When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! We were upgraded to a 2-story room. Good and bad, more space but with stairs to access the bed and bathroom. Parking is convenient. Location is ok, relatively near the centre but many stairs were on construction, we had to walk the winding streets. Taxis in Napoli are 99% unreliable and will charge you more than the fair fee.

Marco at the front desk was especially helpful and kind, as was Yolanda at breakfast each day. the view of Vesuvius from breakfast is really something special. in room amenities were the best in my 2 week trip across Italy.

The beautiful, old, stately property is very grand. But the bathrooms are in severe need of an upgrade. Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. The bellhop and front door staff were scarce or non-existent.

Very beautiful hotel, clean and beautiful view. Staff were so kind and went out of their way to help. Located in an upscale part of Napoli. The hotel is away from the “main centre”, so depending on what you’re looking for this may or may not be for you. I chose it because it was away.

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel! The staff went out of their way to help me and my family. They accommodated the baby and provided a pack and play bed for her. I highly recommend this Hotel. It is one of the best parts of our vacation and I would be plan on visiting it again. The food on site was wonderful, the rooms were pristine and had a wonderful view of the water. If you like an old feel and a throwback to the days of luxury travel then you will love this hotel! I would rate it Exceptional.

The beautiful, old, stately property is very grand. But the bathrooms are in severe need of an upgrade. This is a rather small hotel with all the advantages of a larger 5-star place. The staff are particularly helpful, dedicated and friendly. Rooms are spacious, recently renovated and modern. The sea view is really beautiful. It only takes a short walk to be in the street concentrating many upper end stores. It is easy to walk downtown or the sea front boulevard, where there are many nice bars and restaurants. I recommend it without hesitation.

While this hotel may have been a 5-star property years ago, it doesn’t certainly qualify for that star rating now. The hotel is very aged and needs major renovations to the rooms for the premium rates that are charged. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is amazing, they make the best omelets and it\'s a feast! I had to turn food away! My hotel room was exquisite! I had the most comfy king sized bed, and beautiful view and a balcony. The rooms are also high-tech and "smart". The concierge Marco was so friendly and the rest of the staff were very helpful.

The property was beautiful. For $500 a night in the highest class of room I would have expected a floor other than 1. Our air conditioning stopped working at midnight and the hotel needed to change our room in the middle of the night. No offer of refund or gesture..

Historic hotel over looking the ocean and mountains views. Breathtaking rooftop for daily breakfast it’s a life if you get a chance to indulge. Super friendly attentive staff throughout the stay from concierge, front desk to rooftop. Shoutout to our concierge! He was super delightful person. Good position as for hotel assets to have him. He made the trip to Naples easier for us. Both him and Mr Marco stays in communicating with us overseas. Arranging driver to pick us up at the airport. Being flexible with our flight changes. The all seemed to be well trained to smile every time they speak to us. It so lovely feeling. I love it. The breakfast is outstanding.

We received a warm welcom from all of the staff especially Marco! What a lovely hotel in a nice location. We enjoyed a drink on the gorgeous rooftop bar. Then Marco chose us a favorite pizza restaurant and even wrote out his favorite menu choices. It was amazing! We only had one night but next time we will stay for more.

The staff at the Grand Hotels Parkers are excellent, friendly and extremely accommodating! I arrived as a solo female traveler and felt safe and cared for. A few days later my companion arrived and couldn\'t believe the amazing quality of the hotel and staff service, especially given the reasonable price. The concierge arranged private tours, taxis and even assisted in a taxi dispute when they tried to overcharge me. The staff provided excellent restaurant suggestions and made the reservations for us. The breakfast is included, is delicious and you can ask for extras at no additional cost. We had dinner at the Michelin rated restaurant (#1 in the city). It was great to dine on the sixth floor with the only "commute" to our room to go down four flights in the elevator. Emilio, Marcos, Alessandro, and everyone who works at this hotel are amazing. If you are looking for elegance (at a reasonable price) book your stay here!

Concierge and front desk team very accommodating and willing to be of service. An honest approach about places to ha and see without sugarcoating. Alisondro the maitre d in the 6th floor restaurant gives perfect food and wine recommendations. The balcony at night is lovely to have a drink and cigar as I had. The doormen are quick to serve. The furnishings and decor are beyond gorgeous and I thought I was in a museum or palace. The rooms are adequate and bathrooms large. I only wish I had more time there. Truly has earned its 5 stars. Next time I try the Michelin Restaurant.

Nous avons reçu une chambre familiale en surclassement avec une terrasse. Mais en fait c’était une tromperie! Vue sur les antennes des toits et sur la circulation intense du corso Vittoria Emmanuele. Le petit déjeuner à l’américaine et sans les fruits de saison (kiwi et ananas en été). Le quartier est loin de tout et la vue est intéressante sur la terrrasse uniquement. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Sensational stay at Grand Hotel Parkers. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we have the most pleasant stay and we had just that. Breakfast was delicious with a view to die for. Location isn't super central but right by the shopping street and there's a taxi station right outside the hotel so wait time is zero. Couldn't recommend more.

Enjoyed two days here prior to a cruise. The hotel has an enviable position overlooking the bay. As an older hotel it obviously cannot match modern presentation but its age is its charm. The staff were excellent without exception. The only slightly minor point is that the food on the terrace is only ok and i would have expected it to be better

This hotel has a fantastic view of the Bay of Naples. It is very elegant with a sort of old fashion style. It is not near anything that a visitor might want to go to. You need a taxi to go anywhere, even to grab a bite to eat. The hotel has two restaurants: (1) a 2 star Michelin rated, very, very expensive one and (2) a regular restaurant with elevated service and food presentation but mediocre food.
