Zimmer war sehr schön, leider haben wir nur ein Zimmer im 3. Stock erhalten und ein Extra für den Meerblick im Voraus bezahlt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war jedoch von Palmen gestört. Die Klimaanlage machte laute Geräusche, was etwas enttäuschend war. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt super. Parking gleich um die Ecke im Europa Park, war ideal.

Beautiful hotel with very good location in downtown La Spezia with easy access to the waterfront and local restaurants. Also has a rooftop bar which provides wonderful views of the promenade along the waterfront. Very clean and friendly place to stay…. No parking on site, but hotel has an agreement with a parking garage less that a block away.

I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake.

Its in front of the port. Nice views Very good hotel for the place. Confortable, its little old but very nice. The room is small, like a Cruise one, but very modern, and nice. The rooftop is amazing. Guiliana very very special.

We arrived at the hotel during the night when it was already dark. In the morning, as I woke up and looked out the window, the view was simply breathtaking. The area is stunning and very inviting. Parking at night is available around the hotel, with free public parking until the morning. However, the reception desk offers a more convenient parking arrangement in a dedicated lot just one block away, which I would highly recommend. The staff was kind and accommodating, and the hotel is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. A highly recommended stay!

I stayed at NH for an extended period (2 weeks) due to a medical emergency with my husband, who was hospitalized. The hotel is close to the hospital, the water and shopping. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and expressed genuine concern for my husband’s health. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely would stay again.

L’accueil a commencé froidement , le réceptionniste était froid et a uniquement attendu que mon conjoint arrive pour bien vouloir chercher la réservation avec nos passeports , et pas agréable alors que son collègue parlais au 2 autres femmes à côté en leur faisant même des recommandations de restaurant , .le bagagiste qui parle que italien. la femme de ménage qui te réveille à 9h du matin en ouvrant la porte , la terrasse ouverte mais il faut sonnez pour quelqu’un vienne faire le service sinon y’a personne Cet hôtel n’a de 4 étoiles que le nom il est sur le déclin Le petit déjeuner qui ressemble à un buffet de cantine, ou la qualité de la nourriture est moyenne , avec des machines pour faire le café et le thé automatique , ou un jour on te facture les œufs sur le plat en extra à 6 euros , le lendemain à 7.40 euros , la salle de bain de la chambre qui a des odeurs horribles de canalisations . Je viens de passé 4 semaines en Italie allant d hôtel en hôtel , celui la est clairement sur le déclin je ne recommande pas

Séjour Agréable dans cet hôtel avec vue sur la baie de La Spezia, tout proche de la mer, des rues commerçantes et à 20 minutes à pied de la gare. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, tout comme la salle de bain. Il y a également un rooftop sympa avec une belle vue. Petit bémol la literie, nous sentions les ressorts du lit ce qui n'était pas très confortable...

The property is very nicely located, next to shops restaurants and can take bus nearby to La Spezia Central. The property is well maintained and clean. The staff were very polite. The only reason for the 3 stars is the AC barely worked, kept the temperature in the room at 76 F, when I called they sent maintenance and was told it was working. The second reason was the bed was very uncomfortable, kept making a loud squeaking sound anytime you turned.

A standard room is too small. A king bed barely fits. No water, no coffee, no q tips, no other things you get in rooms of similar hotels. Breakfast was not so great either. If something ran out, like scrambled eggs, they did not refill. Fruits were not restocked after the first time in the morning. Definitely not worth the money 😢

Top notch service! The customer service provided by Simona was perfect. We had a very early checkout which required a ride to the train station and she made the arrangements on our behalf. The room was clean and modern (both robes and slippers were provided). The breakfast buffet was amazing and offered everything from fresh fruits and pastries to pancakes and bacon and eggs. I only wished we could have stayed longer.

We moved to this hotel because we had a terrible experience at our first place. It was so refreshing to have a nice receptionist to greet us. Centrally located with parking. Everyone except 1 staff member was very nice. Close to the trains and local shopping and dinning.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en la Spezia para coger los ferris, para pasear por el centro de la población, un poco lejos de la estación de tren pero la parada de autobús está muy cerca. Edificio exterior antiguo, escaleras empinadas para entrar, aunque hay un pequeño montacargas, que solo lo pueden abrir desde recepción, por tanto cuando llegas con las maletas toca subir escaleras. Habitación superior muy correcta, con ventana con vistas al puerto, todo bien aunque el colchón y las almohadas podrían ser un poco mejor por el precio de la habitación.Desayuno muy correcto.

Modern, clean rooms, great breakfast with a lot of choices. Great views from most rooms and easy walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping in old part of town. Close to marina and boats, ferries to Cinque Terra, and walk to train station . Great value
