Very close to the train station. Room was comfortable. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Kept our bags after check out so we were free to explore the city. Restaurants, shops, etc. are very close. Pretty easy walk to the Leaning Tower and other sites worth visiting.

What a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived (a short 20 minute walk from the airport) we were welcomed very warmly by the lovely girl at reception. She explained everything clearly to us and advised us of a few places we could grab a bite to eat - thank you so much we had a lovely meal at the restaurant you recommended. The room was comfortable - the pillows were so so soft. There was coffee and a kettle in the room - an unexpected treat. Breakfast was delicious - so many options. I filled up before a big day of sightseeing with freshly made pancakes, croissants, hot eggs, bacon and sausage and toast. There were tons of juices and delicious coffee too. When it came time to check out we were dealt with by another extremely friendly girl. We were able to store our luggage safely which was a huge help for us. When we returned the girls let me charge my phone for a while. The hotel is a stone's throw from the train station and there are plenty of restaurants and bars. It's a very short walk to the main shopping street where you can find h&m etc. Highly recommended! I loved how kitch this hotel was. I saw my first ever Macintosh computer and loved showing this to my son. The hotel is full of little retro items which makes it so unique and special. Thank you!

Good: Really clean. The blind, when it worked, was almost back out. Couldn't ask for a better location - some reviews say it's dodgy but I felt it was cultural of people of different nationalities to be in the street. The internet was strong and I was on the top floor. Good place to see new year fireworks - there is a rooftop terrace. Mg room 721 has a huge window ledge to put items. Nor so good: The internet cuts off around midnight and you have to re-enter the password. The shower takea a while to heat up. The weirdest thing for me is that they keep the key when you leave. I have never seen this in a hotel before not even in italy. One evening I was given the wrong key. Another no one was at the desk so I collected my key from the hook. None of these are deal breakers, but regarding the key I would have been happy to pay a deposit to keep it.

It looked sketchy arriving in the middle of the night, but the area was actually good. Fantastic private roof terrace from bed room. Typical decent standard building for Italy but will be seen as old and tired if from Scandinavia. Service was excellent; friendly, quick response and very helpful with checkin, luggage storage, directions as well as questions via email. Good breakfast buffet with many sweet and savory options. Location was great. 10-12eur taxi to airport and the 20 min walk to the leaning tower was lined with cuteness, culture, shops and restaurants.

The staff was friendly, and it was located next to the train station, which is great. On the other side, it did not feel that clean. One of my towels were dirty, and the inner pillow was yellow. It was not isolated well enough, so I could hear when people walked by my room, or if the room next door was watching tv or talking to each other

Wir waren fünf Nächte im Hotel La Pace untergebracht. Gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Zudem war das Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet. Nicht gut gefallen hat uns das Serviettenklopapier, der dunkle Frühstücksraum und die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Hotel.

Perfect family room. Has a serrate sleeping area for the children with their own TV. A balcony with outdoor furniture. The room was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable extra pillows in the walk in wardrobe. 20 mins from the airport and a further 20 mins from the Pisa tower, so very central Lots of cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel. I would stay again. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. This time we brought our young children with us.

Clean room and nice receptionist. The bathroom doesn't have good ventilation and isolation, so you could hear the water tank filling up. The isolation to the hallway wasn't that good either, but it didn't effect us, but a factor to consider for light sleepers.

Our room was basic but very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge which was good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work, therefore the room was hot day and night (around 27 Celsius). One of the reception staff tried to mend it and thought she had but this did not turn out to be the case. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. My friend felt unsafe in the immediate area of the hotel (the entrance was halfway down a passageway with shuttered unoccupied shops) but it was only a few minutes walk to a better area and easy access to the main attractions.

Note: we stayed in a unrenovated room .The location was very convenient extremely close to the train station. The location overall seemed a bit rough, but ai would not blame the hotel for that. The room was decent based on the price,considering the location, and there were no issues with cleanliness, although the room itself was old and in due of a renovation. We only stayed one night but the most obvious and crucial flaw was the AC. It seriously sounded like an jet engine in the room and was leaking water straight onto the floor forcing to place a towel on the floor. After a few hours of trying to sleep we managed to turn it off (after a while of trying), deciding that a warm room was better than this extreme noise. The noise was not constant either so you could fall asleep only to be woken up 10 min later when the sound drastically increased. I dont think that room was in any condition to be rented out without repairing the AC. As it was a one night stay we didnt ask for a repair immediately but I read a similar review before booking and ignored it.. I cant recommend anyone to book a room in the unrenovated rooms of the hotel based on my experience, but I believe they have renovated some rooms.

Room had everything (A/C, kettle, abundant space for clothes) and was immaculate but don't be fooled by the photos shown on Expedia! Most of the furniture of my room came directly from the '80s. Location is great 2 min walk from central station. Friendly reception staff, helped me out with a plug adaptor when I realised mine wouldn't work! Room was dated but very comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was lovely. Luggage storage was very handy. Would definitely recommend.

The Hotel as obviously been around for many years and is showing signs of it's age. But that actually adds to the charm of the place. It is very clean, has everything you need for a short stay. Staff are very friendly and efficient. It takes literally one minute to get there from the train station. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for one night and found the location very convenient. PisaMover High speed shuttle from airport to train station by the hotel took only a few minutes. Hotel staff were great, very welcoming and always happy to help. The Hotel is not modern but was spotlessly clean and perfect for our short trip. The bed was really comfortable we had a great nights sleep. I would stay here again if coming back to Pisa.

To start... this hotel is less than 100 yards from the train station exit. Which after Rome and walking with heavy suitcases, was really nice. It was a little worrisome coming from the back side of it, it felt a little grungy, then when we entered it was very clean and comfortable. When you walk out the front side into a nice little shopping plaza, you have a multitude of restaraunt choices. The Leaning Tower is about a 20 min walk through beautiful little streets. The Breakfast was excellent. The staff could not have been more friendly. Very happy with our stay!

Location is good for access to Pisa Centrale railway station. Free Breakfast was very good. Rooms need refurbishment. The alleyway leading to the hotel entrance is dirty and I would recommend people to be safety concious in the immediate area

Ett väldigt dåligt och omodernt hotell med dålig ventilation och mycket unken lukt. Knapphändig service. Duschkabinen på rummet var så liten att man knappt kunde röra sig i den. Frukosten hade vi höga förväntningar på baserat på tidigare recensioner, den var urusel, skabbigt utbud och ett enerverande gnisslande högt ljud från brödrosten, en pannnkaksmaskin som tog 100 år på sig att leverera 2 minimala plättar.

The breakfast quality has deteriorated over recent years. We noticed that there are no longer coffee/tea facilities in the rooms and a general removal of pleasantries that this hotel offered in previous visits. The staff were all delightful as usual.

Very nice Hotel right by the station. Easy to teach from the airport. Great location also for enjoying the town by foot. Our room was spacious and the clean. The bathroom had a tub which we did not mind. The bed was amazing. The breakfast was really nice and propably the best we had during our trip in Italy.
