Awesome! The restaurant and bar at the top is a must visit. The wait staff were generous pourers, the food was great, and they even applied a discount to our bill unprompted from the Fork app. Great place!

The room was spacious and well appointed with the view on the square. The area is noisy, but the windows were pretty well soundproof. Wonderful rooftop restaurant with both indoor and outdoor sitting. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall would definitely stay again.

- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming - Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock) - Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere - Breakfast was delicious and varied - Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters - Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Una Hotel Napoli. The hotel is directly across the street from Garibaldi Plaza and the main train station, which is very convenient. While the immediate area can be busy you're just a quick walk from the historical center. Pizzeria Da Michele is only six or seven minutes away. The front desk was helpful and friendly, and the roof bar is beautiful with great drinks. The breakfast is truly impressive. Overall a really nice place to stay. It isn't ultra luxe and it isn't charming and quaint, but it is clean, spacious and comfortable with good service and a great breakfast.

The hotel did NOT recognize the reservation although it was prepaid.It did not have any parking anyway. I had to book another really low quality hotel the same night. I will be filing for reimbursement.

Hotel localizado próximo à estação, com uma excelente vedação das janelas com zero barulho. Cama boa, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã com bastante variedade. Ponto negativo banheiro com o box pequeno e a propriedade não possui espaço para descarregar as malas do veículo. Aliás o estacionamento indicado é caro e caro e o atendimento péssimo.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. When I booked it said on site parking then later it changed to no parking. They area around the hotel is not very nice and traffic is horrible it is at a busy intersection.

Hotel was ok, great location next to train station but the area around hotel is not the nicest in Naples. I felt safe because I was with my husband. Alone or after dark …. That would have been a no. Room was clean, carpets in hallways need cleaning or updating but all in all fair price. Breakfast was good and the staff were exceptionally nice.

We booked this hotel because it was walking distance to train station. Our last day in Naples and we just needed to rest. Disappointed with the hotel. Sadly it is in a bustling, hectic, overrun area of Naples with dirty surroundings, garbage everywhere and felt very unsafe. On the positive side, the staff and reception team were kind and helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again simply because of the cleanliness, dirty hallway carpets, room smelled like vinegar.

My husband and I were in Italy for about a week and this was the worst hotel we stayed at. For the price we expected a little bit more luxury but frankly it failed basic standards. The first room they put us in had ants and dead insects. When we informed them, the person who came to inspect the room tried to gaslight us and said the ants weren't a big deal. They finally decided to give us a new room and the sheets in that room had tears in them. The overall upkeep of the hotel is subpar--especially given the prices. The furniture is chipped, they are holes in wood panels, dust balls on the floor, the rug in the hallways were stained with the threads visibly pulling. The rooftop was nice but doesn't make up for the other significant misses!

The hotel is close to the train stations, ideal for visiting Pompei which is why we close it. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view over the square in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep due to triple glazed windows blocking the noise from the square. The public spaces were a little rundown with stained carpets in the corridors. Every one at the hotel was cheerful and helpful. We ate at the rooftop restaurant on the second night as we didn't feel safe in the streets around there in the evenings. The food and service was superb and I'm glad we tried it.

We stayed for 5 days. On the first day, our assigned room had no internet service so we moved to another room. This was fine for 3 nights until the air conditioning stopped working…so, we moved to a third room for 2 nights. In this room the safety bar in the bath/shower was broken. We stayed there anyway because we were tired of changing rooms! Also, none of the three rooms had anywhere (drawers, shelves) to put anything.

Hotel is conveniently located near main train station. Our room was big, nice, had big balcony with view of Vezuvius mountain. Room had big and nice shower room, good bed, electic kettle to make coffee and tea. Breakfast was also very good.

Loved this hotel a short walk from Napoli Centrale right on the square. Easy check in. Very good windows to shut out the noise from the busy street below. We had a little balcony. Great bathroom- with a bathtub that was welcome after long days walking. Excellent service in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast and service staff- a pleasure on the 6th floor. Next time I will book w the room- but paying by the vist was an excellent value. Excellent all around.

It was not the best location, it’s super busy area. Enterance to the hotel and the lobby was not that great, old and dated - outside was dirty. Room was amazing, newly renovated, we had a corner room with 2 balconies overlong the busy downtown areas and the train station. Doors had great soundproofing, and blackout shades.

Very conveniently located by the central railway station in a nicely converted old building. Big room with good ensuite and comfortable bed. There were balcony windows. I think there might have been air conditioning but there were no instructions and I couldn't get it to work. Really good value and varied breakfast on the 6th floor roof terrace with amazing views over the city and Vesuvius.

