We have stayed at this lovely hotel many times and again had a fabulous stay. The location is wonderful - situated in central location yet quiet and peaceful. The staff is always delightful, they are very kind, caring and helpful. It is like seeing old friends whenever we return here. We especially appreciate wonderful Front Desk staff members Luca and Angelo. The hotel has a lovely lobby, beautiful sitting area, cozy bar, and nice breakfast area. The rooms and bathrooms are large and extremely well equipped and are immaculately clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms have huge counterspace, thick soft towels, thick robes and slippers, and nice toiletries. Breakfast is included and offer many delicious options. There are eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, breads, cereals, yougurt, fruit, cakes, croissants, coffees and teas, one may even prepare fresh squeezed orange juice! All the breakfast staff are kind and helpful and always with a smile. We especially thank Massimo! It is always a great pleasure to return to Hotel Dei Borgognoni - we thank you kindly for another excellent stay! We hope to return again soon!

The location was an excellent choice. We could walk to Trevi, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon from hotel location. We had a family type room for three and it was very nice. Need to update laundry form, very archaic. We were traveling for two weeks and needed to have laundry done. F/M wear t-shirts. No city views, but breakfast was wonderfully presented every morning by their wait staff. The rest of the staff were helpful too. Bellmen greeted you and were cheerful at the door. We felt safe in the city hotel. We definitely would stay again when we return to Rome. .

We arrived after a long flight to a friendly, welcoming family like environment. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Walk 2 blocks to Trevi fountain. Walk the other way to Spanish steps. The hotel recommended restaurants that were top notch. Whenever we needed a taxi or info, they were helpful. The bar/restaurant area staff were fun and made us feel relaxed. The rooms were clean and comfortable with many amenities. This hotel was the perfect pick!

The water coming from the shower smelled terrible! It smelled like rotten eggs, so clearly there is some issues with the pipes because the water smelt like sewage. The ceiling of the bathroom was full or cracks and peeling off, probably because of water damage or humidity issues. The bathroom itself was incredible old fashioned, and the towels didn’t smell nice either. The air conditioning in the room did not work. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding smelled bad as well, like it has been sitting there for years. It didn’t smell like clean laundry. The chair in the room should be replaced because most of the color has faded and parts of the wood peeled off. There were terrible amenities. No shower cap which is basic. No offering of a complementary water bottle which is standard in most hotels especially when you pay 200 euros a night for the smallest room for 1 person. The staff at the reception were standoffish as well but honestly that wasn’t the worst part. The room itself was clearly the main issue in the hotel. Can’t comment on the breakfast because I did not try it.

The location of hotel was great. Very clean and excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious. I traveled with my son and daughter and it was a great experience staying in this hotel. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

I’ll start out by saying that the hotel is in an EXCELLENT location, which is the main reason I reserved it…extremely close to the Metro, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. We had 2 rooms, as a family of 5. Both rooms were quite small. The air conditioning doesn’t get “American” cold and actually shut off in the middle of one of our nights. It was about 84°F/28°C overnight (100°F during the day) so it got HOT. The other nights were still not as comfortably cool as we like them because the A/C wouldn’t cool the room enough. The elevators are TINY…3 people max. My claustrophobia got the best of me on that and most of the time I walked the 4 flights of stairs instead. Both rooms had showers with a slanted ceiling (we were on the top floor) you could hit your head on and a very slippery tub to stand in. Oh and there were quite a few ants in the one bathroom. The attentiveness of the front desk and service in the breakfast/bar area was great…you can tell they worked with what they could. I just think the hotel itself needs to be updated/upgraded. I feel it was the happenin’ place back in the day (based on the outdated decor) but needs a facelift to become that again.

Love this place! From a warm welcome at check-in, friendly service at breakfast, to great suggestions on dining options, Dei Borgognoni is the best place to stay in Rome. Our room was very clean and housekeeping was like clockwork, our room was spotless when we returned each day for a nap. We were within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Forum, and so many shops! But what really made our vacation was the staff. This is a must stay hotel.

The staff here are incredible! So friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. Room was a great size for Rome. Very comfortable, bar fridge and only hotel we came across that had an iron and ironing board actually in your room. Breakfast was so fresh and delicious. You could not get a better location with Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Navona all within a few minutes walk. All restaurant recommendations made to us by the hotel were also incredible. When we come back to Rome…we will absolutely be booking back here again!

シャワーのお湯が出が悪くバスタブについている透明の水はねよけの板がついていましたがシャワーのお湯は外にはねて床が水浸しになりがちでした。部屋はとても古く値段もそこそこするのでもう少し安ければと思いました。

Thee hotel is very good situated nearby the main attractions and shops. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We had a superior room and it was very quiet and clean. Very good bed and TV with foreign broadcating stations. In the badroom was everything availabe and it was very clean. We shall book this hotel again when we go to Rome !

From check-in to check-out, the staff could not have been more helpful. We were traveling with my one year old grandchild and they even put a bottle warmer in the room. The hotel is super clean, beautifully decorated and within walking distance to many tourist attractions, dining and shopping. We would definitely stay there again. Special mention to Christina at the front desk who speeded things up so we could check in early and arranged our transportation to the airport.

Love this place! From a warm welcome at check-in, friendly service at breakfast, to great suggestions on dining options, Dei Borgognoni is the best place to stay in Rome. Our room was very clean and housekeeping was like clockwork, our room was spotless when we returned each day for a nap. We were within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Forum, and so many shops! But what really made our vacation was the staff. This is a must stay hotel.

The hotel was very conveniently situated, only a few minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain. The tourist sites, from the Colosseum to St. Peter's Basilica, were within my walking distance, although may be a bit far for other people. The room was clean and comfortable, and had good air conditioning which I definitely needed. There was a small supermarket next door, and plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast was generally good but with a limited range of hot food. My room overlooked the street and there was some noise late at night, particularly on the weekend. Very friendly, helpful staff and I liked bring given a paper copy of the city map to carry with me. A good place to stay.

Breakfast was fantastic!! My family (10 of us) was able to checkin early to start our vacation in Rome! Everyone was especially helpful with all individual needs. This was my 2nd time staying here and I would book again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in by far, such nice staff and lovely room with a terrace. Great breakfast with vast choice of stuff from bacon sausage and eggs to fresh fruit and pastries. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The reception area, the dinning and bar area and the rooms. The staff were pleasant and helpful and nothing was a bother. The location is also amazing. Just a few minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Stepps and other areas were also within walking distance of about 20-30 minutes. We walked to the Colloseum and Tratasverre.
