No AC in building, manager says it’s turned off this time of year. Was given a loud fan. Opened windows and loud ambulances drive by. Manager moved us to other building (upgraded room, much appreciated but honestly I just needed a room that had ac). Breakfast was awful. No bunson burner under the eggs or bacon, which the food was cold. I let them know this, I just got a response of “oh” and walked away. Tried cereal, the milk was room temperature. I’m seriously not one to complain but for nearly 400€ I expected basics to be covered.

We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. We chose the property for its convenience to the Termini station (which we could see from the window!!). The breakfast was excellent and there were lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was on the 6th floor (there was an elevator 😀) and faced the main road. We weren’t bothered by street noise. Our room even had a little balcony. The main attractions in Rome were about a 25 min walk away. Staff were excellent and even helped us arrange a tour. Highly recommend this property 💕

We love this hotel! Monica and Roberto were so helpful and the crew at the rooftop bar! We have stayed twice, the rooms are lovely and clean and the woodwork in the hotel is beautiful!

クラシカルなエレベーター、元は銀行？のような（悪い意味でなく）古そうな内装、いかにもイタリアらしいホテルで立地と価格を考えればとても良いホテルです。四階に宿泊しましたがトイレの水が少し流れにくいのが原点ですね

This hotel has an amazing history. So much is still original. Loved the quaint and very quiet old elevator with the cage door. Our room was bright and clean and quiet. We had some electrical issues - ie the blow dryer provided in the bathroom would over heat and shut off after a minute or so. Also our adaptors didn’t work in all of the outlets. The hotel provided us with their adaptor so all worked out. It’s in a walkable location to the train station, lovely restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again!

テルミニ駅から徒歩5分。立地最高ながら夜は治安は悪い。引ったくり現場を目撃した。ホテルは綺麗で雰囲気ありとても良い！トイレは新品の様で綺麗だった。2025/8/17. ただしシャワードレインが不十分でシャワーが長いと外に漏れ出してしまう。ベット枠に隠れた何処に電気メインスイッチあり、寄りかかると電源が落ちる現象の原因が中々気付けなかった。スタッフは親切で丁寧。朝食も良かった♪

Quarto grande, porem o assoalho de madeira produz muito ruído, alem disto, parece dificultar a limpeza, pois sempre que andamos descalços no quarto nossos pes ficaram empoeirados. Destaque para o cafe da manhã (excelente para o padrao europeu) e para a equipe, sempre muito atenciosa.

I love the "old world" charm of this hotel. It is also perfectly located close to the Rome Central Train Station. i have stayed here previously and enjoyed the same great service again this time.

Very conveniently located near to the train station. We stayed here just because it was the same hotel to meet our sons group on their last night who were staying here. Rooms including bathroom were reasonable - good size, comfortable beds, and clean but could do with some modernization or refresh. Staff were friendly and helpful, stored our bags and a good selection of breakfast items is included. Good for the price.

Mixed impressions really. We had 2 rooms, both very different. One was light & airy, the other dark & dingy even though they were next to each other. Nothing like the pictures online!!! Tea & coffee making facilities were varied, no milk provided, lots of flavoured teas but not enough breakfast tea. Requested more but none were provided. Decor was old & a little outdated. Bed was very comfortable. Towels changed every day. Free toiletries were replenished daily. No iron & ironing board to use, instead a chargeable ironing service. Free safe in room. Breakfast buffet was ok, something for everyone. The reception staff & porters, all men, were a bit grumpy & serious, need to smile & be a little more welcoming. Good location for train station, airport transfers, hop on hop off buses, close to all the attractions. I would stay again but might look elsewhere first.

The front desk manager was very helpful. We were able to check in early. The included breakfast had a good variety of things to eat and is served in a grand old space. The room was comfortable and large for a European hotel. It is very convenient to the Termini train station and a 25 minute walk to many of the main attractions.

The service and check in /out was a breeze. However the facilities are a bit dated and our sink and shower had trouble but we managed to fix them. The bed was comfortable and AC worked! Breakfast was decent and a good way to start the day

The room itself was OK, but the bathroom could use a lot of improvement; f.inst. the glass "wall" between the bathtub/shower and the toilet was almost useless as the floor was completely flooded with water after a shower - we used our towels to dry the floor (not environmentally friendly!). The bathtubs should be replaced by shower cabins. The toilet seat was much too small for the toilet - we asked to have it replaced but were told that this was the only type of toilet seats that the hotel had. Water was running in the toilet all the time - not environmentally friendly either! Monica at the reception was very helpful and speaks English very well - the rest of the staff could learn from this!

I prearranged for the hotel driver to pick us up at the airport and he never showed. We had to go over to the train station to get to the hotel. Not ideal after long day of travel with 80 year old Mom.

Great value for our 2 day Rome stay prior to our 11 day cruise. Conveniently located by the train station and walkable to all the tourist spots including excellent restaurants. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good offering many options and was replenished frequently.

The front desk manager was very helpful. We were able to check in early. The included breakfast had a good variety of things to eat and is served in a grand old space. We love this hotel! Monica and Roberto were so helpful and the crew at the rooftop bar! We have stayed twice, the rooms are lovely and clean and the woodwork in the hotel is beautiful!

テルミニ駅から徒歩5分。立地最高ながら夜は治安は悪い。引ったくり現場を目撃した。ホテルは綺麗で雰囲気ありとても良い！トイレは新品の様で綺麗だった。2025/8/17. ただしシャワードレインが不十分でシャワーが長いと外に漏れ出してしまう。ベット枠に隠れた何処に電気メインスイッチあり、寄りかかると電源が落ちる現象の原因が中々気付けなかった。スタッフは親切で丁寧。朝食も良かった♪

We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. We chose the property for its convenience to the Termini station (which we could see from the window!!). The breakfast was excellent and there were lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was on the 6th floor (there was an elevator 😀) and faced the main road. We weren’t bothered by street noise. Our room even had a little balcony. The main attractions in Rome were about a 25 min walk away. Staff were excellent and even helped us arrange a tour. Highly recommend this property 💕

No AC in building, manager says it’s turned off this time of year. Was given a loud fan. Opened windows and loud ambulances drive by. Manager moved us to other building (upgraded room, much appreciated but honestly I just needed a room that had ac). Breakfast was awful. No bunson burner under the eggs or bacon, which the food was cold. I let them know this, I just got a response of “oh” and walked away. Tried cereal, the milk was room temperature. I’m seriously not one to complain but for nearly 400€ I expected basics to be covered.

Great value for our 2 day Rome stay prior to our 11 day cruise. Conveniently located by the train station and walkable to all the tourist spots including excellent restaurants. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good offering many options and was replenished frequently.

First there was no AC, it is sweating like anything inside the room. Staff were very racist as we are from India and they were not helpful for anything. They were like why these third world countries visiting our country. A lot of breakfast options but the food was terrible especially juice were bitter and the milk smelled very bad. Only the hotel was good location. The telecom was not working. Spend your money in a better hotel. Only the lady receptionist who checked us out were very kind and talking good.
