Very disappointing experience. In my personal experience, the service did not match the price paid. On my last day, I raised my concerns calmly, but the management responded in a very unprofessional way, including disrespectful comments. The situation became very stressful. The swimming pool was often crowded with outside visitors, with not enough sunbeds for hotel guests. I was told sunbeds needed to be reserved in advance, but this was not clearly stated anywhere. Breakfast was poor, with no coffee machine and a stressful atmosphere due to strict seating instructions. The room was small and very hot, with no refrigerator. Reception was often empty when I needed assistance. The hotel location was also not as close to the city center as expected. Overall, this was for me the worst hotel experience I have had, and I will not book through Expedia again.

Séjour absolument fantastique à la Villa Maria ! Dès notre arrivée, mon épouse et moi avons été charmés par la beauté du lieu, le calme environnant et l’accueil exceptionnel. La maison est splendide, impeccablement propre, décorée avec goût et parfaitement située pour découvrir Montecatini Terme. Chaque détail est pensé pour offrir un confort total : on s’y sent vraiment bien, presque comme chez soi… mais en mieux ! Une mention spéciale pour Lucia et ses attentions, sa disponibilité, son sourire et sa bonne humeur au petit déjeuner. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons la Villa Maria sans hésitation. Un endroit où l’on a déjà envie de revenir !
