. I would stay again!

I reserved 2 rooms, one was well appointed and the other was rather spartan (same price). I screwed up the dates of my visit and the hotel gladly extended my stay an extra day.The breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and the location was incredible - a short walk to all the attractions. Room was cramped -very little space between the foot of the bed and the wall. There was a lot of dust under the bed and flush toilet, small flush button didn't work. The large button did. One of the elevators was extremely small - 4 people max. The panoramic roof top bar is not free to visit. You need reservations and must buy drinks. It's not available in rainy weather. It was what attracted us to the hotel, but we never got up there.

Can't say enough amazing things about this hotel. Location is prime, staff was professional and courteous, breakfast service was superb, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amazing experience overall. Will definitely be coming back.

Location wise this hotel is absolutely perfect the most we had to walk the entire holiday was 15-20 mins. Couldn't be in a better location. Staff were very friendly as well and the hotel was very clean. The only negative was the old style windows mean the noise from outside the room is very very loud even into the early hours of the morning. Even with this it is an excellent choice for a city break in Florence

Hotel in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. But hotel is older. Rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom. For instance, water temperature of shower would change sporadically without notice. Also could add USB ports next to night stands. Be careful when booking, some rooms have an inner courtyard view, so are very dark.

The hotel is in a convenient location and met all expectations except that the queen room is extremely small. With two people and just carryons, we could barely get around the room. Only one carryon suitcase can be open at one time. But the bathroom was nice and quite spacious.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of everything, ideal location. We were upgraded to a huge suite. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious with great facilities. Staff were very helpful also. The rooftop bar was small but beautiful.the buffet breakfast was lovely, again, staff were friendly and helpful. Just be mindful that it is on a busy street in a historic building so the noise levels from outside are high, I’m a light sleeper but slept fine with earplugs. We will definitely stay again.

Loved the master room of the Beatrice suite. The guest bedroom and bath was awful! The sofa bed was sway back. Hard to get out of, my husband and I got very little sleep. We kept rolling into the middle. Very uncomfortable! The guest bathroom has wood slat flooring which hurt our feet. The guest toilet was in a different location, which was odd. Every time we used the toilet, we had to walk down the little hall to the bedroom and bath which had the shower and sink. Very inconvenient. The breakfast was expensive. $25/euro pp.

El hotel es muy centrico. Es dificil llegar si tienes alquilado un auto. Temprano en la mañana se escuchan las campanas de la catedral, lo cual molesta bastante.La habitacion no fue de nuestro agrado. Los muebles eran viejos y el baño tenía una tina a la cual era dificil entrar y salir de ella. Estuvimos a punto de caernos. El bufet de desayuno que ofrecen es espectacular.

Me dieron el total a pagar al hacer el check-out y después de pagar solicité un balance (que no me dieron inicialmente) entonces me di cuenta que un cargo de 12 euros lo registraron como123 euros. El manejo de la situación fue pésimo, en ningún momento ofrecieron una disculpa, solo malas caras. Y para finalizar, después de contestar una encuesta por e-mail con mis opiniones y manifestar esta situación, el gerente se pone en contacto conmigo para decir únicamente que estaba muy sorprendido y que ellos no actúan así. Nuevamente no recibí ninguna disculpa o disposición del gerente por aclarar la situación con el personal, sólo puso en duda todo lo que escribí en mi correo. Buen hotel, pero pésima experiencia en el último minuto de mi estancia con ellos.

We had stayed here a few years ago and decided to return with some friends for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The rooftop bar is second to none with the views of Florence. Barbara, the Concierge was a great asset to arrange transportation, restaurant recommendations etc. I was the "coordinator" in charge of 12 friends, and she was a so helpful. I don't think I could've done it without her. The rooms were clean, and the showers were great by Italian standards as some can be quite small. We love that the Hotel was centrally located so it was easy to get around central Florence. Highly recommend. If you need assistance in booking anything contact Barbara the Concierge.

Excellent location right in the city center, easy walk to all major points. My initial room was very humid with an odor, the following day got worse with noticeable flies. Front desk handled situation exceptionally well and gave me a new room. Nice and modern.

If arriving by car, there are two designated spots to leave your vehicle temporarily while loading or unloading but if you’re keeping the car, it will be parked off premise at quite a distance (up to 45 min away). Rooftop bar is worth a drink but prices are expensive and the music totally outdated. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size, clean and fresh. Enjoy Firenze from here and you’re in the heart of the action. Recommended!

Location was excellent , walkable and close to most sites . Staff was hit and miss , some were amazing and helpful while others were arrogant and confrontational. Biggest issue we had was parking . Access to parking is restricted . One night we had to park at another facility and walk back to hotel for 30 mins at 300 am and another night we had to park on the street because we had an early flight . I would highly recommend it if you’re not driving

Excellent Hotel. Parking is only 7:30am -11 pm which wasn’t notified to us when we booked but Carlo the hotel manager took care of us and accommodated us as our departure was early. We greatly appreciated the gesture!

Excellent location right in the middle of everything. If thinking about using public transportation The hotel is on the C bus line these are small electric buses very difficult to get luggage on had to get a taxi

We had a very good stay. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and really enjoying the surroundings. The only minor issue was that the bath water drained a little slowly, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Would happily stay again.

Amazing roof top bar but slow service. Great breakfast. Very noisy main road - suggest requesting rooms to rear of the property otherwise you wont get a good nights sleep. Superb room although no bath, just shower. Fantastic position for all the sights. 5 minutes to Duomo and 5 minutes to Uffizi. Vert helpful reception and concierge desks and staff.

We found it very central, very quick access to the likes of the Duomo, and the Ponte Vecchio, so you can explore both sides of the river quite easily from this hotel. Room was a decent size and considering the way buildings are so close together in Florence we were pleasantly surprised we had a sort of view out the window of rooftops and of a couple of towers. Mind you we were on the 4th floor of 6. But, we hadn't expected to see anything so it was a plus. We only breakfasted once at the hotel during our stay but it had a very good selection, as good as you get really. But note, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but with so many places to eat in Florence it doesn't need one. It was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and helpful. We would stay here again.

Wonderful, central hotel (we walked from the train station and only yards from the Doumas) with really helpful staff who recommended a fantastic restaurant when we explained the kind of thing we were looking for. Very classic decor style. Great breakfast. Surely the best rooftop bar in town and it gives priority to residents, even letting us take our children up. Would thoroughly recommend.
