Super hotel - excellent breakfast - parking available - not so easy to park closer to Pisa so this is a big bonus

Good location within walking distance of main attractions yet in quiet location. Secure parking. Room functional, if a little uninspiring. Good breakfast.

Ett perfekt hotell för en familj som vill se lutande tornet. Helt ok frukost. 10 minuter att gå till tornet. Bra parkering som kostade 10 Euro men den kändes säker och vi stod kvar på parkeringen medans vi såg tornet. 👍🙂

One night in Pisa, good hotel option, out of the crowds and walking distance to the tower. The hotel offers parking at 10 euros, very convenient. We had a drink at the bar with a pizza to share for dinner but of course there is at the hotel the formal dinner version. The reviews said that you need to pass a tunnel to go to the city center, yes it is true. But at night if you don’t wish to experience this, there are options for eating in the neighborhood Chinese food and a normal cafeteria with locals (on the street one side if the hotel).

Hotel très propre et confortable à 15 minutes à pieds de la Tour de Pise. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit.

Prima le note di merito: personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima. Buon rispetto dell’ambiente. Note negative: camere non troppo pulite, sopratutto nei giorni seguenti. Fastidiosa la ferrovia a due passi con treni tutta la notte. La colazione alle 7:30!!! Turistica, ma disagevole per chi viene a fare altro. Zona limitrofa brutta.

Rummet var mindre än det såg ut på bilderna. Madrassen var skön men det fanns inget täcke, utan enbart ett lakan med överkast. Kuddarna var platta och osköna. Personalen vänlig, trevlig hotellentré, frukostbuffén var bra och uteplatsen var härlig att äta frukost på.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Dusche war sehr dreckig, sodass wir nur in Badeschuhen duschen konnten. Der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei, hat allerdings den Nachteil, dass dort täglich gewässert wird und mein Wagen nun durch Kalk und Sonneneinstrahlung versaut ist. Zudem parken manche Gäste extrem schlecht. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr gut, aber ausreichend. Ich kann das Hotel für 1-2 Nächte empfehlen, länger aber leider auch nicht.

A good located hotel, very clean, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The hotel is old and furniture is too but since everything is super clean it is not a problem. The bathroom is updated not too long ago.

Hotellet var rigtig fint og lå i gåafstand til det skæve tårn. Morgenmaden var fin og bød på lidt af hvert. Hotellet var rent og pænt. Dog var der rigtig meget støj fra vejen og sengene var så hårde og elendige!

Communal areas were very nice but our room (102) whilst having a separate seating area to the bedroom was poor for a four star hotel. The bathroom was clean but requires an upgrade as the fittings, wall and floor tiling are way past their best. Breakfast was reasonable but not for a four star hotel. I like fresh fruit at breakfast but part of the offering was tinned pineapple and peaches. The fresh fruit bowl contained mainly chopped apple and oranges with very minor additions of other fruits. But overall we had an enjoyable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Note it's a good 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Leaning Tower of Pisa

Nice clean modern rooms 15 mins walk from the tower 25 from Centrale. Great varied breakfast. I would stay again. WiFi needs an upgrade Bring some earplugs.

The people at the front desk were really friendly, the hotel is nice and clean. Our only problem was the very hard, old mattress. We felt every spring and it made for a really hard sleep.

Excellent breakfast and easy parking and a short walking distance from Pisa Tower and very clean room but very small room for four star hotel.

The hotel is lovely, spacious and about a 15 minute walk away from Pisa. The staff were friendly and attentive and I would recommend going to the restaurant if you're wanting something near by, it's reasonably priced and the food was superb. My only complaint was that you could hear trains going by quite late into the night which isn't great when you have to open the window because the Aircon didn't seem to work.

If you’re planning to visit Pisa’s main attractions, you’ll need to take a quick train to Pisa Centrale, since taxis aren’t easy to get in this area. Pro tip: when you arrive, exit the station from the platform 3–4 side — it’s a straight 5-minute walk from there. If you exit elsewhere, Google Maps might take you on a detour. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant — both were okay, not particularly memorable. The room had working AC and a motorized blackout shutter, which made the room perfectly dark for sleeping. Only downside: the pillows were uncomfortable.

