Its location makes it ideal for exploring the city, yet it also feels like a serene retreat once you step inside. What truly set my stay apart, however, was the warm and genuine hospitality. I would like to especially recognize Michel Cannarozzo, the Front Office Manager, whose professionalism and kindness elevated the entire experience. From the moment of arrival, Michel made me feel not only welcomed but truly cared for. His attentiveness, thoughtful recommendations, and effortless ability to anticipate a guest’s needs reflect the very best of Italian hospitality. Though my stay was brief, it was memorable in every way. I would gladly return to Hotel Place Firenze, both for its beauty and comfort, and above all for the exceptional team led by Michel, who makes guests feel like family.
