How can you not like a property that has a 24 hour desk with smiling faces to greet you every time you come in. Hotel is on the main square outside the rail station. Close to everything and a central pick up point for alot of tours. Would stay there again.

Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi. Would definitely stay here again. Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!

Decent and comfortable hotel right by the station, and a walk away from the port and historic city centre. The only issue is the lifts are small, and one was out of order. Also, they have no parking options or partnerships with parking companies. It wasn’t great value for money.

Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and large. The hotel encouraged many ways to be energy efficient and we appreciated that. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect. Walkable to downtown, good restaurants, sites and the train stations. The rooftop terrace was a gem and we ended every evening there. We would go back.

Just to give reference we stayed in room 512, which had a balcony over the street side of the Hotel. The room was a good size, clean and with modern fittings. The balcony was perfect as you could watch the traffic below which offers hours of entertainment! Franceso and Damiana on reception were exceptional. The advice we received on which local restaurants to try was spot on, they even took into account that we would prefer not to cross any roads if possible, as anyone knows who has visited Naples, the roads are a law unto themselves in this city! The balcony was great and the windows excellent at blocking out all the street noises. To top it off the Roof Terrace gives excellent views across the city and further afield to Vesuvius. While i appreciate some of the comments i had read about the homeless situation in the surrounding area, you are a matter of yards from the main train station and this situation, unfortunately, is the same in most cities i have visited across europe. However there is a constant police presence in the area so it didn't feel unsafe. Breakfast offers a good selection and it was all extremely tasty, we tried as much as we could! So for price, quality of facilities, location (i.e. next to train station) and service received i would say this is an excellent choice of hotel. The one and only negative, which is something we had at other hotels in our travels across Italy, was the lack of a fridge in the room.

The room was not like the photos they advertised. Room was like a hospital room. Bathroom had cockroaches!!!!!. Room also had a strong chemical smell. Toilet was very close to the wall. Water from shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Towels were rough. Room was hot. You can hear all the noises from the streets (cars and sirens), upstairs and the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good and only paid a small price. Location walking distance from the train station but surrounding streets did not feel safe.

This is a very clean property located conveniently close to the central station. It is a 5 minute walk from the trains, Alibus drop off point from the airport and meeting point for excursions. The property is no frills, it is kept very clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful although very busy at 7 o’clock on opening, much better if possible to leave for an hour or so after everything has been replenished. The roof terrace is lovely to watch the traffic chaos below. The only downside we found was the traffic noise from the roads adjacent to the property especially at the weekend. All in all, you get what you pay for

Our stay here was disappointing and we won’t be returning. The shower had dead bugs, mold and rodent droppings. Pillow cases had holes in them. Washroom was disgusting and we were not pleased one bit. The toilet flush caused a lot of ruckus in the room.

Pictures do not represent condition of hotel/rooms. This place has not been maintained. In my room there was peeling paint, the wood trim needed repainting several years ago and there was such a strong odor of mildew/mold coming from the bathroom I had to keep the door closed. Had I not arrived late and was there for one night I would have left and found someplace else. The attendant at the front desk was poor. The place is in a good location.

There were pungent smell of sewage in the hallway, much like the ones you can smell from 3rd-world countries - this was a shocker since I've been using your hotel for many years now, and this was the first time I noticed this smell in the hall way.

The bathroom had mold everywhere. It didn't look like it was cleaned at all. The mattress, sheets, blanket and pillow were all dirty. Covered with hair, stains, and dirt. The room itself smelled musty. The floor had not been sweeped at all. The was hair and dust everywhere.

The hotel facilities are nice and the Terrance overlooking the city is an added plus. Perfect for a one-night stay while traversing the area. Biggest complaint was a lack of Air Conditioning - the unit did not work and necessitated sleeping with the window open facing the loud Piazza. No staff on duty to report the broken A/C unit while checking out.

While hotel is fine. The only real negative was the WiFi was not so good. My main complaint is the area of this hotel is very sketchy and I never felt safe. So much so that I always came back to hotel before dark. I would not stay there again.

We chose this hotel purely for location and the 24/7 front desk as we did not arrive until 11pm. Rooms were very basic but clean. The double beds were twin beds pushed together and moved all over the place on the tiled floor when you moved Air con was good. Our room had a narrow window to courtyard with shutters so it felt a bit prison like. The price was excellent so would not put me off staying again at all

Antonio at the front desk was helpful—he not only gave us a detailed city map but also highlighted the must-see attractions, which was a great touch. The rest of the team made our check-in process seamless and even accommodated our request regarding with the mattress situation. The hotel itself was spotless, with the lobby, public restrooms, and our room all exuding a pleasant, fresh scent. The location is good—just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. Bad area , very noisy, the door to the balcony was broken and would not lock, the safe would not lock, the staff finally came up but could fix either one. No windows only a small balcony door. Asked to move to another room and they said they did not have a balcony room to move me. I paid for 3 days and left the hotel after one night. The worst room I’ve ever had. Hotel front desk was useless. Very bad area.

This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Good location if you Are Looking to go to Pompeii, sorrento and Positano. Train and Metro is literally outside the door.location is a good starting point to walk in to city center and you get to see the city and the small streets of Napoli. The area does not look great during night time due to a lot of street vendors. Make sure you keep your purse and belongings close to you. Other than that it was the perfect location for buss, train and metro. There are also a few restaurants a cross the street that was very good. Cheap and quality food. Highly recommend if you don’t want to go to city center an evening you feel like staying close to the hotel for a late night dinner.

Very handy if arriving by train, literally 5mins walk. Room was super quiet thanks to huge double-glazed doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the piazza. Dont be afraid of the area around the station and the piazza, yes it is sketchy but there is a very visible police and military presence which made it feel safe. Would gladly stay again.

The hotel itself is actually quite nice- especially for the price point. The rooms are clean and there is always hotel staff at the front desk who can speak multiple languages! They offer breakfast for approximately 7 euro per person (the typical European continental breakfast). One thing I really appreciated was the selection they had for gluten free. All you had to do it alert one for the staff and they would bring you a selection for packaged gf bread and pastries (and warm gf croissants!!) my one negative note is the area- it’s right by the Naples central station which made travel really convenient, but it definitely is a sketchy area. Granted I am a small female, but I would recommend to always stay with someone in this area:)

Hôtel bien placé Un peu bruyant à l extérieur le soir Pression d’eau dans les douches faibles Pas de gobelets jetables ou en verre à la salle de bain Porte wc du hall d’accueil qui ne ferment pas à clé ! Petit déjeuner très très moyen donc peu qualitatif Proches métro et train . Facile d’accès et bien placé. De gros efforts à faire pour cet hôtel pour être plus qualitatif.

O Hotel esta localizado muito perto da estação de trem, que me facilitou na chegada pois eu estava com muita bagagem e ficava a 400 metros da saída da Estação. Porém, o o quarto não era muito bom e o café da manhã era péssimo. QUando cheguei para tomar café, faltava quase tudo e repuseram quase nada, além da lentidão dos atendentes. Comida não era boa.