The hotel itself was very well kept and very clean. We were able to get into our room right away, which was super nice because we were a little over a hour early for check in. Our room was great size, had a great view, and was clean and efficient. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and their rooftop was great! It was really busy so I recommend a reservation if you’re planning on eating dinner there, but they were able to seat me for just a drink. My one complaint was that it was so so loud. Being right by the train station and near a square, this wasn’t completely unjustified, but it was loud throughout the entire night and especially early in the morning. I would however stay here again for the convenience of the hotel and how nice it was, but maybe request a room whose view doesn’t face the street to reduce some noise!

The suit we were in was very spacious. We were on 3rd floor corner. Unfortunately it was a high traffic corner so a noticable level of street noise and a Friday and Saturday night. Roof Top restaurant was very good.

contracted severe case of food poisoning from dinner on planned last night. Had to add extra night, change flights. Staff was made aware, no response from hotel management at all. Had better treatment on Trans Siberian. Unfortunate for hotel was decent otherwise but not a shred of their "hospitality".

The service was terrible. We had been traveling all day and night and arrived at 08:00am. I had sent a previous request to check-in early. I totally understand that it is based on availability. The receptionist stated when we arrived that the hotel was sold out the prior evening. I know this to be truly false as I checked the night before and every class of room was available. She stated very rudely that check-in was at 14:00. I told her that I understood that. I asked twice if she could let us know if the room would be ready prior to 14:00, even at 12:00 or 13:00. She rudely said both times that it will only be ready exactly at 14:00 and to not ask again. Not an adequate response from a 4 star hotel. Additionally the AC was not working in the room. After calling two times, someone finally “switched” something from the reception for it to work. This was however at 03:00 in the morning. I would never recommend this hotel. The rooftop restaurant is nice, so go there for a drink or food but don’t stay at the hotel

She stated very rudely that check-in was at 14:00. I told her that I understood that. I asked twice if she could let us know if the room would be ready prior to 14:00, even at 12:00 or 13:00. She rudely said both times that it will only be ready exactly at 14:00 and to not ask again. Not an adequate response from a 4 star hotel. Additionally the AC was not working in the room. After calling two times, someone finally “switched” something from the reception for it to work. This was however at 03:00 in the morning. I would never recommend this hotel. The rooftop restaurant is nice, so go there for a drink or food but don’t stay at the hotel

They are both assets to the organization and made our stay perfect. I had only one observation in the outdoor dining area on the rooftop. It was disappointing that we were charged for the water in our room, as we thought it was free. The hotel only provides paper cups and when we requested two glasses, we were told it would be 10€ a night. As the glasses would need to be delivered by room service. This was unbelievably as it seemed a reasonable request. And never have we been charged in any hotel to use a glass! The reception team were brilliant and really helpful with for example train information.

The hotel itself was an oasis among the filth, homelessness, and congestion. It is clean, well maintained, well staffed, and conveniently situated near the central train station and port of Naples, and not far at all from the airport. The main shopping drag through the heart of downtown that leads to the Galleria is nearby. The breakfast and views on the roof were incredible and probably the best part of the whole hotel experience. Overall, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone interested in a central location for exploring Naples, Pompeii, or the coast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Una Hotel Napoli. The hotel is directly across the street from Garibaldi Plaza and the main train station, which is very convenient. While the immediate area can be busy you're just a quick walk from the historical center. Pizzeria Da Michele is only six or seven minutes away. The front desk was helpful and friendly, and the roof bar is beautiful with great drinks. The breakfast is truly impressive. Overall a really nice place to stay. It isn't ultra luxe and it isn't charming and quaint, but it is clean, spacious and comfortable with good service and a great breakfast.

The hotel is close to the train stations, ideal for visiting Pompei which is why we close it. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view over the square in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep due to triple glazed windows blocking the noise from the square. The public spaces were a little rundown with stained carpets in the corridors. Every one at the hotel was cheerful and helpful. We ate at the rooftop restaurant on the second night as we didn't feel safe in the streets around there in the evenings. The food and service was superb and I'm glad we tried it.

Beautiful, big hotel rooms in a convenient location (very close to Napoli Centrale) but the area surrounding the hotel is dirty and seemed unsafe. Good for a one night stay when you have an early train the next morning. Rooftop bar had a nice view and great cocktails.

contracted severe case of food poisoning from dinner on planned last night. Had to add extra night, change flights. Staff was made aware, no response from hotel management at all. Le quartier n’est pas super non plus. La chambre est bien et grande mais peu lumineuse. Trop cher pour l’emplacement.

The staff was very helpful and nice at check in. The room was spacious and extremely pleasant. However, the room service that cost $100 for a Caprese salad, two entrees and bottled water was almost inedible. Mozzarella was spoiled, steak chewy and pasta pretty much tasteless without salt and parmesan added (sad last meal in Italy). Unbelievable in this country.
