This is not a hotel; the lodging consists of many different apartments in the La Spezia area. Parking is about a half mile away in public parking. So, you show up at the "hotel" and they check you in; thereafter, they tell you where to go in the town to find your apartment. The good news is that the apartment came with a washer, a full-sized refrigerator, a stove, pans, dishes, etc. So, we would visit the local fish market, get incredibly fresh fish and pasta, and then prepare an A dinner. Our apartment was near a local grocery store, so we were able to purchase all sorts of necessaries. The apartment was also walking distance to the ferry terminal where we caught the ferry to the various towns of Cinque Terre. So, if you want to visit Cinque Terre and you have a car, consider staying in La Spezia and getting one of these apartments. You can also walk around La Spezia which is safe, with lots of restaurants, and picturesque. Moreover, you can see Cinque Terre from the water via ferry. I wasn\'t sure what to expect with the "hotel" but it worked out great. I would stay here again.

Property was very nice with easy access and also a lot for luggage. AC worked great and there was a good sized shower. Great location close to the main promenade with plenty of dining options and also close to the train station. Also parking was very convenient at the train station as we had a large 9 seater mini-van.

Very nice studio in La Spezia near the train station. Nicely partitioned sleeping accommodations. Great kitchen area fully equipped. Grocery store next door. Very appreciated lift to 4th floor. Ask for a copy of the magnetic card and door codes to avoid waking up your spouse or friend if you go out late.

Super freundlicher Service! Lage top, relativ ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Das einzig negative war, dass wir keinen Parkplatz mehr buchen konnten. Es war jedoch kein Problem im öffentlichen Parkhaus (ca. 10 Gehminuten) zu parken und das Gepäck kurz direkt vor dem Haus ein- bzw. auszuladen.

Der Check In war problemlos und sehr schnell. Wir haben leider den angebotenen Parkplatz zu spät reserviert und haben keinen mehr bekommen. Wir hatten aber Glück, direkt in der Straße vorm Apartment war ein Parkplatz frei. Wir konnten hier sicher und gut parken. Wir würden aber empfehlen, den Parkplatz früh genug zu buchen, dann spart man sich dir Parkplatzsuche und muss nicht in die öffentlichen Parkhäuser (leider sehr durchwachsene Bewertungen) Das Zimmer war modern und sauber, lediglich im Bad war die Dusche schimmlig und ein zwei andere Ecken hätten sauberer sein können.

Experience will probably depend on what room you get. Ours was basically a dorm room convert. It was not clean. Balls of hair on the ground and bed sheets. Mold/mildew in the shower. Sliding door to bathroom would not close all the way. Air conditioner was weak and did not cool down the room. The small refrigerator (only appliance in the room) did not work well, and we ended up just throwing sandwiches out to be safe. I’m glad we only needed to stay two nights to hike Cinque Terre. There is no staff by the way. Just a detached office one street over that checks you in and takes payment. The absolute worst stay of our whole trip through Italy.

Although the room was spacious and clean. The shower stall door was not properly cleaned there are black mildew stains. We were on the 4th floor noise on the 5th floor occupant was very noisy of children running back and forth.

Chambre beaucoup trop petite, les photos sont trompeuses … , pas de ménage entre les deux nuits du coup nous nous sommes retrouvés avec les mêmes serviettes il n’y en avais même pas de rechanges . Et pour couronner le tout nous nous sommes fait virer de la chambre à 10h20 par les femmes de ménages car check out a 10h.. . Beaucoup trop cher pour le prix sinon personnel agréable et emplacement idéal en plein centre

Mer lägenhet än hotell vilket vi inte var beredda på men väldigt smidigt och bra trots allt. Litet rum med ganska dålig nätverksuppkoppling - 5G försvann i princip på rummet men fungerade på balkongen. Balkongen hade en stor fläkt så inte särskild trevlig att hänga på… men överlag, helt klart godkänt ”hotell” för att sova.

The room was cute though a bit small, but we ultimately had everything we needed and easily found an amazing restaurant nearby. Would recommend for an easy/quick stay.

The rooms are nice in terms of having a little kitchen area and even a washer. The rooms are all contained in one little area, so downside is you can hear someone coming in and out that main door so it’s a little loud. Also it can be a be difficult to find as the rooms are in a different location, 2 different keys, open 3 different doors etc. overall decent stay

We loved our stay at the Design Suite, Atmosfere Guest House. Check in was easy and the staff were all really friendly and helpful throughout. Communication with staff via WhatsApp during our stay meant any questions we had were answered fully and promptly. The apartment was beautifully presented, very clean and well equipped. It’s set up (with sliding partition wall) was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic, very close to the train station for day trips to Cinque Terre etc, but also very close to many shops and restaurants. Despite this proximity we never heard outside noise when inside the property. It is also a short walk to a great play park and the marina. The only thing we didn’t enjoy about the apartment was our upstairs neighbours who were very noisy late into the evening. I’m not sure whether they were particularly noisy or whether the ceiling was just insufficiently sound proofed but it impacted our sleep during our stay. That said we would still highly recommend Atmosfere Guest House to anybody looking to stay in La Spezia.

The team at the Via Napoli reception were super friendly and the comms in advance was really good. I was in a hurry when I arrived and they had my room ready and the instructions for the 2 minute walk were great. Good feature is a lift. One slight issue with the in-room safe and they were with me within minutes to replace the battery. 10 minute walk to station and the 5Terre express

We really loved our stay at Atmosfere Guest House. PROS: The location was perfect, only 10 minutes away from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpfull, they kept our luggage after the check out. Really clean big room I highly recommand. CONS: Only one key, but we didn’t ask for another one since our stay was short.

Enjoyed 2 nights at the beautiful Atmosfere Guesthouse, and can’t recommend it enough. Check in was easy and super friendly, they even sent a follow up message the next morning to see if I needed anything! The little apartment was fresh, very clean, spacious, well equipped and super comfy bed! I’m on a longer trip and really appreciated a kettle and tea, as well as the lovely little kitchenette. But the icing on the cake was a small but efficient clothes washer, with detergent!!! After 3 weeks on the road hand washing, this was such a treat. La Spezia is a lovely little town, still very authentic, and excellent starting point for Cinque Terra. I can’t recommend both the town and Atmosfere enough.

I was really impressed with the room and it was very clean also. The staff was just oh so kind and helpful. We took the ferry to see Cinque Terre and it was only a 10 minutes walk to the pier. Close to all restaurants and shops. The building with the rooms was very secure and had an elevator. So yes, I would strongly recommend Atmosphere Guest House😁👍👍👍👍👍

Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. There is no room service but plenty of space for 3 people to hang towels. The bar fridge was very small which made it a little difficult to keep drinks refrigerated on hot days. The hotel is close to La Spezia Centrale which made it super easy to get to the Cinque Terre. Also lots of food options and super markets nearby.