Train is passing by every 30 minutes.

Reception and restaurant staff were excellent: friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was great. Our room was a cheap one for one night only, and it did feel very small and basic. Also quite noisy with a train-line very nearby.

We brought a disabled person to this hotel which is advertised as four star. The rooms were tiny ; no tea or coffee making facilities ; the sheets were changed once ; we had to insist on being given additional towels ; the evening menu didn’t change and was unappetising. It was almost impossible to use a wheelchair into the centre of Pisa despite being close by as the poor state of the pavements made it practically impossible ans we had to use taxis . Due to this ans health issues, we advised Expedia we would need to cut short our booking by 4 nights. Despite notifying the hotel 4 days before checking out, they refuse to respond to my messages and have advised Expedia they won’t issue us with a refund . They actually told Expedia they’d spoken to us about this which is absolutely untrue. Terrible customer service . I never leave negative reviews , but I am really shocked by the hotel’s refusal to respond

Hotel location is good, easy walks to Train station, Bus stops Leaning Tower and Pisa central and shops. Hotel is next to train line, so train noise can be bad in the night aswell. Hotel is very basic with Poor quality of service. Floor was dirty with hair gritty Small plastic waffer thin glass for bathroom but hit and miss replacements Twice towels were not replaced and room not done. Bit fed up so just managed with Scraps of shampoo which was just enough for single use but we made it last 2 days as not replaced! Breakfast was adequate with good hot drinks, HOT and cold buffet But Often items ran out within 30 mts of opening and were not replaced They even refused to replace tomatoes and booked eggs which could gzvd been easy to replace. Cook was very rude as nd loud if asked about fun out items Half Board - Dont bother if you are vegetarian. The cook has no idea about vegetarian dishes at all. Daily You will get, Plain pasta with no vegetables of sauces of side dishes. You are served only 2 items for Half Board Very petit starter, in shap and size of a single canapé and main small meat portion and potato wedges. No greens no salad that's it. There is cofffee and bearer offered choice but 3rd day were told my manager that we will have to Pay for coffee we were given by staff other than expresso. Had long argument that we were not told about this by the staff who served the coffee. Same issue with Cook, about very small, bland portions for vegetarian

Very nice and helpful staff

Lovely decoration inside and outside terraces kept really nice. Great selection at breakfast, especially of cakes. Friendly reception staff (a special mention to Micaela who was extremely hard working and always provided receipts) and great idea for them to wear country flags showing what languages they speak. Bedroom was very Italian in it's decoration which we loved. Negatives were location. Great for the Leaning Tower and buses but next to a busy, noisy road. Involves walking along a graffitied subway to get to places. At breakfast there was only hot dog sausages which are an acquired taste. No kettle in bedroom, just a coffee machine with pods. Only tea in room was a lemon one. No English Breakfast or anything like it such as Assam. The bottled water in the fridge was chargeable but I didn't notice any reference to that (apologies if there was). The first I knew was at checkout.

Decent 4 star hotel. Walking distance to the leaning tower and the restaurants/bars. Comfy beds. We had a family room, which was two connecting rooms. Worked well having 2 bathrooms. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel is a bit dated but overall a good stay.

Called ahead to reserve parking and it was waiting for us when we got there. Easy walk to the Leaning Tower and several places to eat. We chose DaGiovanni Trattoria and Pizzeria. Nice local place with great food. Hotel was great and the breakfast was also plentiful.

Great location of hotel very close to Pisa attractions and local train station

Not quite city centre but 20min walk from it all and 5 mins to a train station. All staff very friendly, room was clean and had a nice coffee machine.

The hotel is very convenient for the city sights as well as for the car hire pick up company. Service at reception was rapid, efficient and friendly. Really good place for transits arriving or leaving Italy via the Pisa airport

Staff was so helpful and the location convenient to train station. Lasagna was amazing in the dining room. Breakfasts were very good.

Food was awfull. Never had such a bad steak Fiorentina. Meat was discusting an uneatable. Service was non excisting. Waiter just ignored any complaint
