Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Frühstück übersichtlich, aber ausreichend für einen Städtetrip. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Pompeji und Sorrento (Zug) sowie zum Vesuv (Bus). Auch der Flughafenbus hält quasi vor der Tür. Zimmer sehr sauber, zum Innenhof liegend sehr ruhig, Jalousien zum kompletten verdunkeln des Zimmers. Zimmer im 3. OG sind nicht mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Schöne Bar neben der Lobby. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und entsprach genau meinen Erwartungen.

Great staff, especially Giano and Marcello who were super welcoming and helpful. The double room was smaller than what I thought I'd get but as I was alone, I didn't mind it. It would have been way too small for 2 people though. The bathroom was not very large but it looked newly refurbished and was working well. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was continental, served from 7 am to 10 am. The hotel is conveniently located within minutes of the Central train station, about 20 mn walk from the historical side of Naples. The streets around the hotel didn't feel too safe or clean though, so I used to come back early to avoid being out there at night. Please note the lift only goes up to the 2nd floor. If your room is on the 3rd floor, you'll have to use the stairs from the 2nd floor, not a big issue if you have small suitcases but it can be annoying if you have large pieces of luggage. Vending machines are available throughout the hotel for water and drinks. The hotel also has a restaurant and offers in room dining options.

It is very well situated, almost across the street from the train station, surroundings are not that pretty and felt not so safe. Rooms are small, and elevator reaches only the second floor, so if you are on the third floor, you must carry your luggage via stairs. The restaurant is not so good and expensive for Napoli.

Easy check in and 24 hour front desk staff. I had a single room that was small but had what I needed. Good AC. Although I didn’t eat there, it had a restaurant and bar that seemed to always be busy. Walking distance to the train station. Area around it may not look the best but that comes with being close to a train station. I walked home late at night and had no concerns.

Really close to the train station is what we desired. Although you need to walk through a couple “sketchy” blocks to get to the historic areas, if you are used to big cities this should be an issue. The hotel was really nice for the price. The rooms are a little small but comfortable (we had a quadruple room). The bar and lobby area was nice to sit and play cards and have a drink or two. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Clean room, good service, excellent breakfast. Very convenient location, just a 5 minutes waking to main station, with a lot of choices fast food. However around the hotel is very dirty and chaotic. If you don't care it is very good choice.

The property had a disgusting bathroom with brown mold on the tiles. One elevator was not working. 3 police cars right in front of hotel with lots of homeless people who followed us to the train station. Horribly unsafe for families with small kids. Would not stay here again.

A good location, close to the central station. Nice spacious room, good facilities. There are lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The windows in the rooms with the street view are not well isolated and it can be very loud on that street until late. Overall, good value for money for a short stay.

Luckily we only had one night here. Although the hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms were very drab and uninviting and not somewhere you wanted to be in for long. The room next door was very noisy and sounded like children running around. We were informed that not all the rooms belonged to the hotel, but they did move us to a quiter room. The area around felt unsafe, especially for two women and was extremely dirty, litter everywhere. I would not recommend this area to stay in.

Wij verbleven in mei 5 nachten in dit hotel. De kamer was netjes schoon, evenals de rest van het hotel. Het ontbijt was goed en typisch Italiaans met zoete broodjes. De bedden waren wel erg hard (matras van 4 cm dik), dus niet het meest comfortabel. De rest van het hotel is erg gehorig. Wij werden enkele nachten wakker gehouden door het geschreeuw en gepraat van andere gasten. Dat hebben wij helaas als minder prettig ervaren.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the woman who helped us at check-in was not very friendly. Seeing that we arrived with suitcases and were hot, she didn't even come out and said in a rude manner that we must pay the hotel fee right now. She handed over the key, indicated where the elevator was and that was it. I'm not asking for a party every time a guest arrives but empathy would be great for us visitors. Then we asked for a fan and she sent a technician to check the a/c who said it was working fine but I needed a fan because the heat was really horrible. This technician said she would call us in 2 minutes and she never called. When her shift changed we called again and the gentleman who helped us was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is good but they limit it because they have a gentleman who serves you, they don't let you use the tables unless it's with small trays...I felt like I was in a military dining room. There is a restaurant in the hotel for dinner but it is closed so there are no places to eat in the area and really because it is right next to the Central Station it is not very pleasant to walk around, it is unsafe.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lots of communication and they were able to help us out with a travel cot, non-smoking room and even a last minute late check out. Breakfast was excellent - best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. While the area around the station was a little busy it didn’t disturb us and we never felt unsafe.

The property itself was beautiful and all the staff were very kind. It is right across from the train station which is very clean and has plenty of amenities and security inside, however the street between the two is very dirty and is a regular homeless spot.

It’s a well connected hotel near Train station. But the area is very dirty ,smelly around it. So many beggars and illegal migrants roam around. Felt unsafe specially in the night. The hotel staff is very good both the lady and the young man. Stay there if u wanna explore Pompei ,Positano etc and come on time in the night.

Hotel próximo a estação Napole Centrale. Quarto tinha uma chave pra ligar o circuito do quarto, contudo era totalmente não prático, pois para usar o cofre, por exemplo, a chave estava no mesmo chaveiro do quarto e caso você tirasse a chave do circuito o quarto todo apagava e você não enxergava nada, nem o cofre. Ou seja, nada prático. O café da manhã foi outro ponto negativo, pois ovos, frios e pasticeria em geral, eram servidos por funcionários e não buffet livre. Isso gerava fila e desconforto. Somente pão e café que era self service. As redondezas do hotel não me pareceram muito amigáveis, mas também foi um sentimento, pois não tive problemas. Em resumo, era um quarto confortável, o chuveiro era muito bom, o óbice fica por conta da chave de circuito. O café também não era prático e muito limitado. Avaliação: razoável, não ficaria novamente.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lots of communication and they were able to help us out with a travel cot, non-smoking room and even a last minute late check out. Breakfast was excellent - best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. While the area around the station was a little busy it didn’t disturb us and we never felt unsafe.
