I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over many years. It has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. The views of the bay of Naples are stunning. The restaurant and roof top bar are very enjoyable.

This property is all about the view, which is amazing. We paid for an upgraded room and the views were just as pictured. The property advertises sound proof rooms. The walls are a padded material that in fact is sound proof, however, the door is as thin as paper and I literally could hear every single thing outside our door. It was very loud. The roof top bar is incredible. Amazing staff and great food/drinks. Not sure if I’d stay again based on the price/value, but if the view is your main concern, this place certainly has a spectacular view.

The views for the seafront were amazing. The room was clean as well. Location is very hard to get to. Also some electrical issues there as well. When we checked in the lights were not working in the room. We had also arranged for a driver through the hotel. Somehow we were unable to find him and we were left taking a taxi.The pool is also an appointment only pool. So unless you book it you cannot utilize it.

Honestly this experience was one of the worst we had during our entire trip. The pool is essentially a hot tub - it can only fit 2 people in it at a time. You need to book a slot in advance otherwise you’re unable to use it. The front desk staff was rude the entire time. We booked two beds, were given one and told it was an upgrade. The entire experience was a disappointment. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk lady was able to wrangle us a cab quickly when we needed it.

The hotel itself is nice, but they did not clean the pool when we made an appointment they had 3 hours before. We saw them cleaning it the next day for others. Lautes Geräusch der Klimaanlagen die ganze Nacht hindurch (auch wenn die zimmereigene Klimaanlage aus ist). Es ist also nichts für Leute die nachts Ruhe erwarten. Die Putzfrauen nehmen sehr viel chemisches Putzmittel wodurch die Zimmer nach dem Reinigen sehr nach Chemie stinken und zwar auch noch abends. Beim Betreten des Zimmers musste ich deswegen husten. Das Zimmer eines Freundes in einem anderen Stockwerk hatte das gleiche Problem. Ich konnte das Problem jedoch mit Trinkgeld und einer bitte das Mittel in meinem Zimmer nicht mehr zu benutzen lösen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut, das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber für den Preis akzeptabel.

I recently stayed at BW Paradiso, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel is extremely rundown, with dust everywhere and outdated decor that feels neglected. The furniture was dirty, and the linens were old and frayed, making the room feel uncomfortable and unclean. The restaurant staff was far from friendly, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every noise from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Overall, the entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is very cute and has an incredible view. Unfortunately, its situation on top of the hill meant it was far from the rest of the city, which made it difficult to walk places. Our room itself was small but had a balcony with a nice view. The hotel restaurant was pretty good (though I would not recommend the tuna tartar). The main thing that bothered me about our stay was the shower. Everything else about the room was very clean, but there was visible mold growing between the tiles and along the lower edge of the shower door. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I just don’t think I’d stay here again if I was to return to Naples.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and the noise level was the worst I have ever experienced, guests continuously banged doors until the early mornings and then again as they departed in the early hours. The hotel is situated high up on a hill, there are no facilities in the immediate area, you are required to take a taxi every time you wish to go to the city centre. The photos on the website look like the hotel is on the level across from the Marina, however this is misleading . On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant are first class and the reception staff are helpful and friendly..

Rooms where clean but the bed felt like sleeping on cardboard boxes. Really bad place to get a good nights sleep. You come down to breakfast, and after they prepare the buffet early in morning they apparently don’t make more warm food, so you get cold food if you’re late. Staff is friendly and nice but the hotel is very old and worn down.

Loved the view from the restaurant but depite the hotel advertises All Rooms with balcony. We did Not have a balcony nor did they change our room. So disappointed in this the girl at front desk was rude. Everyone else rather nice. Fabio in the restaurant was so fun and kind. Good food but I always have a balcony and that was so upsetting.

The room had no curtains and only a thin cover. Therefore we woke up at 5am every morning due to this. There was also loud guests outside our room consistently which management never did anything about. Regarding the staff at the main check in desk, they were rude, unhelpful and condescending.

Excellent positon and view. Very good breakfasts. Dining good but limited menu. No proper bar in the hotel so we went to the one opposite, but that closed at 9 pm. The last funicular from Mergellina and its restaurants was at 10 pm, thereafter taxis had to be taken. Although the view from the terrace was spectacular, the view from my room was just a large wall!

View was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Dinner options at hotel restaurant were very limited. Wait staff seemed irritated we took more time than they wanted to look at the menu and decide. Front desk staff answered our questions and helped us get a cab, but they really didn't seem happy to do so. Nothing is walkable to this hotel. Overall the view and breakfast were great, rooms were nice, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Great food at the restaurant, however they did not have any red wine on the night we dined there, so that was disappointing. Elevators are a little small. Great views of the harbour & Mount Vesuvius. Close to "50 Kaló" an amazing pizzeria. Staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle service arranged with the hotel from the airport and to the train station were both convenient and cheaper than the Uber options.
